He was able to fit me into his schedule the very next morning between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, confirmed the appointment by text, and even gave me a courtesy call about 30 minutes before arriving. Chris showed up right at 7:30 AM, and by 7:40 he had already diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. In less than 30 minutes from the time he arrived, my AC was blowing cold air again. What impressed me most wasn't just how quickly he fixed the issue--it was his honesty and integrity. With temperatures as hot as they've been, I was fully prepared to pay whatever it took to get my AC working again. Chris could have easily told me I needed an expensive repair, and I would have had no way of knowing otherwise. He inspected our entire system, listened to everything we were concerned about, and ultimately told us the best news possible--that everything was working properly. Instead of trying to find something to fix, he spent time explaining how our system works and what to keep an eye on in the future.
