My husband and I have several reasons for storing one of our most valuable possessions at Luxury Boat and RV Storage (LBARS), in Rosenberg TX. Since day one, before we purchased our 2019 Class A RV--we claimed a brand-new unit with the anticipation of having an RV parked and stored in a safe place , we've been more than pleased with this storage facility. 1. The staff has always been and still is always available with helping us with any questions or concerns we may have--just a phone call away. 2. Luxury Boat and RV Storage (LBARS) is always clean; the grounds, the 2 bathrooms, the 2 ice rooms where you can fill up on buckets of ice, the dumping station, the areas where you can wash your vehicles. 3. It a gated facility, with access 24 hours a day; we even have an app on our phones where we can sign in when near LVARS, push a button, and have the automatic gates open at our arrival. 4. There are security cameras galore. The security lights at night are widespread and bright--no problem arriving when it's dark. 5. For us the monthly rate is reasonable. Every storage unit is enclosed--keeping everything inside protected from the elements of Texas' ever changing, unpredictable weather. (our RV was stored safely from this year's unexpected below freezing temperatures--thank GOD!) The massive doors are easy to unlock, open, shut and lock. LBARS supplies you with a lock that can't be broken by an unwanted intruder; and there is space to add your own lock if you feel a need to. 6. The grounds of the facility are very spacious; we have no problem backing in and out of our storage unit with our 35' Class RV. 7. Most importantly--we don't have to constantly worry about the security of our beloved second home--our RV. 8. Last, but not least, it's in a very convenient location, outside the city limits, yet close to Spur 10, Southwest Freeway 59/69, and right off Hwy 90--it sits between two great State Parks, Brazos Bend State Park, and Stephen F. Austin State Park (both less than an hour, hour, and a half, away. 9. The only thing that is missing. . . . I wish Luxury Boat and RV Storage offered a place where we could camp out under the stars. Did I tell you that it was not only safe, but there is always a calm when we're there. You would have to be there to know what I mean about having an RV resort/park. We appreciate LBARS so much, still, after almost 2.5 years, we're willing to drive 45 minutes to an hour to get there from our home. Believe me--you get what you pay for--and more! read more

I would say it is the nicest storage facility within a few hundred miles or farther. It is clean and very well outfitted, Ice machines, aircompressor, RV dump clean restrooms. The storage units are all individually secure unlike some that are covered pole barn style facilities. The owners Missy and Kyle are more than accommodating and are real nice to deal with. Most important is they are elevated enough to not flood. I've been a tenant since they opened and neither floods posed a threat. Fellow tenants are real friendly as well. This is an outstanding storage facility. The facility is constructed for ease of use. The garages are all concrete flooring. All approaches outside are concrete. They have an automatic gate system that works easily off your phone. Everything is clean and relatively new. Missy has been very helpful. After renting our garage, we decided we needed one a little wider so that we could easily park our motorhome. She was very accommodating. She offered to let us try a wider space before committing. We would highly recommend this facility. read more

we store our 40' RV at Luxury RV and Boat Storage in Rosenberg TX. it is a great facility for RV storage with individual garages including 50 amp svc, clean, well managed and excellent customer service. Easy to access from Houston, reasonable monthly rental newer facility with pull in, back in and pull thru units. they have been completely booked until just recently when they completed new units to rent. I think that the Luxury Boat and RV Storage is the best that I have ever seen. Not only was it always super clean and secure but it was a close drive for me as well. The place has secure fencing around, plenty of lighting, water, dump station and oh yeah, bathrooms. Nice clean storage. Well thought out planning prior to construction. Has everything you need including restrooms and free ice. RV dump and 4 washing stations. All concrete with secure gate than operates manually or with an phone app. Various sized units that will handle the largest RV made. Plenty of lighting for night time visits. My unit is 14 x 35 and is well lighted with a timer. Perfect for me. read more

New, clean and well managed storage facility in Rosenberg. Highly recommend it for RV storage with the extra wide and high roll up doors and 50 AMP service installed in the individual units. There are wash racks on the South side of each building along with a RV dump station. Rest rooms and ice machines also in the individual buildings. This storage locations is convenient with 24/7 access, very acceptable from the Houston Area. The price was easy on my budget, too. All areas are clean - private storage bay, ice areas, restrooms. It shows they take pride in this location and the patrons do the same. There is a dump station on site and was easy to pull into and the area was well maintained. :) read more

Luxury Boat and RV Storage is the nicest storage in our area. It is secure and has all the extra facilities that aren't seen in the rest. There is a bathroom, ice machine, washing racks, and a dump for RV's. There is power in our enclosed storage, which is a necessary for us. read more

This place is fantastic. Well lit, clean and secure, on-site dump station and 2 ice machines. It's great hooking up to the boat, loading up with ice and heading out. One less stop. Oh and I forgot to mention the clean restroom and wash down area. All this and 24 hour access. read more
