The employees here are definitely not welcoming whatsoever! The color on my toes started peeling 2 days after getting them done, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and i went back again cause they are REALLY close to me but I couldn't go back after the second time, I walked in, they barely looked at me and 5 mins after I walked in she finally asked what I needed, she asked me to pick a color, It took me about 5mins or so to figure out what color I wanted and after ALL that time she finally tells me it would take 30-45 mins for them to get to me. Instead of telling me to pick a color she could've lead with that. I hope I never have to come back to this salon again, I do not recommend. read more

THIS IS NOT A SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY ESTABLISHMENT This place isn't the best the nice person here is Kelly she does my nails all the time she is a very welcoming and sweet lady and she does amazing with her nails she did them and they said stayed on for 3 months before one came off but the owner asked me to take my SERVICE DOG out because he was doing his job and medically alerting on me he was whining at me and she said he was being disruptive and I had to have my dad take him outside and wait this is NOT A SERVICE DOG friendly establishment read more

Make appointments and they don't call to let you know they took walk ins and expect me to wait an extra half hour. It's disrespectful to waste peoples time. They should call to reschedule if they need to and if you have an appointment scheduled you don't take a walk in. Horrible first impression and will never go here! read more

My daughters and I wanted to get a manicure and pedicure so we decided to try somewhere new. The parking lot is small so parking is a little hard to get. The ladies working here were very nice and friendly. I was happy that they could take us right away without an appointment. The massage chairs for the pedicure are very nice and I enjoyed the music selection with music videos playing while getting my nails done. Their prices were decent as well. I think we will definitely be back again. read more

i wish it could allow me to give give them 0 star. Don't waste your money there when i saw that place i was very happy cause it is literally.5 miles from my house but there customer service is 0. they only want your money i went walk in there on Saturday for my mani and pedi and on my finger nails gel polish came off very next day on Sunday and then i went there on Monday ask them to fix it. Ladies working on that day start making faces and said oh you need to make an appointment. I was like really for this small thing it just gonna take 5 min to fix it and she said no you have to make an appointment. i told her i came walk in even for the whole thing but she was just trying to ignore. The lady who polish my nails she did it really thick i told her same time like you coated it very thick it's gonna come off but she said no. it is also peeling off from my middle finger i asked can you fix this one too and she said no i fix it only on your right thumb and only this time not next time and i just walked out without having them fixed. waisted my $30 there. i don't recommend this place to anyone. they have very negative vibes in there salon. I need my money back. read more

I called in to make sure they had availability. They were able to take me right away. I get there and see a sign saying cash only. Who carries cash now a days?! I asked to confirm and they said to go to the 7-11. I asked if they can take Venmo (because other nail salons in Oc offered Venmo) but they said no. Luckily I was able to find just enough cash in my car. The color I picked was running out so my nail lady chose another similar color. I did feel like they could have done a better job cleaning my nails.m but oh well. My pedicure was okay, I might be back if I have cash on me. read more

Love coming here to get my nailsdone, definitely recommend making an appointment if it's on a weekend because they get really busy... the ladies here are very nice and do a great job... i came in for a dip, and love my nails... they charge $35 for dip and $3 to remove the previous dip color... They changed some of there policies, so now they only expect card payments on transactions of $30 or more, and you can not add gratuity to your card, you have to tip cash... Other than that this place is awesome and reasonably priced. read more

I was able to call ahead and make an appointment for a polish change on my toes. First, the parking can be a little skimpy, depending on the time of day. This salon is located in a plaza with other businesses, so keep that in mind when you arrive. Anyway, when I arrived, I was service immediately. The lady who did my polish change was nice and efficient. My service came out okay, nothing to write home about. There wasn't any social distancing. However, staff were wearing masks (and I STAY with my mask on...okay?!). Like someone else mentioned, it is CASH ONLY (which is rude) & you only see the sign when you are INSIDE..nothing outside informing you of that! Also, when I called to make an appointment, the "cash only" thing was NOT mentioned. Would I return, maybe not. The service was mediocre. read more

Everyone here is super friendly and sweet. Upon arrival you have to wash your hands. Everyone has their mask on. There's even a pixel glass between you and the nail tech. The only thing is it's CASH ONLY right now. I had a great experience and will definitely be back. Love it! read more

