The hair has very little shedding and doesn't require much maintenance which is great for a first install (this hair can definitely be reused). Teresa was polite, professional, answered all of our questions and gave her honest opinion regarding our needs, even if it meant we had to purchase a less expensive service. My daughter felt comfortable and was very happy with her first experience. In my experience many Stylists are not very personable and lack customer service experience. That was not the case here. No problem for Lea- not only did she accommodate this request last minute, but she handled their individual requests with such care that they and their mamma were all thrilled with the results. Despite the weather, and my being outside for probably a total of 6 hours that day, my hair and makeup held flawlessly.
