She also never checked whether the pressure was comfortable during the massage. Most importantly, she barely massaged my neck, shoulders, hands, or legs. She spent most of the session working only on my back, head, and feet, and the pressure was extremely light throughout the entire massage. It didn't feel like a proper full-body massage at all. There was no communication or customer care throughout the entire session. During the massage, she also left the room three different times, which made the experience even more disappointing. I love getting massages and make it a point to get one every month. I've been to many massage spas and have received massages from many different therapists, but this is the first place where I genuinely felt like the therapist didn't know how to give a proper massage. The only positive thing I can say is that the spa was clean. Unfortunately, the quality of the massage was extremely disappointing. I left feeling like I had completely wasted my money, and I definitely won't be coming back.

The whole experience always felt like constant upselling from start to finish, from the front desk to the injector. It just wasn't enjoyable. My visit today was the complete opposite. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. When you walk in there's chilled champagne, orange juice for mimosas, and a lot of skincare products displayed. I'll admit I was a little nervous at first because I thought it might be another high-pressure environment. Instead, everyone was incredibly kind and relaxed. I told Kelly upfront that I had about $450-$500 to spend, and she didn't bat an eye or make me feel uncomfortable about having a budget. She treated my 11 lines and forehead wrinkles for $300, after the receptionist helped me apply a $65 coupon that she informed me about at check out. I was honestly expecting to only be able to afford my 11s like I used to at Blue, where just the forehead area would run around $550-$600 and crows feet were always extra. The difference here was huge. Kelly was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained what she was doing, listened to what I wanted, and never once pressured me to add anything or buy extra services or products. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I'm beyond impressed with the whole experience and so happy to be done with Blue Med Spa. I'll absolutely be back to have my crow's feet done, and I'm even considering signing up for their monthly pass. Highly recommend Kelly. Thank you so much!

I specifically explained that it was meant for a pregnancy/postpartum massage, since recovery timelines after birth are unpredictable and I wanted her to have something supportive once she was feeling better. At no point during the purchase was I told that the gift certificate would expire in only six months or that it would not be honored if scheduling wasn't available. Had that been clearly disclosed, I would not have purchased it. A short expiration window simply doesn't make sense for a pregnancy or postpartum gift. When my daughter was finally medically cleared after her C-section and reached out before the expiration date, she was told there were no appointments available and the gift certificate would not be honored later or refunded. As the person who paid for this gift, that was extremely disappointing. The gift card was paid for in full, but the experience never happened. What was intended to be a meaningful and supportive gift during an important life moment turned into stress and frustration instead. I'm leaving this review so other customers know to ask very specific questions before purchasing a gift certificate, especially if it's for someone who may have medical or scheduling limitations.

I think it was around $65.00 for the hour. I walked in and was not greeted by the lady at the reception desk, who was watching a very loud show on her phone. She didn't smile, barely made eye contact and when I asked for water, she pointed to the water dispenser so I could get my own. Ok cool. She was not friendly and not what would I would expect going in for a massage. I've been stressed due to the loss of my father, so I decided to treat myself to a massage. Anyway, I wasn't there to see her, hence the 5 stars. Things quickly got better when I met my massage therapist, Annie. She was delightful, very experienced and melted the stress right out of my neck and shoulders. Annie gets ten stars. No joke. The massage bed was also very comfortable and heated. I will definitely be back and deal with Ms. no eye contact, just to see Annie. Tip her well please, she works hard and that takes a toll on her own body. The suggested tip signs are tacky in my honest opinion, but please remember that the massage therapists are on their feet and use their whole bodies to make you feel better.
