I had a small 1400 sq ft rental I requested a move out clean for. I booked for 9AM. The morning of the clean, they showed up at 9:15AM and finished by 11:45AM. That is 2 and a half hours, which should amount to $225. They called back saying the cost is $270. I pushed back and quoted the time they arrived and left, stating it should be $225. She said, "well it's a $250 minimum." I think that information should be disclosed at time of consult. In addition, it's shady to initially try to charge for 3 hours. I let it go and paid the $250 and requested an invoice. Reached out twice and never received it.

I had to pay an additional $110 to my complex to clean to their standards. I never requested my money to be returned to me for the services because I know they had cleaned. All I asked was that the shower door be paid in full ($1000) which the owner reassured they would take care of it. Instead of communicating professionally and arranging a payment plan with me- they pointed the finger to a worker who was "not supposed to be there that day"- the owners younger brother apparently. That worker was cleaning and was a part of the Tony's Cleaners team on 3/28. After the incident I had been communicating with Johana thinking she would take care of the issue and reassure we can come to an agreement for the $1000 due but was shown the true colors of this poorly run family owned business.
