I had a brain fart and damaged the leather dashboard on my car. It had white blotches on it. I went to a repair shop and they told me to go to a detailing shop to see if they had something to take it off. The lady at the detailing shop said that I had discolored it and offered to sell me spray paint. Thinking spray painting would be too messy, I looked online to see about buying some leather coloring tool kits, but just had a bad feeling that the color would not match up and I would not be able to do a good job. Luckily, I was able to find Lee. He was prompt in his reply and quoted me right away from the picture I sent. I had sent the same picture to another company and the person responded that he needed a bigger picture and I just knew he was going to give an unreasonable quote. Lee is a very busy man and we set an appointment for three weeks later. He showed up and looked at my dashboard and knew right away it did not need to be colored, but just cleaned with some soap and water. He gave me a reasonable price for just making the trip and I just know that he is a man of integrity. I am sure he could have told me it needed to be colored. Before I found Lee, I went to 3 other places who all told me that I had to replace the leather panels in my seats and that it wasn't possible to restore it. So I got down to cleaning my steering wheel for my 2018 BMW F90 M5 and the whole wheel turned out pretty nice except for one area that came out discolored / damaged. This area is where I hold my wheel a lot when driving one handed. I was almost in tears as I really care about my car. I began doing some research as I couldn't be the only one with this issue. I bought a used car recently that was in great shape. I assume the previous owner drove one handed a lot with a wedding ring on though, as the left top side of the wheel had quite a bit if scratching and wear. Lee and his wife Tracy did an amazing job restoring my expensive but ruined L shaped Arizona Leather sectional. About ten years old, the seat, back cushions and frame had become extremely soiled, torn and had untold number of cat claw holes. I had resigned myself to replacing it, which would have likely cost between $6,500 and $10,000 but Lee offered to restore it for a fraction of that. First he came to my house and took one of the removable cushions, restored it and brought it back for my approval (at no cost.) It was fantastic. Then he scheduled a time where he could come out and do the whole couch, which he did, and the entire thing looks brand new again. Furniture is not his main line of work and, it was very difficult to get this piece outdoors for him to work on it, but he persevered, worked on everything in my driveway, in 90 degrees, for six hours. Lee came to my work to refresh my leather seats in my 2005 Mustang Saleen. I drive the Saleen every day and the drivers seat was getting a bit discolored. I also like an idiot put a bottle of bleach on my passager seat and it leaked discoloring part of the seat. I do condition my seats regularly (every two weeks), so no cracks, or tears. I did have a few scratches in the back (basic ware for a 7 year old car). I was contemplating buying used front and rear seats, but at the price of $1800 I decided to give Pioneer a try (This was based on a few reviews on here and few Porsche owners on the forums). I have to say I am amazed with the results of his services. I'm anal very anal had show vehicles in the past that went to SEMA. I originally had repair done on my 2015 Lexus GS 350 driver side seat by a recommended tech that does work for a high end dealership. The job was good but sadly the paint came off when I cleaned the seats. I contacted Lee and he was quick to respond. Scheduled me in a timely manner. When you speak with him you get the sense that he takes his craft very serious and he loves what he does. I explained to him that it had previous repair work done and and he explained why the other persons repair may have failed, but didn't say one negative thing about the other persons work. I feel that's important to note. Speaks well on his character. The repair Lee did took a little bit over an hour but came out perfect. I'm sure he could have finished quicker but I am pretty picky and he was cool about retouching up very minor things that no one would notice but me. Recently purchased a deluxe leather office chair in white. To my horror, It didn't last a week before it was assaulted by a handbag that was carelessly left on the chair. The hardware and dye on the bag left dark scuffs across the back and seat. I was able to lighten the blemishes using a magic eraser but the scars were clearly visible and permanent. He was right! Lee comes to you and custom mixes the dye every-time for a perfect match and it takes less than an hour. When he is done, it looks great, holds up and I am very particular. I also found out he does tear repairs and the outcome is the same. He has also made my worn leather steering wheel look new. This guy is an artist.
