Razzle dazzle time! There is a menu of various pedicures at this salon. Perfect because I was really seeking some pampering and my regular spot was booked. They offer gel, regular with spa pedicures of all different scents, scrubs, moisturizer and even one with CBD. The hostess was very friendly and there were plenty of colors, 2 walls full and more. The salon was clean and has a large spacey room with both nail & pedicure stations. My tech was super friendly and talented. Went in for a pedicure. I have never been left with so much dry dry on my feet as after this pedicure. I asked the tech to buff/fix it and she said I have to pay extra to get it any better. I mentioned this to man at the desk as I was frustrated, I have never had to pay to have the Skin buffed smooth, and he said I don't know why she said that. Did not inquire with her or pursue my issue further. I was clearly annoyed and the tech nor the man at the desk seemed to care. As a first time customer, I was disappointed that no one cared I was unhappy. Not sure I'll be back which is sad as this place came highly recommended. Glad I found this place! I recently left a long-time relationship at another salon after a series of infections in my cuticles, and I've been looking for a new salon that I can trust with my nails (and health). After reading many reviews and looking at each salon's website, I picked a design from Olive Nail Lounge and scheduled a full gel set and spa pedicure via their online booking option. As a new customer, I didn't know which technician to choose, so I just picked one with appointment times that were good for me. It didn't really matter since I was assigned to someone else once I arrived. Not sure if that's their normal procedure or if it was just a time-management decision. The shop is modern and bright. It's got a good vibe, white furniture/fixtures, and pretty iridescent pedicure tubs. Lots of products and colors are offered. Most of the customers coming/going seemed to be regulars and were greeted on a first name basis. (That's a good sign.) Evonne did both my nails and feet. She was patient, precise, and very careful. She was very professional and clearly wanted to do the absolute best work possible. Her design work was on point. The spa pedicure massage was very relaxing. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 only because I found it difficult to communicate with Evonne due to a language barrier. We were able to point-and-nod our way to a good outcome. I'm very happy with my nails, and after 2 days, I've already gotten a ton of compliments. I was happy to see that there were no tvs. I thought it was good that people were expected to wash their hands. I called to say I wanted a spa pedicure and when asked who I want it with I said Kim which was repeated to me. The massage chair was broken and the girl next to me said, they have been used for 6 years and are being replaced. I completed most of my pedicure in that chair and was moved over to a functioning chair and told I could sit there while I am drying. Evidently the person who did the pedicure was named Tim. He seemed very distracted by socializing with all the other workers. When I get a pedicure or manicure ,it is important to go across the tip so the nail polish stays longer. This was not done. My last pedicure lasted almost a month. I will see how long this last. I just want to add, the polish lasted 4 days before it chipped. Wasted time and money read more

I've been driving here from Philly to get my nails done for almost a year now and it's worth every penny I've spent on gas I've never been disappointed with anyone who has done my nails but my go to is Sothia. She shapes my nails better than anyone... like PERFECT!!! but the real kicker is that I am a bartender and my last set of nails stayed on with no lifting for over three weeks. Obviously they were very grown out and ugly but that was my own fault because I had to reschedule my appointment. The fact that they stayed on that long truly shows the quality of their workmanship. I would give this place six stars if I could, everyone is so friendly and talented. It's not super cheap but you get what you pay for! Wanted to get my nails done for my vacation coming up and my hands were in rough shape. My nail tech was so nice - I think he name was Claire. She was so gentle and didn't push me to purchase more expensive nails systems like acrylics or UV gel nails. She was very attentive to detail and did exactly what I wanted. I have one little chip (I'm rough with my hands) after a week but they still look great. The inside was very clean and they had a lot of people working. I think most of the seats were taken when I got there so highly recommend making an appointment. I think I found my new spot! read more

