My experience with Jasminique was overall okay . She does great work . Talent is talent . But she lacks healthy perspective. I would say I am a very loyal client . I am easy going , kind and tip when I can . We had very heart felt conversations and I thought I found a professional stylist . I was wrong . To make a long story short , Jasminique needs to know how to identify issues with communication. Miscommunication occurs all of the time . I recently purchased hair from her June 2021 . Bought 3 bundles + plus 1 extra from a mistake that could have been avoided . But I won't go there . Any ways , I made tons of referrals and even had family purchase hair from her in September 2021. Jasminique told me she was no longer going to sell curly hair . Then, she removed the hair off of her website . So I naturally assumed she is fine with you bringing your own curly hair . Jasminique would not reconsider using the bundles I purchased due to her policy of not using other people hair . I understand you have to make your money . I was more than happy to buy from her but she clearly stated she was selling my texture . Jasminique has a lot of growing up to do as a woman and a business owner . I came across someone who I just met , we talked about hair and random she mentioned Jasminique being a judge mental stylist , who made her feel uncomfortable. This training is well worth the money. We did a 3 day classic and volume training class. The 1st day we received a cute bag with the supplies and education needed for our theory class. I know theory sounds boring, but not with Morgan! She brought great snacks and brought little goodies to keep us entertained and involved through-out learning all about health and safety involved with lashes. Day two was a blast! We received our cute kits with all the supplies needed to do lashes at the spa. We practiced on mannequins and learned all kinds of fanning techniques for volume. Morgan and her assistant were so patient, accommodating, and personalized the training to each individual in the class. Day 3, we worked on live models after a short demo. It can be frustrating and intimidating working on people for the 1st time, but Morgan and her assistant were so encouraging and knowledgeable it really helped us to improve throughout the process. 2/5 of my girls were ready to take clients the very next day! My favorite part is that the training didn't end there. She has reached out to see how our additional practice is going and to see if there is anything she can do to assist. Jenifer was everything I could have possibly asked for in a hair and makeup artist. For both my…read morewedding and engagement photos I wanted to look like myself, but more glammed up and in makeup that would photograph well and she delivered this perfectly. I described what I wanted, showed her a few inspo pictures and she adapted it perfectly so that I looked like my best possible self. She also did makeup for my bridal party and my mother, creating five very different looks of varying intensity that fit each lady perfectly. Some sat down knowing exactly what they wanted with photos, and some just asked her to use her best judgement to make them look good. All of us looked amazing both in person and in photos all night. Her choice in hair stylist she brought along to assist on the day of also did a wonderful job on everyone, including putting my clip in extensions in so that they stayed put all night.