Save yourself the time and money and find somewhere else. I came in to get a mani/pedi with gel. On their package list they have a mani/pedi combo priced for $43 dollars. I knew gel would be extra. In the end they charged me $70 something dollars. I refuse to believe that adding gel for my mani and pedi would be $30 dollars extra. When I had asked they were extremely rude and I was trying to explain to them that they should go by what they have it priced and she told that I should reread the price slip. I read it while I was waiting. If I could give 0 stars I would. And on top of that she wanted to tell me that they're the cheapest in the area. I usually pay 45 for a gel mani pedi but my usual lady couldn't fit me in today. That's what I get for taking a chance on a new salon. read more

I'm so tired of trying to give this nail salon a chance when every time I come here I feel like I'm either being discriminated against or just not treated right or talk down to. I get it. It's not normal these days to just get a regular manicure, but I find it so disrespectful to make someone feel less than just because they want a manicure and not gel. Trust me I usually get gel manicure. I prefer gel manicure, but my people are out of town right now, plus I just needed my cuticles taken care of and a clear coat - super quick and easy. But again I'm disappointed as always!! Made an appointment and once I arrive, I mentioned I had an appointment but then asked what I wanted done & the way the main lady said " a manicure that's it????" Like yes that's what I just said.. What is the issue... Then she's gonna say go ahead and sit down I wait for 15 minutes and she comes back to me saying " for a regular manicure it's going to be another 30 more minutes"... Excuse me? So I have to wait 45 minutes for regular manicure???? that's absolutely ridiculous to me. They need to work on their time management or just have better customer service. This is my last and final time trying to support this businesses in my community. 0/10 recommended read more

I love getting my gel manicure and pedicure at this nail spa! Eve, Michelle, Mai and Tina are fantastic. To be honest all the technicians I have come across have done a great job. Place is clean and they do quality work while delivering great customer service. Plus the service never feels rushed. I will be back! read more

IF YOU WANT WORKER(S)TO TALK SHIT ABOUT YOU IN VIET THEN REQUEST LIZ!!! Came into the shop on a Wednesday afternoon to get a quick mani pedi. I read the yelp reviews and kinda knew what I was getting myself into. Mediocre service but at an okay price. I got the "classic combo" which is just a regular mani pedi. Liz did my toes and Michelle did my nails. The only best thing about this place is the happy hour which entitles 20% off mani pedi combo packages. So pretty much my mani pedi was roughly $26 total. The polish on my hands were sloppy due to the fact that the top coat wasn't painted over the entire nail. And as for the pedicure, the lovely Liz TALKED SHIT about my toes/skin during the process of my pedicure. I understand that I haven't had a pedicure in months but that's why I went to get them done. I find it very unprofessional to talk shit about your client, whether in English or Viet or whatever. Have some respect and save that shit for later. read more

Be prepared +$15 to pay when adding stones on 2 nails per hand. The stones fell off within TWO Days after spending 2 hours for a pedicure and full set. Unacceptable, plus under two acrylic nails filled of clumps not cleaned up. read more

Went in at 1pm on a Sunday and it looked like I was the first person they've seen all day. Towels were covering all of their stations. I asked if they were open and the lady said yes. I immediately saw the sign that said 'cash only. No credit cards' so I asked if I could pay with venmo. She said, "no. Only cash". I left. I needed a fill so I had to suck it up! Today I got the hot oil pedicure & a fill-in. I kno this is an Asian salon but I really don't like when they don't speak English the lady that did my pedi ws good but she didn't speak much English. So communicating had to be done by making faces and hand gestures. The man that did my nails was ROUGH! While filling my nails with that sander thingy he was tearing up my cuticles! Ouch sir!! That's my skin! SMH Although the experience wasn't the best, my nails look GREAT! Good thing I don't live here bcz I would be stuck deciding if the experience is more important than the end result. Walked in for a fresh Dip. Although they were closing up the stylist still ever so kindly took me. Didn't rush the service and made sure I was happy by helping me find a color. Liz was amazingly caring to make sure I got a great service. She paid attention to detail and depth of the color I wanted to achieve with my dip. Even got so relaxed that I started to doze off. I was not happy with my last visit. I was getting a fill and the lady rushed through it. When she painted my nails she missed a strip on the edge of each nail so I told her and she quickly painted the edges but still missed a few. She then without saying a word grabbed my purse walked it over to the dryer so I followed her and sat down, she turned it on and walked away and started working on a different person. When the dryer was done I just stood there waiting so she finally came over with the clear coat and painted over my nails really fast while I was just standing there, put me back under the dryer and continued to work on someone else. They were very unprofessional I will never be going back. read more

