I was in town visiting family and my close friend and I book massages before our girls day brunch!! I forgot my therapists name but he was amazing I want to say his name started with a D??. I got the Body Guasha add on and he focused on the areas of my body that needed it. It was my first massage in like 3 years. The front desk staff was pleasant and made us excited for our session. Also the lobby smells so good! A week or so after my vacation I wanted to get another massage after the travel back to Cali and my first week of work. I got the membership and went to their Studio City location. The front desk team Patrick and Cassie were so kind to me during check in and after my session. I was offered water and go to chat it up. I was informed that Studio City was the first location?? Well take my word that across CA to Mi the experience at NOW is amazing. Now I know my coast to coast go to locations. My Therapist Jonathan really helped with my upper back. I appreciate him checking in during the session about the pressure level. I will definitely be a long time member since I travel to Michigan a lot I have my own little piece of spa heaven! Thank You all for being kind and welcoming at both locations.

Patrick at the front desk was very warm, welcoming, and fun-- a great way to bookend a relaxing experience. The message therapist, Darien, was so talented, professional, and kind. She asked about any aches and pains, areas to focus on, etc. and walked me through some things she noticed after the massage (like how your girl's dehydrated-- oops). She did some great deep tissue work and listened to my needs. It was an incredibly relaxing experience, and I was able to rest and be present the entire time, which is an anomaly. The space is stunning, the aromatherapy is on point, and the sound of waves transports you. I'm pretty sure this massage solved all my problems, and I'm a whole new woman. I can't wait to treat myself to a membership in the future! P.S. A little pro tip: leave yourself a little extra time for parking, as it can be hit or miss on Ventura Blvd.

The front desk also asked if I wanted to pay before or after the service -- I politely let her know I prefer to pay after since I think it's best to make sure the service is good first. For anyone wondering: you can pay after, but note that credit cards have a 3% fee. They also accept Venmo, Cash App, or cash. I booked the package with a 1-hour massage + 1-hour organic facial for $155. The massage was great with no complaints at all. I requested medium pressure, and she delivered exactly that. The table was heated, which I loved. For the facial, I moved into another room for the microdermabrasion treatment. She took her time and used quality products. I left looking like a glazed doughnut in the best way, glowing and hydrated. Overall, I'd give this place a solid 4 stars. She has a calm, grounding energy that makes you feel safe the second you're on the table. There's also a posted "suggested tip" of $30 for 90 minutes--25%, well above industry norms. And for perspective: $30 on a 60-minute session ( $80 service based on their 90-min rate) would be ~37.5%. Tipping should be voluntary, not forced. Don't shake down clients after a relaxing session. Good bodywork; entitled, aggressive tipping expectations killed the vibe.
