I think the person I had when I first wrote this review may have been new or just having an off day. I've been back several times specifically to see Angela. She is always quick and courteous. This was my first visit to polish nail bar. The service was relatively quick but the price was a little high. They do your nails at a bar instead of individual mail stations. The bar idea is neat, but it's really not comfortable for guests, the countertop can be rough on the elbows and the stools can cause a little back pain. I am not sure if I would visit this salon again.

The techs wear gloves. $20 basic pedi, $25 for the next tier up (adds hot towels and sugar scrub, very worth it). They were careful to make sure what I wanted before they started (excellent practice, avoids overcharging). My tech was friendly but not too chatty, and she was very good at her job. This is the first place I've been that's gotten enough callouses off- really took her time and made sure I was taken care of. There is a nice mix of male and female techs and a varied clientele- not a snobby atmosphere! Complimentary wine for the 21+ set. Best experience I've had for the price (and frankly, this beats more expensive pedicures I've had) between DC, Knoxville, and Kingsport. We're very lucky to have quality like this locally!
