I called this company to come out for a couch cleaning, and they sent out their employee Aurelio to do the job with a helper. They came out and did a fine job with the couch with the exception of one spot. When I mentioned a couple of other jobs I needed done he said he could do it, and came back the following day. When he came back with his helper, they ended up only doing part of the job, and now claiming to be "unable" to finish some of the others, despite me paying him ALL in advance. He now had to come back the following day to complete the paint. He has been a no call no show for 2 weeks now! I can get a hold of him every couple of days, which he has some dramatic excuse and promises to show up the next day, which never happens. This morning, he allegedly couldn't come because his helper got arrested and sent to jail for a warrant! He had this man in my house with my family! Stay away from this company. read more

I was a previous customer of this company 3 years ago and was happy. 'Tried' them again to do some cleaning at the same location. I scheduled them for today's date, Saturday 03/23/19 between 7:30-8:00 AM. Confirmed with Mark the day before to ensure we had the right date set. Saturday 8:30 AM, no show and no call. Called to double check status, Mark answered and said he would check and call me back. No call back. I called back at 8:50 AM, and Mark informs me the workers had mechanical issues. Whatever that means. He apologizes for that. I understood. He said they would try to get there. No offer of rescheduling, just left it open. 10:25 AM, still no show or call. Called Mark back, and no answer. Needless to say, its safe to say this company was not gonna show up or make any sort of professional effort on righting a wrong. I'm super happy with the service I got! I called Ben on Tuesday and he was able to get me a next day appointment. He and his staff were very up front about what I could expect for pricing, as I have pets and one is getting older so therefore gaining a weaker bladder. They have a special going on with 1 room free up to 450sq ft so that was great on my wallet. Jason was the tech who came out to perform the service. He was super friendly, very efficient, and even helped me move the light furniture I had around the apartment. I know I'll be calling this company in the future, their pricing is fair and you can't beat their level of customer service! If I had to point out anything negative, it would only be that I was expecting the carpets to be a little more dry. Previously companies have had my carpets dry within two hours, I was told to expect these to be dry in 8 hours. However, the overall experience and results earns them 5 stars from me :D read more

Once more Ben and his crew came through for me. I asked for an estimate to get our office carpet cleaned and it was done by Ben himself as promised on a Thursday. The quote to do the work was excellent and I had an instant approval from my corporate office. I called Ben on Friday to ask if they could please do the cleaning on Saturday. Ben accommodated me on that VERY short notice and so; on Saturday morning bright and early Ben and his crew were on site and in approximately 3 hours had the heavily soiled carpet in our office cleaned, deodorized, and a PH spray added to prevent spots from regenerating! Best of all, the nasty food and drink spill stains are GONE!, Traffic patterns gone too! I couldn't be more pleased and cant wait to hear the comments from my staff and my corporate management people due to arrive on Tuesday next week. This should be Fun! Update: My VP and Regional Dir were very impressed with how clean it looked in the office now that the carpet was cleaned. 2/16 Shortly after the carpet cleaning, I had Turbo Clean come back to clean our upholstered furniture, There was a small love seat in my office, which was initiated (weak bladder) by a friends puppy, Ben's employee cleaned it at the office but the smell just grew stronger, Ben and I spoke and he had a employee pick the cushions up and brought to thier office location. There they were saturated with a enzyme to kill the odor, He called a couple days later and said "HE" wanted to keep them and repeat the process once more as the odor wasn't completely gone. in other words he wasn't satisfied! Our carpets are only a couple years old, my cat decided to pee on the carpet only in one area but we decided to have the whole house cleaned, even a few rugs. Got the platinum package with urine removal plus stairs. Total came out to $255. The total was done in less than 1 1/2hrs. When I did the inspection the carpets were damp and I thought they looked great but as they dried they look just the same as the did before. Still got a urine smell. So I bought a bissell and did the carpets again. I started one small section that didn't have urine and the bissell was pulling up dark water. I will b posting a picture of one of the 30 tubs of dark water I pulled. Can't believe I wasted so much money just to have to this my self. BTW, no more urine smell. Carpets look better than new. We are currently renting our house that is so full of carpet. (Whoever thought of laying fabric on floors was a crazy person, obviously.) After more than six months of living in the house, the high traffic areas had become dingy or almost black near the entrance from the garage and front door. We researched reputable carpet cleaners from big name companies like Stanley Steemer to other local businesses. We decided on Turbo Clean due to the affordability and reviews from Yelp. We called on a Friday and set up an appointment for just a few days later. (They are very accommodating on times and availability.) Without asking they told us that they were running a special and though we were not sure on the square footage of exactly what we needed, they would accommodate us and give us the special anyway. We were quoted at $155 for two floors and a set of stairs, which was at least half of what Stanley Steemer was going to charge us. Today our technician showed up promptly and was so cool. We chatted the whole time about carpet care, the business, equipment, and anything else I had questions about. The tool that he used looked like and ran like a floor buffer, but for carpet. He "buffed" the floor and immediately the carpet came back to life and was so vivid again. Though he stated that the blackened area near the garage would not look brand new, he would do his best, he assured. (Frankly, I appreciate honesty!) As it turns out, the carpet there actually looks amazing and better than I expected! On the stairs, he cleaned each individual stair with amazing attention and scrubbed the hell out of each one by hand with a smaller tool. The stairs are so incredibly soft and fluffy. Who would have thought?! Now, the carpet looks better than when we moved in. The tech finished in around 90 minutes, assuring me that the carpet would be dry by the late evening. Well, only about five hours later and the carpets are almost completely dry and look amazing. He charged the exact quoted price and never tried to up-sell me or anything. I am all about supporting passionate, small businesses with honest, knowledgeable, and hardworking people. Wow! Let me just say that Jason was amazing! He came by Tuesday to give me an estimate to have my carpets cleaned and to acid wash my WHITE tile flooring and grout. There is nothing turbo about this company. I did my due diligence on yelp before I contacted turbo and I overlooked the bad reviews thinking the good reviews would be my decision factor. Today I spent my entire Saturday waiting for them, they set a 12-4 window, then they called at 2:20 to push it down to 6-7pm. At 6pm I called mark and he was to get an update on his workers. No call back.. I called him 3 times at 6:30 and no answer. Needless to say I can't believe you claim to be customer service oriented, when you can't keep your word on the schedule you set.