Definitely not my favorite nail place but they were ok. My husband and I went here for a manicure for him, acrylic set for myself and pedicure for myself. 3 different ladies did each job. The older lady that did my husbands manicure was amazing! She was so sweet and funny, making him feel at ease with getting a manicure and she made his hands look and feel so smooth. This is the softest my husbands hands have been in the 18+ years we've been together. The lady that did my pedicure/stone massage rushed the entire process making me regret not paying much less for the basic pedicure but the paint job was nice. Also the lady that did my acrylic set was kind of rude especially after I asked here if she could straighten out one the crooked nails she clipped. She did a great design and good paint job on my nails although some nails were still crooked (not too noticeably) and I had to clip balls of dry acrylic off of the under side of some of my nails when I got home. It was a decent experience at best. Not bad enough for me to demand a refund or anything but definitely not a place I'd recommend or return to. My first and last visit to this nail salon. My technician never actually spoke to me. I asked for my nails to be short but she roughly filed them. My pedicure was done so roughly. I felt like my legs and feet were under attack instead of the relaxing specialty experience I was expecting. My technician attacked my cuticles with fervor. After my manicure, while my nails were wet she gestured for me to switch seats but offered no assistance moving my coat or purse to avoid damaging my fresh polish. I spent $100 for a spa experience that I hoped would be a relaxing and restorative mani/pedi but left tense and aggravated. The receptionist asked how my experience was and when I said " barely okay" she thanked me but asked no additional questions One other note is that the nail stations were not very clean appearing with dust, debris and even spider webs inside one of the desk lights. I was also surprised that there is no drying station. I'm sure some of the technicians are friendly and considerate but that was definitely not my personal experience. To be fair my pedicure looks very nice but several of my fingernails had damaged polish by the time I got home. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just an all around bad experience. My nails are crooked and all different shapes. I was there for an hour and a half with ample time to fix the mistakes- which I pointed out until it became clear they weren't getting fixed. She took a lot of care with the skin around my nails, took time to help me pick out a color, and overall made my experience very pleasant. I have not gotten a mani pedi in a long time because of a bad experience. My daughters wedding is tomorrow so I made an appointment! My 10:30 appointment started at 11:05 with a different technician. Because I was concerned about time the other technician started my manicure. It was the exact opposite of the relaxing experience I was hoping for. I called last min on a Sunday afternoon and was quite surprised that they had time to fit me in. Once I got there I was immediately offered a drink I did decline but it's nice to know that they do offer. Natalie did my nails. She was really attention to detail with my nails which I love. The tools were properly sterilized and packaged as if you went to the dentist and had everything packaged in the sterilized bags. The prices here are super reasonable and fair considering that they offer free drinks, great service and the location. Other places definitely charge more for gel main. You pay for what you get. Extremely clean nail salon and super huge ! They do take cards which is a place and you get 5% off if you pay cash. Will definitely be returning ! read more

This is a late review but regardless, I'm going to give it! I made an appointment to Olive Nail Lounge back in December simply because it was nearing the holidays and I found that this salon is about 5 minutes away from where I live. When I arrived at my appointment, I waited for a bit before the receptionist informed me that my appointment had been cancelled and that she had tried to contact me prior. No biggie, I said. I ended up cancelling and not rescheduling because I wanted to get my nails done asap. The owner called me when I left and again apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a voucher to use for the next appointment (which she scheduled for the next morning). It was a very nice gesture and it definitely prompted me to come back to get my nails done. The next day, I arrived for my appointment and I have to admit, I most definitely think Olive Nails and Lounge is one of the most aesthetic and clean nail salons I have ever stepped foot into. Staff is super nice and accommodating as well, offering water and personally greeting their patrons upon their arrival (instead of the quick hi hello and gesturing them to sit at a random seat like other nail salons do). My nails took a while because I did ask for an acrylic full set. My technician, Thu, did a fabulous job and they turned out wonderful. I asked her to do a design that I found on Instagram and she did it perfectly just by looking at the picture. My total ended up being around $55 with the voucher I had received. Pretty pricey even with the voucher, which made me think that had I not used the voucher, the total may have been around $70. As great as my nails were, I do not think I would come back here on a bi-weekly basis just because I'm ballin' on a budget. BUT.. I will say this is definitely a quality nail salon and that I'd come back and ask for Thu to do my nails again if I have a special event coming up. read more

Came here with a group of people from work and wasn't really impressed with the service. I felt as though the pedicure was rushed and they did not offer any other additional small services (like massages, hot stones, scrubs etc.). I feel as though for the money you spend at this location they should have offered something additional. The entire pedicure for me was under 20 minutes. This is also a red flag for me because they wanted me in and out as soon as possible. I live in the city and I can pay $25-$35 for a pedicure which would 100% be more then 30 minutes long and have the little added touches included. I did like the decor of the place, but that has no bearing on the service so I can't justify increasing my rating. read more

My previous nail tech would even meet me before the salon opened at times to accommodate my schedule. I scheduled an appointment at Olive based on the Yelp reviews. So glad I did! The receptionist is professional and kind. She even pointed out that the pedi chairs have outlets to charge your phone. This is my first time here and all I call say is wow. What a great atmosphere. The shop is so clean and chic looking, due to me being 9 month pregnant. I wanted to try out a salon that will help me feel relaxed before I give birth. I got my self manicure and a tangerine spa pedicure. The best mani and spa pedi I ever received.
