Got a dip mani & regular pedi. Very peaceful atmosphere (no TV! Thank you!). Friendly and professional. They could make it even better by streaming some soft spa music; right now there's a recording of one piano song on endless repeat... but at least it's not KOIT radio! So for that I'm grateful!

Didn't feel comfortable myself during my entire time in the salon. Felt pressured to go with their gel x when I explained I just want acrylic. Once I said I would like to stick with acrylic. The nail artist looked disappointed in my decision on wanting to do acrylic. Few minutes later decides to switch nail technician and proceeds to butcher my nails. They asked if I liked them and honestly if I'm going to pay money I would like them to look nice but once I said no it felt like everytime they would talk crap. So disappointed on how they came out. They couldn't even remove all the white paint they used for the French tip of my nail. Plus I found it ridiculous when I was asked what I would like I was given a dirty look. Definitely wouldn't want to come back not just because of the service but their craftsmanship. ‍

Btw this was my first time here recommended by family . I called at 250 pm to see if they had availability for a fill at 330 she told me yes . I arrived and was greeted confirming I made the appointment and vi took me right away . The vibe was nice vi introduced me to everyone and we talked the time I was getting serviced . Unplanned walk in for a gel manicure, they happily accepted. I really enjoyed the manicure in terms of speed and quality. The prep was fine since it actually lasted for four weeks! My only concern is the cleanliness. The tools used on my nails were very dusty. And at the end, my hands were all dusty from the filing. There was no opportunity to wash/rinse. read more

For a walk-in (no appointment needed) spot with a bottom line price of $30 for a pedicure I must say that I left here quite happy. But let me explain. With prices having jumped at seemingly all nail salons I'll admit that caring for my toes is something that's gone by the wayside. Even I was finding them difficult to look at. As my friend and I walked the length of Solano Avenue we kept pausing in front of the array of nail salons but this was the only one with a price we liked. The salon here is rather no-frills and for those who are used to and have strong opinions about exactly what a mani or pedi should look and feel like I'm thinking this may not be your spot. I just needed my toes cleaned up, nails trimmed, polish removed, and a new coat put on. I left quite pleased with the service provided. And now I have a new excuse to head to Solano Avenue. read more

I called to see if they could accommodate me for a pedicure and manicure. When I came in I was warmly greeted and was told that they were getting the massage chair ready for me. The place was clean and the massage chair was really nice. Both ladies that helped me were kind and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back. It's also a bonus that parking on the side street was fairly easy to find. read more

Go else where on the block there are a lot of shops that know how to respect customers time. She has become very unreliable and unprofessional. She will schedule an appointment and not show up or let you know she playing pickleball or traveling, Her worker know she's not available and will let you sit and wait until you ask is she coming in today. They smile and say oh she's not coming in after you have waited and waited!!!! read more

Lena gave me an impeccable pedicure last Saturday 1/11/25. She removed brown stains from my toenails and worked around my ingrown nails in my big toes with expert precision. The nail salon is all Opi, as am I. The polish job is stunning! Prices were reasonable. I'd suggest calling for an appointment. Definitely a five star place ! read more

Absolutely the best mid-range (and better than a lot of expensive) mani/pedi I've had in a long time. I went today as a walk in (first time there) and it was super clean and chill. Little snacks and tea while I waited all of like 5 min to be seated (at noon on Sunday). Their chairs are new and comfy, plus they're not made for someone six feet tall where the massager is on the back of my head half the time . Will definitely go back. read more

Always great service here! Ive been getting gel x extensions and fills here for the last few months and none have ever popped off. They last for weeks and look great. I usually call for a same day appointment and they always honor my appointment time and don't make me wait, which is huge! Well priced too. Definitely recommend! read more

Honestly they deserve no stars. I brought my client in.That in special needs and they pumped her with mimosas. They called her a big baby several times and made fun of her and she's sixty four years old. Then they said she was super spoiled a bunch of times I cut them off and told them how I felt. When we left there, I was so upset. Please ban this place.They do not service special needs people. Sanitation is a big deal to me. I had a hard time finding a salon in my last neighborhood that followed proper sanitary procedures, and this place was such a relief. They clearly take sanitation seriously, and I always feel comfortable coming here. I have also had great pedicure experiences, and the barber and hair side of the salon is impressive to watch. Fast, precise, and everyone leaves looking great. Writing this review feels risky because I want to keep my appointments, but this salon deserves the love!! I called Style Nails on the day of for a last minute appointment, and they were able to get me in…read moreat 5pm. That said, expect to be "squeezed in," cause I had to wait about 30-40 mins after arriving to actually be seen. But, still appreciated them taking me. I came in for a gel manicure on my natural nails, but 1 finger was chipped. I asked if they could do a single extension, they recommended to use builder gel instead. At first, it looked fine, but after it cured, it was noticeably thick and not shaped very well. As a result this one fell off after a week. I also tried to point out that the shaping on my nails looked inconsistent from one finger to the next. The technician told me it was just because my finger widths are different & it's impossible to make them look the same. I understand that natural nails are harder to make uniform (compared to extensions), but I was disappointed with the lack of effort. The gel manicure itself was okay. I got a pink color with chrome powder, it lasted about two weeks. Overall, for around $50, I feel like you get what you pay for. It wasn't a terrible experience, but the attention to detail, especially with the shaping and the builder gel, was lacking. The service was friendly though, and you get a stamp card for every visit.

