In fact, I booked the entire appointment through Yelp and it was a breeze. The CJJY team was very communicative and professional. I was at work at my time of service and, thankfully, was able to let the team in through an automatic door lock. I am moving out of my apartment and needed everything cleaned before turning in my keys. I went back to the apartment during my lunch break & it felt like the stress of having to move out instantly subsided. I paid for a "deep clean" of my Mother in laws place. They cleaned on a Friday. Now, understand that I paid for a deep clean of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the kitchen and living room. My mother in law told the lady to skip the 2 bedrooms upstairs which was not part of the agreement. However, in the kitchen... the stove top, floor, counters, and dishwasher door were not cleaned. In fact, the floor had a pile of crumbs on it and same for in front of the sofa. Downstairs in the primary bedroom, the furniture was not dusted, and the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned. I know it wasn't discussed, but also the laundry area was not cleaned at all. Which would have been nice to clean since she didn't have to clean 2 of the bedrooms. After…read morethinking it over, I feel I have to share my experience so others don't go through what I did. This company completely ruined my marble tile floors. They cleaned them but didn't remove the soap before applying a semi-gloss sealer, trapping residue underneath and leaving ugly, blotchy stains. When I called, they came back, admitted the employee was new and inexperienced, and promised to fix it. After several visits and me pointing out missed areas, the technician started blaming my floors and even called me "picky." In the end, the sealer was stripped off but never reapplied, so my floors were left looking worse than before. For the amount I paid, this was unacceptable. A company acting in good faith would have refunded my money after delivering such poor, damaging work. Instead, I'm left with uneven, unsealed, and blotchy marble floors. Save yourself the headache--do not hire this company!

They came out and did a fine job with the couch with the exception of one spot. When I mentioned a couple of other jobs I needed done he said he could do it, and came back the following day. When he came back with his helper, they ended up only doing part of the job, and now claiming to be "unable" to finish some of the others, despite me paying him ALL in advance. He now had to come back the following day to complete the paint. He has been a no call no show for 2 weeks now! I can get a hold of him every couple of days, which he has some dramatic excuse and promises to show up the next day, which never happens. This morning, he allegedly couldn't come because his helper got arrested and sent to jail for a warrant! He had this man in my house with my family! Stay away from this company.
