I was told originally that I needed a new master cylinder which, after only 8000 miles, was somewhat of a surprise but I went ahead and agreed. The rear brake was a little firmer but was still spongey. A few months later and within 200 miles of operation the rear brake again went spongey and lost pressure so I took it back to Ride Now only to be told again that I needed yet another cylinder. By that time I had spent about $800 without a proper repair being completed. I refused the new master cylinder and took it to a local independent shop who bled the brakes and now the rear brake works as expected. Ride Now Phoenix were evasive, told me they would help with a warranty claim and then never returned my calls. I would like for Ride Now Phoenix to refund me the $800 I wasted on them trying to bleed the brakes and buying a new master cylinder when I didn't need to.

I was honestly taken aback but gave him the benefit of the doubt... for about 30 minutes. Still no help. No acknowledgment. Nothing. At that point, I had to raise my voice just to get assistance. Also, she encouraged me to wear them around at home to be 100% sure before wearing them out to ride. That's not someone just trying to sell you the more expensive product, that just good service. "Bring back if they aren't right and we'll try more, order some in from our reps..." Turns out she was right, the boots were fantastic, wore them for 3 hours of riding first day. That's because the 3rd grader they had swap my dirt tire back from a paddle didn't put it back in. WTF!?!? Should be an easy process right ? I show up and the ridenow salesman decides to try to quote me 3k more than the deal I made over the phone (bait and switch/greedy) Took me 4.5 hours to get them to match their original quote AND they refused to honor their advertisement pictures showing the saddlebags I love the bike and the Indian motorcycle rep. But I won't be back to buy another bike and will continue to share my story
