We needed some wood posts holding up the roof over our front porch replaced , along with some work on the wood trim around the doors in our home. When we had the carpeting removed and wood flooring put in, there was a 1" gap between the floor and the trim. Omar was able to repair that gap. Not only is Omar a qualified "Handyman", he is an excellent licensed contractor. We badly needed someone to repair/replace some damaged crawl space vents which were allowing rodents to enter our crawl space and attic. We contacted Omar via Yelp. He responded quickly and set up an appointment to view the required work. Within a couple of days he gave us a reasonable estimate and a date to begin the work. He fixed the damaged vents with a creative solution that was better than the original design. About two months later we decided to have the exterior of our 3600 sq ft house painted. We included Omar in our request for bids. He quickly responded with a detailed quote listing all the required tasks and materials for the job. His price and estimated timing were very competitive so he got the job. The paint job took about three weeks. His team were always on time, have an excellent work ethic and did a quality job. They were very careful of the property and cleaned up at the end of every day. Omar communicated the status on a regular basis. Omar & his crew did an AWESOME job! My parents house has NOT seen any love over the years & it really showed. The house is stucco & had A LOT of CRACKS! On one side of the house had concrete put on the house in the 70's & it just looked awful. I had other estimates, one guy said they could "chip" away some of the concrete. Omar told me he would fix it & make it look like the rest of the house. It now looks like the rest of the house. Omar showed up at the time he told me. He answered my calls & text immediately. He told me he would give me an estimate the next day he did. The other guy took over a week to get me an estimate. I already KNEW I was going with Luxury Custom Painting when Omar showed up at the time he said he would. The estimate came in the middle of the other estimates & I KNOW those other guys wouldn't do the job correctly. It took them 2 1/2 weeks for the prep. That's how bad the house was & 2 days to paint. They were here every day on time at 8 am. They left the place clean everyday. I think the job was bigger then he estimated but he didn't charge me extra. Totally worth the price!
