Despite our clear request for a new watch, the salesperson, initially presented us with a preowned piece, only disclosing it after my husband chose it. Feeling deceived, we discovered the warranty card had another person's name. When confronted, they refused a refund, offering only store credit. Later, we bought another Rolex from an authorized dealer, confirming its (watch that we bought from Malani) authenticity through Rolex's service process. Shockingly, the watch from Malani was labeled 'partially or entirely counterfeit.' Disappointed, I left a one-star review, prompting a call from Malani, who acknowledged their supplier's error. Despite promising a resolution, their refund process lacked empathy and offered no compensation for our inconvenience, including a 15-hour round trip to return the watch. We also encourage everyone to read their receipt Carefully as there are some disclosures/fine prints listed in their receipt about counterfeit products particularly for watches. I came here to get a necklace clasp repaired and was promptly helped. I worked with Al and he was so polite and helpful. It was a great experience all the way around. Upon entering, there was security who was courteous. I felt safe to say the least. Al promptly greeted me upon entering and proceeded to assist me with my 22k necklace. I was offered a beverage while awaited the repair which only took about 10 minutes. I was definitely impressed as I had been having issues getting 22k gold repaired. THEY ARE CHEATS. Never buy from their online store. They send you fake item. I've ordered jewelry from their online store 3 times, things like pendent, earrings, chain etc. Each time, none of the 11-12 items had any 22kt stamp at the back of the item as a guarantee that this is 22 kt gold. I called them up after first order, they promised to send each item stamped, but none had the stamp when it arrived. Since items were small, I did not bother. I again ordered a large earring from them, called them up to make sure it gets the 22kt stamp, when it arrived it had a stamp "S.O.N.6 " instead of standard 22 kt gold. I was shocked, as I've bought lots of jewelry from other stores and never seen such a stamp. I immediately called up the store, the lady was extremely rude, she said never to buy from them again . I got the item checked at a local jewelers and it turns out it is NOT GOLD. THEY CHARGED ME PRICE OF GOLD ($500) AND SENT ME FAKE ITEM, not worth more than $10. I'm DUPED. read more

The worst online experience I ever had. I ordered two (2) men's 22kt bracelets online from them. No problem with my credit. I was asked to send a copy of my drivers license and a copy of the card. Did that. A WEEK later ,was asked to send a copy of any utility bills (?????). I emailed them and told them that was way too much for a store to ask. I was buying jewelry,not applying for credit from them. Yet,I sent a copy of my gas AND electric bill Days later, received an email stating my merchandise was shipped. If the quoted price is less than say your price nicely but dnt show attitude.I got very angry,they have to be nice and patients to the customers but don't show the attitude ...I told her not to show attitude to your customers like that.. Buyers beware. Don't buy from this store. WAY, WAY OVERPRICED !!! I recently went to the Malani jewellers store in Atlanta GA. When I inquired the price on an item they quoted $20,000. That very same item was listed on the website for $10,000. When I pointed to the sales rep that this item is listed for half the price on the website, she said that they will price match. Mind you, even the prices on the website are highly inflated. They intentionally price the items 3-4 times above the actual price to take advantage of customers who have not done their homework. I don't mind paying a premium if the design is truly worth it but charging customers 3-4 times the true price is a total ripoff. Please don't patronize such ripoff stores.
