I contacted Victor to inspect a blind spot monitor malfunction on my SUV that appeared shortly after an alignment and camber adjustment were performed at another shop. Over the phone, Victor initially seemed knowledgeable, he explained several possible causes and how the issue might be corrected and said they will inspect the vehicle before there is a charge. However, my in-person experience was disappointing. I arrived for my 2PM appointment, and the first thing he told me was that he was going to lunch at 2PM and asked me to return in 30 minutes. Since I had come straight from work, I chose to wait. During that time, I noticed staff BBQing food inside the shop near my vehicle, filling the area with smoke, this felt unprofessional and concerning. After inspecting my car and pulling the diagnostic codes, Victor pointed out a small dent on the rear of my vehicle from about four years ago. He then suggested that I had been in a collision that caused the blind spot monitor issue and implied that I may have repaired the damage, and seeking to "blame" the alignment shop. I found this assumption inappropriate and unfounded. He ultimately recommended another alignment. When I asked for clarification, specifically whether he meant a calibration instead, since I had just completed an alignment. He responded dismissively, saying, "alignment...calibration... It's the same SHIT." This response, along with his overall tone, came across as unprofessional. I really can't believe it, I'm actually pretty shocked. I took my car to this place after it not running for months, having taken it to multiple mechanics who cannot figure out the issue, and then finally taking it to the dealer (Mossy Infiniti/Nissan Oceanside, stay far away from them.) who wanted to charge $4,000 to replace my harness that was causing electrical issues in my vehicle causing it to go into limp mode and making it undrivable. I called into this place and asked if they did work on harnesses, and they said to bring it in. They literally fixed it in about a week and charged only $472. Rather than replacing the entire harness which did not need to be done, they simply fixed what was broken on it. Yes, $472. They literally saved me about $3,400. I wish I have known about this place much sooner. These guys are no BS and one of those rare good mechanics you find who do quality work and know what they're doing. They are flexible, nice, and very straightforward. Highly recommended I still can't believe they fixed my vehicle. I have a 2016 Nissan Frontier SV. It has had the same problem for 4 months. No speedometer, brake light, ABS light, traction control light, tire indicator. Nissan said it was the ABS module and it would be $1500 to repair. Mileage was at 38K, so naturally, the warranty just ran out...convenient. I had a used one installed, then took it back to Nissan and they said it still wasn't working. I must have bought a bad used module (-$250) because they can't communicate with it. 2 months go by, I then take it to another mechanic and they said they can't communicate with it either and that I should replace the one that was installed. I bought another used one (-$100), this time out of a working identical truck. I took it to Luxe Electrical and they couldn't communicate with it, but he immediately said it's probably a bad ground. He checked all the grounds coming from the wiring harness off of the ABS module and he found the bad ground. After printing the wiring diagram for my truck, he traced it to the ground beside my air intake. He took it off, sanded it down to make a better ground and it worked. He was able to communicate with the module, he reset everything and FINALLY, it was working. No lights, my speedometer is working and I am happy! My cost (-$80) By the way, I called Luxe at 11:49 am today, at 12:40 pm, less than an hour later, my truck was working. These guys know what they're doing. I couldn't be happier than I am right now. Skip the dealership who clearly don't know what they're doing and take your electrical issues to them. These guys did what a Nissan dealership (-$125), a mobile mechanic (-$200), and another mechanic on convoy couldn't do (-$117). Thank you a million times! read more

Had Artur installed an emulator in December 2020 on my Mercedes C300 to pre-empty potential expensive problem with its EIS/ELS steering column locked which happened too often with this W204 and W212. Have car transported to Austin Texas due to work relocation. Unfortunately, during car transportation, thief stole all car keys from the moving truck. Artur is a consummate professional- Kind and knowledgeable, he quoted me a fair rate to reset a code on my daughter's Mercedes E430. It turned out to be a little more complicated, and he took the time to go into diagnostics and perform a reprogramming of the airbag module to prevent a reoccurrence of the code, and didn't charge me a dime more. This was absolutely unbelievable, and would have cost three times what I paid anywhere else. The shop itself is clean, with plenty of parking and is easy to get to, right off of Miramar. Artur's equipment is top notch, and he has the latest software and diagnostic programs, at the same level as a BMW or Mercedes dealer. Many shops will claim to have programming abilities, but you'll quickly find out that they use generic Chinese programmers that you could have bought yourself on eBay for $50. Artur is a skilled soldering and PCB guy as well, and obviously knows his stuff. I was calling around to finally get my passenger side window looked at (been like 5 years). The issue was it would work once in a blue moon. I went to a mechanic a few years back to have it fixed. Wrong idea.. never have a mechanic do a electrician's job. The other shop replaced the master switch and it worked for like a week and went back to working whenever it decides. So I was getting quotes and 3 auto glass company's responded to me. One wasn't sure the issue so wanted to do a diagnostic for $75, another haven't looked at the vehicle yet but wanted to charge $140, and the last came and checked it out and informed me it wasn't a motor issue but most likely an electrical. The 2 remote keys to my 2011 Honda Odyssey were 7 years old. I couldn't open them to change the batteries; one was already dead. The other key case was cracked at the key. I ordered a new case for that one, but a key blank was attached. Luxe Auto Repair - Luxe Electrical Inc came up in a search for automotive locksmiths, and had great reviews. So, I brought my keys by, and Artur, the owner, open one and replaced the battery and swapped the broken case for the new case and cut the blank. He did all this while I waited, in about 30 minutes. I asked Artur how much I owed him, and he asked if I could give him and rave online review instead. So this is it. I can't tell you how happy I am to get the keys finally fixed. Honda wanted $150 to replace each key. Artur was able to fix them, and now I have keys for another 7 years. Luxe is about a year old and you should bring them your business. On October 11th I could not raise or lower my passenger side window in my Jeep. I parked here to ask when they would have time to fix this. They introduced me to Victor who simply started walking toward my Jeep. I opened the door for him to see the inside and I demonstrated the problem. He stepped away and returned with tools and went right to work. He removed the panel and after he manipulated the connections and hardware, he went to a computer and viewed many complicated display screens for a few minutes and added a spacer at the bottom of the inside of the door. Testing it several times proved that this was the answer. He replaced the panel and finished. I paid a very reasonable amount and thanked him. I told management that Victor is a keeper!
