Such great pricing for their amazing services! I chose a basic gel pedicure and they showed me their other package options that I could upgrade to (which I did since it was only $5 more). They have a great color selection and are extremely thorough with their work! Everything down to their chairs are comfortable, with butt heaters and massages being a standard! Been here twice. My first experience was okay, but my second was terrible. The older male technician was rude, didn't fully paint my nails, and I had to ask him to fix multiple areas he missed. I also requested that the tips be painted and had to ask several times before it was finally done and even AFTER it was done I still had to ask. Throughout the appointment, he aggressively tapped or smacked my hand instead of communicating, seemed irritated when I didn't immediately understand what he wanted, and handled my fingers roughly enough to make me uncomfortable. I was also charged $10 more than I was quoted. I called beforehand and was told a plain set would be $55, but I was charged $65 without anyone explaining the additional charge. This place used to be good, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. Their prices have gone up significantly, which would be understandable if the quality and cleanliness matched, but that hasn't been my experience. What really concerned me was witnessing tools being used on one customer and then immediately used on another without being properly cleaned or sanitized. With a nail salon, hygiene and cleanliness should be the absolute top priority. Seeing that was an immediate hard pass for me. Also, if you get the older male technician, I would personally ask for someone else. In my experience, he was extremely rough, not gentle whatsoever, and I ended up getting cut. A nail appointment shouldn't be painful or leave you worried about getting injured. The new chairs and fresh paint may make the salon look nicer, but appearances don't make up for poor sanitation practices. With so many other nail salons in the area, I would recommend going somewhere else. It's unfortunate because this salon is right down the street from me and used to be a place I enjoyed going to. But between the significant price increases and what I witnessed regarding cleanliness, I won't be returning. read more

0 stars for gloss nails. That was truly the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. Henry spent at total of 30 minutes to do my mani AND pedi. He was so rushed, he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was visibly irritated that I asked him to fix the shape of my nails. He hurt my cuticles because he was moving so fast and carelessly. He didn't even have a customer waiting, he just wanted to sit around on his phone. It was not a relaxing experience at all. I let the front desk staff (Daniel) know I had a terrible experience and he wasn't very apologetic. After I kept pressing him, he finally gave me 10% off. The nail file he used didn't look clean either. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I guess you have to either be someone they know? Or NOT come on a sunday? I called to make an appointment and they gave me the time i requested. I get there and they are packed, someone else came in after me without an appointment and they still agreed to see them. They sat me fast in a chair but i waited atleast 20 minutes before my pedicure began. The man was in such a hurry during the entire pedicure, the pedicure was faster than the wait time on the chair. My nails got clipped SO fast he punctured my skin, made my toes sore. No nail cleaning, no massage, no scrubbing the heels. ( 10 seconds does not count!!!!) The only good was that it was $30, got it done when i had some free time. It was no spa treatment at all. Will find another spot next time. read more

This location is in a shared plaza with lots of parking. The plaza does get busy so parking can be tight. We had scheduled appointments in advance but they do accept walk ins. I came about 10 min after opening as a walk in on a Friday and I was attended right away! I was actually really pleasantly surprised. The person running the books was very friendly and was busy cleaning and prepping all the stations. Sandra jumped right in and did my hard gel mani, and Henry did my gel pedicure. Always pleased with their large color variety! I got nails done again and was much more pleased with the outcome this time around. -I was contacted by staff from my last review and offered for me to come in to fix what I want happy with. They are amazing when it comes to customer service. It does get pricy quickly, like most places every little thing is an extra charge. On their website it does say new clients receive %10 off. We reminded them of this at check out. The receptionist said they no longer offer that but reluctantly gave it to them. Came in for regular pedicure, the work itself was okay, nothing spectacular, the shaping of my nails was not the best. The gentleman whom did my pedicure provided a sheet that went over what type of pedicure I wanted. I selected second one that stated $32. At the end when it was time to pay , the cashier gentlemen said $40 for you and I said but the guy showed me his sheet and said $32 otherwise I would have not selected that type. There was no point in arguing , he refused to acknowledge the fact the guys sheet says $32. So I lowered tip just because of this. Not going back. If your nail technician is showing the client a sheet menu with pricing , I am expecting and relying on that price before moving forward with that type of service. You may want to check with technicians so they are not showing wrong sheet pricing to customers. I do not look at pricing online. I was a walk in and relied on pricing provided your technician before selecting type of pedicure. That is not my fault they provided wrong sheet. Otherwise I would have probably selected another option. read more

I called this morning and they were able to get me in the same day which I appreciated because I really wanted new nails before New Year's Eve. Do Not Step Foot in This Place - Read Why I am not someone who writes reviews lightly. But my experience at this nail shop in Santa Clarita was so deeply disturbing, so dehumanizing, that I feel morally compelled to warn others. This was, without exaggeration, the worst treatment I've ever received in a public establishment -- and that includes restaurants, salons, anywhere. I called ahead to ask if they had availability for a same-day appointment. The man who answered said yes, and asked if I could come in immediately. I arrived within 5 minutes. He then assigned me a nail tech and a pedicurist. I've been to this shop before, so I already knew only one tech is actually skilled with GelX. The others are mediocre at best. Predictably, I wasn't assigned to the professional. What followed was a sloppy, uncomfortable, and frankly insulting experience. The woman doing my pedicure had no clue what she was doing. When I politely tried to guide her on what I wanted, both she and the other staff became visibly irritated and began speaking in their language -- clearly about me. As a customer, I felt outnumbered, unwelcome, and disrespected in a space I came to for self-care. But things got worse. When I asked the man if another technician could fix the growing mess, he exploded. He started yelling at me in front of everyone, scolding me like a child, and accusing me of missing a scheduled appointment -- a complete lie. Meanwhile, the staff continued speaking about me in a language I couldn't understand. You don't need subtitles to recognize hostility. The verbal abuse didn't stop there. When I calmly decided I'd had enough and got up to leave, this man -- the same person who'd yelled at me earlier -- called me a B*TCH. Yes, out loud, in front of other customers and staff. I was stunned. That's when everything clicked: From the moment I walked in, I was never truly welcome here. Not as a customer, not as a Black woman, and certainly not as someone expecting basic decency. Let me be crystal clear: This nail salon is not just unprofessional -- it is blatantly racist, hostile to foreigners, and deeply disrespectful toward Black women. I've experienced subtle discrimination before, but this? This was intentional, loud, and abusive. And to make things worse, they charge whatever they feel like charging. I've paid different prices for the same exact service more than once. There's no consistency, no respect, and absolutely no accountability. Ladies -- our beauty appointments are sacred. For many of us, they're moments of peace, joy, and self-love. Do not give that energy, or your hard-earned money, to a place that doesn't even see you as human. Stay far away from this shop. They do not deserve your time, your business, or your presence. read more
