I messaged store via Instagram about an item, was quoted a price on it, a diamond bracelet. The rep then requested a call, at which point he claimed the item he quoted me on is different and at their warehouse and or unavailable, which appears to be a bait and switch scam. The bracelet showed on their Instagram is a different price than quoted, which I was hesitant about after bait and switch attempt, after signing finance contract, found a better price elsewhere, store rep, Zack, would not cancel contract with American First Finance,, had to call them directly. Total RIP OFF! I ordered a pair of custom made earrings. They were supposed to be silver covered in gold. What a rip off of $550. LUXE Jewelry sells fake rolex and cartier items. I bought rolex watches and bracelets from LUXE & came to find out what I bought was 100% counterfeit and 100% fake. I took the watches and bracelets I bought from Luxe to official rolex stores and cartier store and they confirmed my items were worthless. I spent 10's of thousands of dollars and in return I received FAKE products from Luxe Jewelry. LUXE is a bunch of lying scammers. I have also ran into others that have similar stories. I am giving this place 1 star because there is no zero star option. I purchased a wedding band for my husband and requested to get it sized and engraved Farrah told me it would be ready in 3 business days and that i would receive a call when it's ready. I never got a call on the third business day (which was a Saturday) so i contacted them and spoke to a man who said it would be ready by Monday , definitely on Tuesday. Tuesday rolled around and still nothing so on Wednesday i have them multiple calls and which I received no answer since this ring was already paid in full and i had to move back to my home state in California the next business day i drove to this place and asked for a refund. The man at the register assured me that my ring was coming end of that day and they would verify overnight it to me. He had me wrote my address info. 2 days later i still hadn't received my ring in the mail so i called them one last time and spoke to a man who said he didn't know anything about the ring and he would contact me by the end of the day with tracking # to no surprise i never got that call. The next morning 1 week after getting the run around and still no ring i made several attempts to call them no answer i finally got a call from a guy who claims his name was "Ali" said he was calling from the "shipping department " he took down m email and said he would have the tracking # emailed to me by the end of the day. I didn't buy it bc these people have proven to have absolutely no integrity and i was right bc the day ended and still no email. So i took matters into my own hands and filed a claim with my bank to get my money back. If you're looking for jewelry please DO NOT do business with these people save yourself the time and money. Give your money to business who value their customers and who are professional. I wouldn't wish my experience with these people to my worst enemy. I bought a rope necklace for my nephew from this jewelry store on December 17, 2016 for his Christmas present. On January 4, 2017, my nephew was wearing the necklace and while changing his shirt by accident it got caught up in his fingers and the rope necklace broke..So, on the same day I took the chain in to get it repaired around 11:15am..It wasn't a problem getting it repaired. But while asking when it be could fixed and when I could come back to pick it up the sales guy told me it would be done by Friday evening January 6, 2017 by 5:09pm..I said okay are you sure because my nephew is only here until Saturday January 7, 2017 because he has to go back to school in California which is where he lives. The sales guy said it wouldn't be a problem, and that we would get it back by Friday evening on 1/6/17. I go back to the store on Friday 1/6/17, the store is closed down for construction until 1/31/17. The sales guy didn't tell me that the store would be closed for remodeling or anything. If I would have known this, I would have let my nephew take his necklace back to California with him and he would have gotten it repaired himself. At least he would have his necklace with him and not held up in some store still waiting to be repaired and waiting for the store to re open. I am still furious about it..I will never purchase from this store ever again.. I'm going to tell everyone that I know not to purchase here.
