I've been going to this nail salon for 5 years, and all appointments were great. Every time I visit, the owner Annie sees to it that I am given the highest quality of service. I travel a lot between East Coast and to West Coast, and sometimes in a rush but still given the last-minute time I need, they always do such an excellent job.   The Salon itself is very clean, and the Ladies here are very professional and strive to give the highest quality of work. My GEL Mani usually lasts me 4 weeks, there was even a time it held strong for straight 6 weeks during my winter vacation, and my pedicure last a really long time as well.   The area is ideal for where I live, close to the stores I need to go to during my nails and errands day, and parking here is a breeze. All the people are great and the owner is a wonderful person I've chosen to come here for maybe almost 5 years now, and I don't plan going anywhere else, unless I move permanently down the West Coast. Update- Owner was very nice and understanding and offered a discount for future services. Very dissatisfied... I went in for a pedicure and no exaggeration when I say the pedicure took all of 10 minutes. I went in looking for a relaxing moment for myself and walked out infuriated instead. The scrub was thrown on my legs, spread out in a layer and washed right off again. No cuticles cut, and the callus scrub took 20 seconds each heel. read more

Update - I was offered a complementary fill in and they managed to still charge me for using more than 2 nail polishes. First time I've ever been charged extra for using different colors. This place is so hit or miss, really depends on the nail tech. The woman who did my nails today left them uneven and different shapes, asked her to fix them and she insisted they were fine, which they aren't fine. Also zero clean up of work. If you have a good tech get their name and ask for them otherwise who knows what you'll get next time you go. read more

I have to honestly say I absolutely love Luxe! I have been to tons of Salons and I have religiously stayed with Luxe. The Salon is so pretty, the Ladies are so sweet and friendly and I love the owner Annie. I do designs, different shapes and they "nail" it every time! Clean, friendly, safe & they do a lovely job. I drive week out of my way to get to them. There's plenty of space and enough colors to choose from. I enjoy the green tea pedicure. I went in for a fill in came out disappointed. I asked the lady if she can do a nail style I showed her in a picture. She agreed but long story short I left wanted to cry. What I wanted and what I ended up with is so far from what I showed her. My nails looks like it was done by a toddler. It's transparent and sloppy. What pissed me off the most is the lady should of been honest and said no I can't draw that design. I would've got something more simple. The greed is ridiculous and I was charged $56 for this mess. Went here today as I work in the area. Annie, the owner, was super nice and friendly. She was very attentive and very accommodating. I had my nails done with Anna, which I thought I would be with Annie. That's fine. I have bitten nails so I got tips with gel although I originally wanted SNS gel tips. I asked Annie to do them "coffin" or "ballerina" style. It started off that way and ended up being "squoval". It's fine since I got them short. Maybe next time. I'm hoping the gel can last more than 2 weeks. I will review again soon. read more

So happy I checked this place out! I went in for a powder gel manicure and regular pedicure on December 15th. It is now January 18th and although grown out, my nails are still intact - no chips, no cracks, no missing nails! I have never been able to get away with my nails staying this perfect for so long. Other salons I have tried in the past ALWAYS result in my nails deteriorating within the first two weeks. Five weeks later and my nails are still holding up. I will be returning to this salon because of the quality of their work! :) read more

I got a powder dip manicure and asked for a REGULAR polish pedicure. To sum it up it was extremely overpriced compared to any other salon I've been to and the job was not incredible. I came home and saw little crevices in the polish and it wasn't smooth. Also, they tried to push me for one of their deluxe spa pedicures and after numerous times of me saying I wanted a plain pedicure I was still slapped with a huge bill at the end. Most places I go I usually pay 25 at most for my powder mani but here it was way over priced. Prob won't come Here again, nice salon but you need to lower your prices. read more

I've gotten my nails here many of times, and for the most part they alwayd do a good job. Not do much this time around. I got a regular pedicure, which was over in 10...15 mins tops. Then I had hard gel removed and got what was supposed to be a regular manicure. These were the results. I'm not happy. This isn't the greatest. She rushed through everything. I gave this place a few tries thinking the service would improve but no luck. The first time I came here with my boyfriend and both of us left with jagged toes. The second time I got acrylic tips. The technician drilled too much and really hurt my fingers. He also stopped paying attention and drilled into my skin leaving a small cut. He gave me 15% off (even though it wasn't my first time) because of the issue so I forgave it. But the third time I noticed that the tech didnt change the paper towel before or after me. He also took out a 6 month old metro card and used it to separate the acrylic fill on my nailbed from the side of my finger. That is NOT sanitary! A metro card is not a nail tool. Giving it 2 stars because the salon is designed beautifully but I will not be back! read more

I walked in since it is right across from my gym (NYSC) and was early so taken right away. It is currently 15% off so $30 for regular mani-pedi. It's just been a few hours so looks OK, not the best, not the worse looking. But definitely was most lack luster pedicure I've ever gotten. She literally squirted the scrub stuff on my legs then just washed it off. Minimal, almost pretend buffing of heels. Essentially it was just a manicure but on my feet. Also this woman spoke not a word of English. It was really challenging to communicate. I think the other manicurists there do speak more English. Don't think I'll go back again unless desperate. Nice place, ok people but they will hound you for a tip. So basically I had gotten a mani and pedi and since two people SEPARATELY did it I had to tip separately. Mind you I was tipping already 5.00. I tip what I want and i don't appreciate being told how or what to tip. I felt like i was forced, ended up tipping 10 dollars. Highly impressed, I had got my eyebrows waxed after 4 long months of quarantine I was nervous to try a new place but was long overdue. And I was welcomed in nicely and the lady who did them, didn't disappoint and took her time and it was only 10 dollars! Very pretty place. Lots of nail color options. I got a gel mani & pedi although it was not worth $53. I was pressed for time & opted for a regular pedicure. I'm glad I didn't select a spa option bc literally the bare minimum was done. My legs were not dry & the nail tech rolled down my sweatpants before painting my nails. I was uncomfortable & irritated it was like throwing clothes on while still being wet. My nail tech was given a back massage by her coworker while my gel manicure was drying. Super awkward. the OWNER just did my nails and they look atrocious. every single nail is a different shape, facing a different direction, AND all a different length. every nail is lifting and doesn't even have a straight apex. AND after telling her to fix the shape of the nails to look like the inspo photo I showed her (note the purple nails), she filed one nail and told me they were fine. at the end of the service when I went to pay I was prepared to pay $42, the price on the board, and she says I owed her $52. I asked why it was it was $10 more and she said it was because I got gel, which was never mentioned prior to me getting my nails done. and then when I PAID the $52 with $60, she only gave me THREE dollars as my change. i asked where the rest of my change was and she said oh no no that was the price before you got almond shaped nails. which was NEVER told to me. and then the OWNER was rude and screamed at me and said I was in the wrong. I went there basically my pedicure was a rinse and paint...when I saw other people getting other things like the bags with parafin after saying they were basic I asked was told that's only spa package...Then because one of my nails had broke I was without being asked had all my nails chopped off and they are crooked ... then the girl made a face when I used a card ... when I was leaving I said thanks and good bye no one responded ...
