I gave maybe 3-4 notes on what I know my wife likes and doesn't really like, and they came out with the most beautiful bouquet. I buy my wife flowers fairly often, at least once per month for a couple of years now. She stated this is the most beautiful bouquet I've ever brought home (the vase used is a transfer vase they let me have to keep the flowers in good condition on the way home). Thank you so much!! When I arrived to pick it up today, there had been a mistake on the order date and the bouquet wasn't ready. She assured me they could make one quickly while I waited. When the woman brought out the first one, she could tell I was disappointed and to her credit, she took it in and redid it, trying to get the color of the flowers to better match the dress. And while the second bouquet was better color-wise, it was so uninspiring. It is a bouquet of roses and white hydrangeas with a little accent foliage. It looks like any bouquet I could have gotten from a grocery store. But worse, once I started driving home, I noticed the flowers already looked like they were damaged and starting to brown. I know things, such as wrong dates, happen but I'm left feeling like I spent a lot of time (I don't live close) and extra money for an inferior product. This is magnified by the beautiful examples of bouquets that have on their website. If only! My advice is to bring in pictures of what you would like and maybe specify types of flowers.
