Came in as a walk in, polish selections were not great, stations were dirty, didn't look like cleaning solution anywhere. Nail lady was on her phone and looking at her phone the entire time I was there. The nail lady said manicure wouldn't stay on and I was like ummm ok but that's what i want, never heard of someone tell me that. Then as I mentioned kept glancing at her phone. The manicure was ok, polish all over my hands. At least it was cheap. The space is old, dirty and seemed to be falling apart. I came here after recently moving into the kingsport area. It is under new ownership, and the lady who did my nails was named Lily. She was fabulous! I did a dip manicure to help my natural nails grow stronger and longer. I also got a get pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Everyone there was very friendly. She gave me complimentary drinks and helped me pick out my nail color! I will definitely be coming back! read more

Great Salon! My favorite nail tech Natalie, moved to this salon several months ago and I have been coming every two weeks for artificial nails or overlays and pedicures. The salon offers the normal nails services you get at most salons along with facial waxing. My nails always look good and I've not had any problems with nails lifting between bi weekly visits. The salon is clean and neat and very comfortable. The pedicure chairs are new and the massage chairs work well. The prices are reasonable and basically average for nail salons in the area. Pedicures are $22.00 and a full set of gel nails are $35.00. Reservations are not required but if you want a specific person, then it is best to schedule an appointment. read more

Looking to get a refill on acrylic nails while traveling For business. Was excited because the place had generally good reviews. Made an appointment but had to wait for 15 minutes. First impression walking in, this place needs a deep cleaning. ALL nail stations (table top, veils, drying machine and tools) were covered in nail dust. I was told to sit down at one station and really hoped this was one wouldn't be dirty but it was and when I asked if they would use clean tools the lady replied saying that they can't do that, they have no time for that and it's the end of the day.....I was really shocked. You are a nail salon and dealing with hygiene should be your first priority! This place would not pass a sanitation test. Do not go here if you want to avoid infections. I left the place and hope I can find a clean place in Kingsport. read more

I have been to this salon probably 7 times in the past few years. I always had an acceptable pedicure. I took my sister who has a movement disorder for a pedicure. The owner/manicurist was very rude to her, jerking her feet and making faces at her when she couldn't move her foot the right way. This continued afterwards when she talked about my sister as if she wasn't there, jumped and gasped with each step Sister took with her cane. The pedicure was for my sister's 50th high school reunion. Not quite worth the abuse. They do have great massage chairs. So, fast forward one month and we try to go back in there. There was no one in the shop. The owner/manicurist was the only one in there and was on the phone. She glared at my sister in a really mean manner. I walked in behind and asked if she could do a pedicure. She said "for who" and I said for both of us and she said "NO, for one but not both." She never got off her phone. I told her we'd go somewhere else. This place is a couple of blocks away from our homes. So sad! I will never go back! Very poor customer service and possibly a violator of anti-discrimination laws regarding the aging and disabled. read more

Painful acrylic removal with no acetone, just ripping them off with clippers. Also rude.

While my nails looked nice and lasted 3 weeks. This salon is dirty. Last time I was there a layer of dust was on the work stations. The instruments used on me were not clean nor was the metal box they were kept in. They are a busy shop and the work is good but beware the dirt!! read more

Unfortunately I had a good experience here for my gel mani however the mani only lasted 6 days. The girl who did my nails was very attentive and took her time but the gel just did last the 2 weeks it's suppose too. read more
