I thought it would be helpful to share my experience from my last appointment. I got my nails done on Thursday mid‑day, and by Friday two nails had already chipped. Today (Sunday), another one chipped. This has now happened the last three times I've come in, which is really disappointing given the time and money spent. I should also mention an uncomfortable moment during my pedicure. After finishing, my technician directed me to a seat for my gel fill, and the technician at that station yelled back at her in their native language, refusing to take me. This went on for several minutes before I was moved elsewhere. As the only African American customer present at the time, the situation felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I'm sharing this because I do want to continue supporting your business, but these repeated issues make it hard to feel confident returning. You know.... I've been here twice. The first time was two weeks ago with Gel x nails. One nail had popped off completely in a week, and two others were loose. They were too long anyway, so I opted to take them off and get gel. I came here on Monday, July 20th. It is now Wednesday, July 22nd. The work doesn't last long here, and even the job that is done is so so. My mom was making fun of me because of how my nails are all different lengths and shape. LOL but the lady also let me leave with the acrylic or whatever all over my hands. She told me to just go home and wash my hands really well. I just don't think that's good service. Obviously, two days later... not worth $112. Got a gel mani and callous spa pedicure with gel. As you can see, the toe had a layer peeled off. So, yeah. I will continue to the next salon! I wasn't planning on leaving a review, but I haven't been able to stop thinking about how poor the customer service was. I came in to have my gel polish removed and get a simple sheer pink acrylic set. From the start, the technician seemed dismissive and told me she couldn't provide the service I requested due to them not having the color. Which i was okay with, so I planned to pick a different color. During the removal process, the drilling was quite painful. I expressed my discomfort, but was told it had to be done that way, & that any other place I go to will do it the same . Mind you this is not my first time getting my nail polish removed , so that is incorrect! So because the drilling was painful, I naturally reacted and moved a bit. After that, she got up frustrated, spoke to a coworker, and moved me to another chair. She told me she had another client and couldn't continue, yet shortly after I saw her getting her own nails done by another employee. Overall, the lack of care, and professionalism led me to leave without completing my service. I wish I could provide the name of the technician, but I did not ask for it. Do not get eyelash extensions there. Go to a place that only does lashes. I had clumps of glue that went into my eyelids. My eyes were red and so swollen. They were painful. Also very itchy. Lashes were comically long and I looked like a clown. I was not given any instructions on how to care for them or how to clean them. Of course I googled it but they should make sure you know how to care for them before you leave. I also got a mani-pedi. I brought my own nail polish this time and did not do gels. Last time they did me and my daughter's nails they started flaking the next day. I keep trying to be happy using them because they are conveniently located, but never again. read more

I'm never coming back. I've been coming for a bit over a year now and every time I have made an APPOINTMENT I get taken 15 - 30 minutes late. I only kept coming back due to the convenience of how close it was to my home, and most of the time their services are done well. However, today was my final straw. I had an appointment and they told me they were going to take me 30 minutes after regardless of me saying I had somewhere to be. No remorse or empathy was shown so i left! Not worth giving them my money when they can't even abide to appointment times. However, Ranch Nails and Spa was open and super glad to take me in! I recommend! Kaylen was amazing. I was greeted right away upon entering for a walk in and instructed how to sign in. She consulted on color selection for swatches and desired ' milky ' color with colored acrylic vs gel color and advised me of anticipated extra cost for colored acrylic. Every step of the way she communicated what I could Expect next ( hand positioning, alcohol on my already red and irritated cuticles and even communicated that I was free to scroll on my phone while she worked for a while on one hand ). The communication was clear and concise and I appreciated it so much! Her own nails were beautiful and I loved that she was up on the most recent trends for color, shape, product etc. She also checked in on price expectations before she proceeded which is so different than other salons. The communication and professionalism made me willing to even pay MORE so I compensated it in her tip. Love this salon! The customer service they received was good, but the product's quality and value were very disappointing. My wife upgraded to gel polish for all of them so their nails and toes would last for our upcoming trip. My daughter's toes and nail polish had started to chip and come off by the 31st. Regarding the amount paid for the service, I expect the product to last longer than 3 days. At this point, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this place. I would not recommend this place if you want to do a walk in. I went on a Tuesday morning one hour after they opened and there were only 2 ladies working. The lady at the front said I would have to make an appointment or come back later. I just don't understand. There are plenty of stations. Only a quarter of the salon is used and there are never enough technicians. I used to like this place as I felt they did quality work, but lately it feels like they charge for every tiny thing. Like cuticle trimming is not included if you get a full set or a fill. You have to ask for it, and then it costs extra. It's just sad to see business go down the drain when they start mistreating their customers. Now a full set of acrylic and a pedicure costs over $100. This insanity must stop. read more

