Very poor customer service, terrible communication, and very substandard skill (excepting one employee). The experience started rough when the front woman told me "we can do any color in regular polish) after I asked for the mail switches in regular paint...I wasn't interested in gel. Then she brought me purple and baby pink...I had green and a peach/orange color. Not even close. She started mocking me in a foreign language. She turned the water on and it was literally FREEZING. Not unexpected. C it snowed overnight but she didn't drain and ran mildly warm water for a few seconds. It was still cold. I asked 4 times to heat it up a d it kept staying tepid. Finally Aaron told her to heat the water up (thank you!) and she mocked me in a foreign language again. She was supposed to alternate two colors but she painted them all green (after Aaron found it for me). I tried to let it go bc she was already being rude as all get out. Aaron told her she forgot the second color and she mocked me in a foreign language AGAIN. Then the same woman who originally told me they could do any color in regular paint came over and got very snippy about the color of the design. She didn't offer another color to do the design just scolded me. I said "It's fine, I'll just leave them plain" and she says good and walks away. The pint job was horrible. Truly awful. My 9 year old does better. There were holes and some on my cuticles and she never fixed it. A third coat would have made it look nice. I decided not to use a manicure after her nasty attitude and she mocked me AGAIN in a foreign language. It's rude. Period. No matter how you explain yourself, it's rude. Aaron fixed my toes but they are not what I asked for. The massage sucked. And I ended up with one color a d no design. Keith the exception of Aaron, these employees were terrible. "Mom" was the one who butchered my nails and I'll never use her or this place again. Mocking customers in a foreign language is just disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves for that behavior. If you can't say it in English to my face, you should keep your mouth shut. Especially when YOU are in the wrong with both your attitude, behavior, and skill level. read more

Typically, I love this salon. Today however, changed my opinion. I called yesterday to make an appointment for 2 pedis, one fill in for 1:30 for the next day. They took my name, phone number and told me it was confirmed. I show up with my friend, and after waiting a little while, was told that whomever took my call yesterday didn't put me on the calendar, but they would "get us anyway". Took us to the pedicure chairs & basically left us. 45 minutes later, no pedicures and no fill in, we left. Not even an apology for their screw up!? Very disappointed. read more

Very good service and reasonable prices. I had pedicure with extra massage. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I went there as walkin for pedicure and nail dip. We arrived at 11:30 am yes they were busy with pedicures and nails but we were brought back after waiting 15 mintues at most we both were sat in chair. in mean time my daughter had her pedicure and gel I sat there as Amy called over her assistant not tech to remove my polish as I soaked for over 45 mintues yet sitting there with foil on toes waiting.her assistant again came and removed my polish i sad there another 25 mintues waiting no water with fit on towel. as my daughter is finishing up her pedicure next to me .i went the restroom and sat there as tech finally came over and put water in tub to soak in .. Which was rushed at this point from the beginning of tech sitting down.then her pace slowed down cause she couldn't do the design i wanted there is only one person there that can obviously do it.Amy. and I watched Amy go from chair to chair to get people that came in after including the lady she was doing who didn't have a appointed either which was a walk in. I sat there waiting for Amy when easily she could have just said Amy is only one here that does it and she doesn't have time to do that so I would have made choice to not do it.. So i sit after the tech put polish on eight of my toes and only after I asked are you planning on giving me the wraps and wax as I wanted. tech states o I get if for you I forgot. I sat there for 5 mintues at most as she removed the towels not even getting a service I requested. Might I add i have now been there 2 hours and 42 mintues my daughter has a complete dipping in nails and pedicure and I still have 8 toes painted as Amy is finish the walking that came in 30 mintues after me. I don't have all day to spend waiting on Big toes. now I have to pay someone else to finish your job. and you still charged me as if it was a good experience. Unbelievable. wax on feet no big toes painted. and you wanted 28.00 for What? I will not be back. and keep in mind I saw Tiffany weekly for lashes and you lost my service and recommendation for your salon Amy you didn't supply a service for which you were paid.. SO THINK OF IT AS A GIFT.. CAUSE YOU DIDNT DO THE RIGHT THING ALL I GOT WERE EXCUSES. 3 HOURS ATlEAST MY DAUGHTERS WAS DONE.. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. If you spent more time helping your customers instead of worrying about the trash cans and picking up you wouldnt have this problem. They cut my nails very short and didn't take the time to make them look nice, very unhappy.

Service was horrible! A huge waste of money. My daughter had a great tech but mine was horrible Go to Polish!

Awful place! I went to get a manicure Saturday at 2 pm and by Sunday morning all of my nails had chipped. Went back on Monday to have them fixed and they did agree to fix them, however I didn't make it 10 minutes after leaving the store without them chipping and messing up once again. I proceeded to go back into the salon and finally just asked for my money back only to be told by the manager they couldn't refund my money and I would have to pay to have them fixed after the second time of them being messed up! Not to mention the first nail tech who originally did my nails the first time making snooty comments because I came back and wanted them fixed. I do not recommend going into this place at all! read more

Would love to leave less than one star. Had an appointment for mani/pedi and selected my color. Guy tried to get me to do gel and I explained Didn't like gel, too hard to get off besides I liked the leg massage. So I paid more for extra ten minutes. He was so hard it made me come off the chair every time he squeezed. He said see you like massage. I asked him to be gentler but he told me I liked massage. Maybe he didn't understand english but everyone could see he was hurting me. Finally over. So we went to get polish and right at the end I thought he was putting top coat on. NO he put a layer of gel and almost 3 weeks later I still cant get the stuff off. I paid and ran. read more
