This is my second time at Blossom and I'm disappointed. The girl that did my nails must have been in a rush. She polished my nails with strings and air bubbles in it. She seems annoyed when I pointed them out. She said it would go away when she put the clear polish on it. Well that's not true & she wasn't happy that she had to do the 2 nails over. As I was paying, the cashier kept asking me if I needed change. Since I was paying with my card I kept saying no. Can you believe she had the nerve to point to the tip sign! A tip is it mandatory. If you are counting on a tip you shouldn't be in that business. If you can't take time to do someone's nail or do a job correctly you cannot expect to be rewarded with a tip!!! read more

Not nice. Every time you walk in there you're treated like you're bothering these people, when it's literally their job to do nails. Been a loyal customer for years. Fiona, the store owner is really rude. There's always an attitude coming from both her and Gary. It's a shame because Gary is great at gel fill-ins. But I'm sick and tired of the attitude from everybody at that salon, but specifically Fiona and Gary. Every time I go there I tip over 20%. Yes yes yes! I am a big fan. Firstly, the salon is very pretty and nicely decorated- you can't help but walk in and go "wow!" Second, it is very clean and they are taking COVID-19 quite seriously. You have a contact-free temperature check as soon as you walk in and then you are sent to wash your hands before you begin choosing colors or anything. There are so many colors! Seriously. The color selection is impeccable. Masks are required, there are plexiglass dividers, hand sanitizers are available, and everything is sprayed and wipes down between clients. They are doing the most and I am on board. Last but not least, they do a great job! I decided to get the deluxe spa pedicure and I was not disappointed at all. They don't rush you out of the chair so the experience is relaxing and enjoyable. I also had a UV gel fill, which looks amazing. Gary did exactly what I wanted and made them look like my natural nails (I hate thick nails). Paraffin for your heels with a pedicure? Yes, please! Shoulder rub after your hands are done? What? Not impressed. Opted for one of the spa pedicure with callous removal and my feet were worse after the treatment. Next was my regular manicure with gel nail polish. They switch my nail tech. This nail tech brings an electric machine to use on my natural nails which I refused. She then proceeds to push back my cuticle and starts to paint my nails without cutting the cuticle first, stating she would do it afterwards? Since when is a manicure completed that way. This is the place I go to get my nails done for over two years I love this place they are professional they do excellent work. They do do custom designs. Anytime I've come in with a picture of a design, they have exceeded my expectations. Their spa pedicure is divine. They are very expensive and you must make an appointment. They ask if you want the special and I Personally feel once you say no, it's a speed rush job. I started writing this review after my second visit and decided to give it one more try and it actually caused me to drop a star. They scrape your nail so much when removing gel that the procedure should be banned. I get my gel removed at my regular salon and it's a completely different experience. I told the lady that she was scraping my nail off and she said "I'm removing the color". Then at the end she disappeared and started doing someone else's nails and another person was applying lotion to my hands without any notice. I looked up and realized it's a completely different person sitting in front of me. To keep it short, don't expect much. Its more like a nail factory assembly line versus a friendly salon. I was a long time customer of this nail salon and I stopped going due to the rude treatment of the owner Fiona. I put up with her nasty attitude for months until one day I stopped making excuses for her. I kept thinking maybe she is busy, maybe it is a language barrier, etc. But I am a PAYING customer and I deserve better treatment regardless of all those factors.So, I decided I would not return to this place. These reviews let me know that I am not alone in my feelings about the treatment of the customers. If you read any of the replys left by the owner it is very apparent that she does not care about the customer's experiences and has no intentions on making any changes to address the issues raised. You usually have to make an appointment but when you do, they don't honor it and make you wait. They often take walk-ins over appointment times and don't respect your time. If you don't have to be any where, don't mind waiting, and and don't mind the high prices, then fine to come here. Note they also charge $5-$10 higher for nail polishes that are supposed to be long lasting but typically just chip the day of. This is going to be my new nail place. They are so sweet here, every time I go inside, I feel like I'm in a garden because of the exposed brick and the calming music they have playing. Yesterday, I went to get SNS for the second time here and I'm really pleased with the results. The person doing my nails was so thorough and though the salon was about to close while she was finishing up on my nails, I didn't feel like she rushed at all. They also have a rewards program, it is $1 for the card and after every service, if you bring your card you can get either 5% of the cost (if you pay with cash) or 2% (if you pay with card) added to your rewards account which can be redeemed for a service after $15. Felt like I was sitting in a spa. For this mom a low key spot is always what I'm looking for. I stumbled upon this nail salon while stopping for ice cream and it was the best decision I made. I'm all about a spa pedi and so I tried the milk and honey and it was amazing. Their massage chairs are in excellent condition and the shop is well decorated. This place is a gem. Extremely sanitary, autoclave instruments, individually wrapped, pedicure foot baths are also lined with single use plastic. Plastic partitions, social distancing, and masks mandated for covid compliance. The ambiance is relaxing, calming music and peaceful decoration. Staff is so nice and sweet. From the massage chairs to the spa decor, and the quality of the service I was highly impressed and would not hesitate to recommend blossom nails to my friends/family and classmates. Let's talk rating ambience-lovely! My pedicure was not as thorough as I thought it should've been. I've been to nail salons where pedicures typically take at least 45 minutes. The one thing I did observe is a, "get em in and get em out" assembly line-money, money,money! Many services are offered but pushed which c/b annoying especially if you're there to relax. I was charged an additional $5 for a glitter polish pedicure!!!??!! The highlight was some sort of liquid that was wrapped around the heel of my foot which left my heels soft to the touch. Once I was seated to get my toenails dried the pedicurist proceeded to massage my shoulders although I was very clear when initially asked that I was not interested. My advice to you w/b to ask about pricing on EVERYTHING before beginning services there; be clear on what you want and don't want. BTW they do offer a bonus card which you pay $1 for. You can accumulate points to redeem. The sign offering is hidden by the nail/feet dryers. So why don't they offer that to customers first instead of trying to sell them pricey alternatives/services? read more

My nails have never looked better. It was a process, but totally worth it. When I first arrive CoCo started on my nailed and did a wonderful job of trimming my cuticles and getting the base of my SNS dip perfect. As we went on she just wasn't able to get the shape I was asking for (oval) and she wasn't the best at apply the carts for my French tips. Fiona however came over and saved the day. She shaped my nails perfects, re-did the French tips and they are literally so beautiful and I couldn't be happier.