Have made appointments 3 times with Tina 2 times they called to ask if I can come later (but when they call it's 15-20 minutes before my appointment), both times I was already on my way. The 1st time I didn't explicitly say appointment was with Tina (even though I gave my name when I signed in) so someone else started my nails and she finished them when their appointment got here. My girlfriend & my Mother got their nails done here & not only did they not do a good job, but they cut my girlfriend, were rough with my Mother's pedicure & the customer service was awful. More than once my Mother asked for the guy to be gentle with her and he was not. To top it off, Tina did not offer a refund after my girlfriends acrylic nail fell off an hour after going home from getting her nails done by Amy. Tina kept insisting that they do not give refunds after my girlfriend did not want to get her nails redone. Her nails were poorly done. Plus, after having Amy remove the acrylic's from her nails, there was moisture inside the nail that could have caused her to get fungus. Ugh! A nightmare! I was looking for a nail salon closer to home and I initially had two prior positive experiences at Organic Nail Bar 2. My opinion changed today! I made a 9:00 am appointment on Saturday for a manicure/pedicure and had a terrible experience. Blossom was the nail technician for my pedicure and she was great. Unfortunately, even though I had an appointment for a manicure too, no one was available (they open at 9:00 am). The receptionist who apparently is also a nail technician started the manicure at 9:30 am. She was friendly enough but had to stop repeatedly to leave and answer the phone /assist clients at the front desk. After the 4th interruption, I chose to end the service and leave as I had another appointment elsewhere. I was informed that even though I had booked two service appointments, it was not guaranteed that they would be done simultaneously. I should allow 2 1/2 hours on my time. Based on this policy and my experience, I do not recommend this nail salon. Getting a manicure/pedicure should be a relaxing experience! This nail salon failed miserably in understanding this basic concept. They only made excuses and implied I should have scheduled more time in my day! read more