My nails have grown into my skin my whole life, and since I was a kid I'd cut and rip the sides of the nails to prevent pain and always had to keep my nails extremely short. The picture shows before and after 3 months (out of 6 months for the whole process) of braces Imie uses to straighten the nail. I will update after the completed 6 month cycle! My nails have NEVER been this long, I've never gone this long without pain, I've never felt this comfortable wearing sandals before. Imie can seriously fix any problem you have with your feet, she's highly professional, the salon is so clean, and Anna and Imie are now both vaccinated and take many other Covid precautions!

BACKGROUND INFO: - my SO's elderly grandfather (95 years…read moreold) was in dire need of a pedicure (extremely overgrown toenails) that he indicated he'd been trying to get addressed for several months - initially my SO's brother and his SO were going to address it, but backed down - my SO's sister and I scheduled an appointment on Friday 6/16 to go to a trusted nail salon, but on Wednesday 6/14 the grandfather backed out of it, insisting on finding an in-home service so he'd be in the comfort of his own home WHY WE WENT WITH SOULTREE: - Wednesday 6/14 evening I went on Yelp to search for "mobile nail service" vendors and opened up a project to cast a wider net - Nicole Williams from Soultree messaged me within 20 minutes of my Yelp project opening, providing me her name and phone number to call and schedule an appointment - out of all the mobile nail service vendors, Nicole was the most responsive and the most professional (she has a website and an IG page) CUSTOMER SERVICE (SCHEDULING COMMUNICATION): - I called her shortly after receiving her message and spoke to her on the phone - after our brief phone call I texted Nicole; our communication was mainly via text afterwards - after sending her recent photos of my SO's grandfather's feet (as part of the virtual consultation), she suggested the nail care package and provided an extensive description of service(s) pricing and accepted payment forms (i.e. PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay) - she indicated that she would possibly have scheduling conflicts due to waiting on confirmation of an internship, but opened up her weekend availability to service my SO's grandfather on Sunday 6/18, which also happened to be Father's Day - after confirming the appointment for Sunday 6/18 at 10AM, I sent Nicole the $150 deposit (applied towards service; non-refundable if canceled or not available for appointment time) + $65 travel fee via Venmo - I provided her with the address + parking information (FYI, clients are responsible for any/all parking fees) and contact information of my SO's sister (I was just the point of contact for finding and scheduling a vendor, but my SO's sister was the point of contact for accompanying the grandfather for the actual appointment) CUSTOMER SERVICE (APPOINTMENT): - Nicole arrived promptly at 10AM; my SO's sister was present for the duration of the appointment and reported that everything Nicole brought and used was clean, the conversation was ongoing between Nicole and the grandfather, and the end result was great COMPARING/CONTRASTING INFORMATION CRITIQUE: - Yelp indicates that Soultree's hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM-2PM, Saturday 8AM-12PM, and closed Sunday. Soultree's appointment times per the website under "Nail Services - Book Online" also indicate 8AM-2PM appointment time availability. On the initial phone call with Nicole and subsequent text communication she informed me she only accepts Monday through Friday 8AM-12PM appointments" - Her website indicates that her travel fee is "$35 and up depending on service location", but via text she indicated that her travel fee is "$65 or $0.75 cents a mile and up depending on location once address is confirmed" - Via text, her suggestion of the pedicure package was the "Specialty Nail Care Package #2"; further in the text explanation it states "Just Toenails - $150 per hour". On her website there are "Mommy Packages" as well as "Basic Manicure/Basic Pedicure" or "Spa Manicure/Pedicure" Packages at different prices - I would suggest that Nicole ensures that all platforms containing her pricing and scheduling availability is consistent and up to date TOTAL: - I sent (via Venmo) the $150 deposit + $65 travel fee = $215 - SO's sister sent (via CashApp) the remaining balance ($150/hour) and tip = $200 - $415 was the overall total

Not to mention, when I arrived there were no instructions on how to get into the building. No signage. No way to communicate with her. I almost left until she texted me 7 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. I'm pregnant and I was out waiting in the rain as I had taken a Lyft there. I want my money back! I work hard for what I have and this is definitely not worth $150.

The first time I came to this salon, I had a great experience. Lena did my nails, and they lasted over a month, so I was very happy with the results. Yesterday was my second appointment, but I was seen by a different technician. By the end of the service, Lena had to fix one of the nails, which made me feel that something hadn't been done correctly. I still paid for the service. However, once I got home, I wasn't satisfied with the result and ended up removing the nails right away. It was disappointing, especially since my first experience had been so good. read more

This review is two weeks overdue, but Cam did a fantastic job on my nails! I got UV gel extensions on my nails and a gel pedicure. She did great on both and was very precise and thorough on my nails. I am now 2.5 weeks out since getting my nails done and have ZERO chips or nails falling off yet. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and was able to be seen right away. read more
