I appreciate the way all of them conduct business but also make you feel like they're part of your own personal self-care team. My only "warning" for anyone is to ALWAYS arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for your appointment - especially if you're a first timer! They have an intake form you fill out and it's always nice to get settled before getting pampered. If you arrive directly at your appointment time, it will cut into whatever your service is. But once you're a repeat customer, it's pretty quick and they make sure they keep their schedule on track so no one falls behind (which I greatly appreciate!!!).