I had my husband make appointment at 10:00 am.. but I was in their early at 9:27 am And they were extremely rude and said that they couldn't give me a fill.. when my husband call he didn't say a fill n that she had appointment at 10:00 am... when she had whole time to get me a fill before her next appointment.. I so tried of this nail place always being so rude.. they don't care about customer service at all.. I have gone their more then once.. just goes to show they think they can act how they please.. Do not care about business at all... I dont recommend this place.. their our other places in easttvale that treat their customers way better.. watch out for this place!!! read more

Lol Kuts and Queens is a clean facility and the vibe is comfortable. I was able to meet with the owners our first day in and I really love the family dynamic and how welcoming they were. Made me feel like I've known them for years first time meeting them. This is definitely the only barbershop we'll be frequenting.

Other than that, I can usually just walk in or call before coming in and either wait 10-15 mins (if that) or get sat right away! The have a bagel shop next door and Starbucks in the same parking lot so you can grab something and bring it in. Can go wrong with having your coffee while getting your nails done. My husband and I were really excited to have found a new nail shop nearby. However I do see now why this place is rated so low. The service received was very sloppy, rushed and uncared for. I advised the technician several times how I would like my nails, she was very rude quick to cut me off and imply " yea yea " I'll make your white tip thinner when I finish... I'll file it making the white tip thinner. I have never heard of this ghetto and lazy technique.. the point was not to shorten my natural nails but to paint a thin line " white tip " it's really no way around doing your job. By the way these are my natural nails that I have been growing out healthy for 7yrs. Upon the conclusion of the 2nd attempt of the same technician trying to redo my nails by just taking the white tip off.. I pretty much had it figured out that she just didn't care to do the entire job over though the gel builder was not stabilized and consistent. When my husband and I approached the counter upon our last service explaining to the man in charge that the technician could not provide the simple services I requested " thin white tip " along with sticker ( Chanel ) design, including the gel inconsistency. We were brushed off given $10 off our total and told to come back if we wanted it redone...now this was done after the previous frustrating 20 minutes spent with the technician on her 2nd attempt as explained above. She attempted to correct my nails but couldn't quite. Instead she only made things worse is what I explained at the front desk, two coats of gel builder as you'll see the inconsistency in product and coverage. It would have been courtesy seeing that I am a repeat customer to have someone else correct the my nails. But fortunately the shops concern was that each technician had already been occupied. With customers waiting to be seen. In other words it felt like they weren't concerned at all just wanted my husband to pay. This is not how you demonstrate concern for existing customers. I for certain along with my husband will not be coming back here nor do I recommend anyone who cares how they are treated and serviced as customer care is not top priority whatsoever. I cried because my nails have never been this fugly .. it's really poor servicing !! I do not expect a response from this company nor any reassurance. I will not partake in any services or comments regarding the unprofessionalism.

Diva Nails was one of the only places that had an opening last minute. First, to remove my gel mani they had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone that was very obviously being used over and over again. They did not open a new pack of sterilized nail tools. The file and clippers were already sitting out on their little roller cart and looked very used up. After the tech used the clippers for my toes he passed it over to the tech doing my nails so that she could clip my finger nails. The guy then used an old beat up nail brush on my toes scrubbing so hard, it was painful. Even the pumice scrubber looked used. I was mortified as I sat there letting them give me this mani/pedi. I was the only one there and I didn't want to make a fuss. Now I just want to warn everyone that this is not the place to go. Super unsanitary and very mediocre work. It does not seem like they even have real training if I am being completely honest. When I first arrived they were friendly but shortly after they seemed annoyed at my existence.
