This was my first time at this nail salon. The place is very clean and welcoming. It's very spacious inside, so there is not a strong smell as like most nail salons. The nail tech was extremely kind and took his time with both my fingernails and toenails. I would definitely recommend it! read more

As a result of not following proper dip procedure, the glitter and top coat is flat; not shiny. Uneven results, uneven filing. Oh, and if you like your cuticles nicked with the drill over and over, this is your place. They could be friendly and welcoming. WORST SALON EVER First off I made a appointment for 4 and I didn't get to even get a seat till 4:30 and then they didn't start until almost 5:15 I needed a new set of acrylics so she started to take my old off... she drilled all the way to the skin and I had to pull away and tell her to stop. I told the nail tech to just take off the rest and that would be fine ( no acrylics) they charged me even after my nails were completely messed up. Literally the worst nails I've ever had put on. While having them done I saw that they weren't turning out how I expected so I kept showing the person doing my nails the picture I wanted, she wouldn't look or acknowledge what I was even trying to tell her. I was on vacation and needed a place to go and found this gem! Nicki was awesome. Her attention to detail was great. The services at this place are very reasonably priced. It only cost $20 to re-paint my nails with gel! I love it so much that I think I'm going to come back before my vacation ends :) I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

Sunday had appointment at 11:30, when they open I was first person there. Man tech started on me and 3 more customers came in. So he put me to soak. Then a couple came in with 4 teens girls. My tech left me and started on the large group pedis left me sitting. Another customer that had came right after me got up walked out. I ask man tech to please finish with me and he did not. Another nail tech came into work and finished up taking my dip nail off then I just told her to put clear coat on and I just paid and left! Poor customer service and they seem not to care people was walking out when they took people head of them. It was my first time there just because Tammy Nails was not open, I will NEVER SPEND ANYMORE MONEY HERE! I would advise you not to waste your time and money on a group of people who could care less about your business. Go across street to Tammy Nails they are great!! read more

Went here as a new customer because thel location was close to my home & they were cheap. Well the old adage "you get what you pay for" definetelly applies here. I have acrylic nails and the acrylic was chipping within 1 week. Within 2 weeks I had lost 1 tip & the gel polish that is supposed to last at least 2 weeks was chipped and looked awful. On a separate note the same day I had my nails done I had the poliosh changed on my toenails using regular polish. These still look great, need trimmed but the polish is fine. read more

Unfortunately this was one of the worst nail experiences I've had. I went to get my nails painted, simple. It took over an hour because people kept taking other walk-ins that were mani or pedis and then when I went to leave she came over to start on my nails. She didn't remove all the previous polish before painting and did a terrible job painting. It was rushed and careless. She didn't paint my whole nail and the top coat doesn't cover any of my nails fully. Wish I would have read the other reviews before going. Also got charged extra for using my card instead of cash and got charged a dollar extra (no signs were posted that you get charged more for a card). read more

Went today to get tips had 4 people try to do finally one of the ladies put tips on then sent me to some one else tips started popping off and the man was going to put acrylic on top of them. I told him they wasnt staying on he said he would redo but i had enough and snapped told him if they couldnt to it right dint bother. It was like they got their licence from a cracker jack box. Absolutely the WORST pedicure I have ever had. I asked for the deluxe pedicure/ I received no massage and a half ass job for paint that I had to ask another nail tech to repaint two of my toes and she apologized even though it was NOT at all her fault. He also cut my cuticles down so far my toe wouldn't stop bleeding. He never once apologized nor was I given a discount for the awful service I received I will NOT ever return. read more

The first time I went, I got acrylics. The second, they thinned the acrylic out, and put gel polish over them ( I saw Leelee (sp?) the 2nd time). I was happy the first two visits. Yesterday, I went in to have my nails evened out and a polish change. The lady that did my nails thinned my thumbnails so much that I had one rip this morning down to the nail bed. My pinky nail also tore easily. My nails are thin to begin with but now they are like paper. They are also filed unevenly. I went to them 3 times because I liked the polish they used. Mine lasted 4 weeks. But, I will have no need for polish if my fingernails keep tearing off! I will not go back. read more

Just left here without getting anything done. I called ahead to make 4 nail appointments (not a walk-in). After being shown a chair and sitting for over 30 minutes, no one showed up to do any of our nails. They were still busy with other customers. Don't say you have availabilities when I call when you clearly don't! Just say you're busy so I can plan a different time!!! That was completely ridiculous. This has happened consistently with Lux. Is your customer's time not important as well? Be truthful about how busy you are and hold up your appointment times. It was completely unprofessional. Also, almost all their nail polish needs to be replaced. It's clumping and separating. Old nail polish doesn't stay as long nor does it shine as well as fresh polish. The only redeemable quality is the blonde who brought us waters and was friendly--even after my mom got pissed. She knows customer service. Unlike the other people who make appointments they can't keep. read more

If you want your nails to look like a 3 year old painted them then this is the place for you. They were slow, but the guy doing my nails rushed through every step of my manicure. Then they charged me double and got mad when I wouldn't sign the receipt authorizing the charge. read more

worst nail job i have ever gotten. first, she did not cut my natural nails before she placed the acrylic. there are bubbles in almost every nail and the nails are bumpy and VERY uneven. just an all around sloppy job. i paid $40 for plain square tips and they are more of a round square. I've never had a problem with this salon (other than just not being friendly) until tonight... I waited over an HOUR to get ONE nail fixed. They also started on another lady's pedicure who came in AFTER me. And when the lady did start working on it, she made me bleed and took a very long time to get done. Upon entering it is a beautiful salon. Unfortunately, they have mediocre nail color selection. Also I paid for a deluxe pedicure and they rushed me through as fast as they can. Staff was not exactly courteous. The used the wrong gel color on my fingernails and insisted it was correct. Finally I left with giant bubbles on my toes and smaller ones on my fingers. I am really disappointed in the quality give the prices. If you are in a pinch and really need some color, go. If you want a quality mani/pedi seek other salons. read more

Wonderful pedicure. NAM has done my pedicures on several occasions, her tip is to come when its not so busy so she can spend plenty of time. So this Sunday I took her up on it and went for an excellent pedicure. I have a tendency for an ingrown toenail, and she always makes sure her cutting and filing are comfortable. I have had other salons cut down to the quick but Nam has always been very careful. The salon is pretty, attractive, calm, and clean. The deluxe pedicure was $50.00 and I think that's a little high for the area, but again no other complaints. read more

Took my daughter for what was supposed to be a mommy, daughter day. It was not a good day to say the least. The employees were beyond rude to my daughter.