I always talk to Tina about what I'm looking for and we collaborate on the final look. They last about 3 - 4 weeks and are reasonably priced. I always make an appointment as it can get busy! This place absolutely a joke I have gone twice now and each time have gotten horrible service. My first time they were super rude and gave me no commutation on what they were with doing. I waited around for my eye brows to get done as they put me in a room and I waited in the room for a long time for someone to help me! And no one ever came and I just walk out. Them not having a care in the world. Then the second time thought I give it another shot with my dad. He needs pedicure because of his diabetic issues and his feet need service at least once a month because of how dry n bad they can get. Considering they are next door to the place he gets his haircut at. More convenience for me. So I go in there and no issues doing my dad's feet. Then next visit after that I was ok maybe get better since not been there in so long. I go in there literally giving me issues about his feet that just made a red flag Considering they already in the pass done his feet. What was the big deal. But they ended up doing it. Then I go to pay after and they wanted to charge $2.00 to use my debit card. That is illegal for them to do then I explain that to the lady that it is illegal!!! she was really rude about . I told her that's illegal for them to charge people! So I am letting people know if you look up the laws it's illegal for these people to charge us at all on our cards. I normally never give bad reviews to business unless something really needs improvement. I feel bad for writing this review but something needs to change about the services i received and i hope no one else has to deal with what i went through. I went in on my birthday to get my nails done for dinner later that day early Saturday morning and wanted to get nothing tooo crazy but little different yes. I could say the service was not bad everyone was very kind and quick with their work. I had gotten my feet and hands done that day and my feet were done very nicely i had no complaints. Although for my hands i had a nightmare of a birthday present. My mother has gone here twice and gotten the Gel X and i was surprised how good they were until I had asked for the Gel X on that day and they absolutely butchered my fingers. From the very beginning i noticed that the gel x wasn't properly being placed and the gel was curing to my skin in my fingers instead of the nail. I assumed it was because they would drill it off later to clean it up but i was wrong. I have gone to very nice nail places in the past and never have i experienced this. The second she cured the nails it was burning my skin so much i had to take breaks. i mentioned it but said it was normal... not normal to me but okay.. I then noticed the lady was sort of forcing these nails onto my fingers as if they didnt fit me.. idk i felt like it was better to just say they didnt have a good fit and not do it then hurt my nail beds and force them on. After that we went to the table to do the paint and i noticed i was already in pain like i felt stinging under my nails and i saw that my thumbnail was bleeding from the fake nails lifting my nail-bed up. i mentioned it and she kinda brushed it off..she said the extra gel over my skin was to make sure they lasted longer which doesn't make sense to me. The nail color honestly wasn't that bad it want what i was expecting or wanted but it was the only color they had closest to regular brown. After my nails were done i wasn't too picky at the end result at first until i got into the car and started driving to my next appointment. Then i realized how more and more painful my fingers were getting cuz at first I thought i just had to get used to it. But at this point it was unbearable. I dont have time to go all the way back i have things to do! I went to my next appointment and then home to just get them off as soon as possible before my Bday Dinner started. Acetone really helped get these off smoothly and less painfully. The second they were taken off i felt INSTANT relief. I have never felt such pain in my life. My finger nails were so red and my thumb nail was still bleeding underneath the nail. I just painted over my nails with a navy blue color to cover the bruising and redness. My cuticles were shredded, my nail beds sore and bruised, my finger tips burned and now raw. My fingers are so sensitive and almost done healing. Im sorry for writing such a long an detailed review but realistically if you want to have a service done for people to get you have to at least know what your doing or take the time to care for the customers. I never lie on my reviews and really wish for the improvement for this business. It has plenty of potential as ive seen with others but this was literally the most painful and stressful nail appointment ive ever been to. Please be understanding and listen to your customers if they have brought something up to your attention instead of saying "its supposed to be like that". read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I've been unsatisfied each time I've gone here. I've gone here twice, and each time my mani pedi were rushed. I got gel for my pedicure both times and It chipped only a few days later... for such an expensive price, you'd think the quality would be better. I also got acrylics both times and I request simple designs, but everything was so rushed. I asked for a gradient design and it was done very sloppy. I also added DECALS and they couldn't even make it even. After I told her that it's crooked, she apologized followed with a "it's too late to fix it". I still left a tip out of courtesy, but I definitely won't be coming back. They need to either make their services less expensive or better their quality of services, because they're not going to retain any customers if they continue this. read more

I really don't want to jinx it, but I think this is my new go-to nail place. I've been here 3 times for mani/pedi. Each time it was spontaneous...just calling to see if they had any availability, being pleasantly surprised when they said yes, then hurrying on over. Each time I go I feel so relaxed and they've done a great job. I always get compliments on my nails after I've been here, even weeks later. They are the best nail place in Ontario Ranch and it's so nice to finally have a good place near by. I took one star off because the one time I did have an appointment, they missed up and put it for a week later so when I showed up, they were unable and I accommodate me and left me scrambling trying to find another place to go. Let me start with the good. 5 stars for my nails. I got acrylic nails and a regular pedicure the ladys that helped were so sweet and did an amazing job. I will most definitely be returning for nails. However I did get my lashes done there. We were going on a last minute trip and my regular lady was booked. So I decided to try since I would be there for my nails anyways. 1 star for lashes since the lady was also very sweet but I'm not sure what material these lashes are but they hurt. They look like there glued to my eyelid (vs my lashes) and the glue kept getting in my eye and had to use eye drops after. I honestly didn't have high expectations since it was a nail salon but I did think they'd be this bad not only uncomfortable and I can't even take them off now. I learned my lesson. I only write this in hopes that they learn from it. You shouldn't offer a service if your are not well trained in it. read more

I wanted to get gel builder on my nails with a pedicure. Pedicure was good, done by a woman. My manicure was done by a young man (20s or early 30s) with short hair. Let me tell you, his hands were shaking non-stop as he was applying the polish over my nails. So much shaking. After my nails were done, of course they looked uneven in shape, and clumpy on the top. It was really a disappointment, especially because gel builder alone is $55-65. I will definitely not go there again and do not recommend this salon. The manicurists are really beginners still learning/experimenting. Might as well have a toddler color your nails for you, for the same appearance. read more

Walked in today for a mani pedi . I was in the middle if a conversation with the receptionist when the phone rang. Instead if putting the customer on hold for a few seconds, she started talking to them about appointments and pricing and left me standing there. After about two minutes, I turned and walked out of that place.
