She is located in the building across from Kaiser Hospital. Her space is upstairs which was easy to find with her very clear directions I received after booking and the signs presented near the door. There is also plenty of street parking across the street near McKinley HS. When I first walked in, I noticed the room was decorated with plants and crystals-- which is just my style. The room for the sugaring was clean and wipes were provided. The process was a lot shorter than I was expecting, around 15-20 minutes for everything GONE! It was also a lot less painful than regular waxing at home. Will be going back for my 7 week maintenance!

She said that all the products are made of natural ingredients and that the process of sugaring was less painful than waxing. Supposedly the hair grows back lighter and eventually with some maintenance, it doesn't grow back at all! Also, the TV is up high so you can take your mind off of the task at hand. She gets down! hahaha It can be a little uncomfortable at first but she's good at what she does and tries to make you feel as comfortable as possible by talking to you the whole time. I'm so used to waxing so this sugaring thing, wasn't bad at all. She's still pulling out the hairs, however, it's less stressful on your skin. None of us had experienced these treatments before, so we weren't sure what to expect. From start to finish, Jenny was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. She thoroughly explained how to prepare our skin beforehand and made us feel comfortable throughout each treatment.
