It was so easy to rent a unit, but when it came time to check out of the unit, what a hassle! I even got charged for the next month's rent! I was told by someone that all I needed to do was let someone at the office know I moved out. No one was there to tell. I tried calling 3 - 4 times and the recording said "the mailbox is full." Finally, I called Corporate who tried calling them (at a telephone number I did not find online) and said someone will get back to me. It has been over a week trying to get ahold of the office manager! We will see how this turns out! read more

We moved to Texas in June and we moved our household items into Storquest storage. When we went to move everything out in October our furniture had rat droppings and urine on them and all over the inside of the unit. Our home owners insurance would not cover anything because it was caused by rodents. I talked with the person in the office he said because we didn't get their insurance they would not cover it. Which I'm sure they wouldn't of covered it either. So I ended up contacting a cleaning company to clean all our furniture and it cost me $720. I contacted Storquest and asked them if they would cover the cost of the cleaning and the person in the office said he would contact the regional manager and as of now no one has contacted me. Please do not store your items with this company. It's rat infested!!! read more

Do NOT rent a storage unit here. In June, we moved from our old house and put our entire 4 bed/3 bath home in a climate controlled 10x30 unit. It was packed to the rim with all of our furniture and appliances, boxes, etc. Today we were so excited to move into our new home after a long awaited 6 months only to have everything we owned absolutely destroyed by rats. Apparently, last month, a neighboring unit left out food and an infestation occurred in the unit next to us. We were informed of that this morning by the woman that works there when we brought the situation to her attention. There was no acknowledgement of the infestation to us when it had occurred... we were completely unaware of the situation until today. My husband has called the district manager 3 times and left 3 voicemails with no return call. It was as if they were just trying to cover it up. We are absolutely appalled, heartbroken, and angry. I would not recommend this facility to anyone read more

The search for a new storage would not seem that complicated. However, with the fact we had 3 large units to move and reorganize was like moving a 5000 sq ft house. They even have truck with driver to help you move. (Bernard is awesome!) With Carlos refinishing everything from Antiques to brand new pieces we needed flexibility to work for 3-4 hours around our units. This was not a problem at StorQuest. Pricing! Best in the area. I am saving over 250 per month with the change and have 4 vs 3 units. Needed more units as i had 40 vs 35 foot units. (Great job Stephanie!!!) She went the extra mile for us and we recieved even a lower than internet pricing on my units. So if you need multiple units.. Tell them Carlos and Helen sent you!!! Get great rates.!! Office availablity... They will accept a package if i have it shipped. This is amazing because i do not want parts sitting on side of road somewhere if dropped at home. It is ok to go in and pay bill but if we need something, policy is just ask we will try to accomodate. Friendly Face... The units we just moved from were very pricey, which would be fine if i did not feel i had a prison guard standing over me. From everything from a wave high, and get no response. Plug in a drill to work for a few minutes, get told stealing eclectric. At StorQuest it is much better, always a wave hi, welcomes you when come to office.. Pull up chair and relax a few minutes. Just overall a more relaxed atmosphere. So what is wrong with them. Well the only thing i have found wrong is a few of the lights are out. They are slowly getting repaired. But given all the positive things i am willing to wait and be patient on the few lights they are having challange with. Location.. Very easy to get to off of FM 762 Complete gated access.. I don't normally write a review unless someone and somethings exceptional. This is one of those times. My first contact was with Chelsea. Totally professional, extraordinarily nice, helpful and over the top accommodating. The facility is spotless, well maintained and I feel my belongings are well taken care of in the climate controlled building. I also appreciate they check the locks are indeed locked. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. read more

I recently relocated to Little Rock, Ar after having most of my little house in these wonderful climate controlled units for close to 2 years. When I went to pick up everything, the items were in perfect condition. Every time I went to get or put something in the unit, it was just completely spotless in the halls and the whole facility. But here's the kicker.... when I arrived in town on a recent Saturday, the movers I had arranged went mia!! In panic mode, I called and spoke to the lovely Bernard and told him the situation. I had a moving truck, my parents and me.. but we couldn't possibly load everything in the truck, Bernard said he had someone they knew that MAY be available, but he usually needs 2 day notice.. he spoke to Adam and luckily he was available and would be there to help within the hour with another helper!!!! They loaded up the truck for a few hundred dollars and in about 2 hours!!! What a relief!! I don't know what I'd have done if Bernard didn't help out the damsel in distress. I'm forever grateful!!
