Many do not know this place changed owners in 2023 and changed all the workers as well. We had a great experience. They take their time and are patient. The owner hand panted my daughter's design and it is very pretty. I had nails put on somewhere else for vacation and it took 6 soaks and filing to get my old set off and they were so patient. The entire event was awful I wanted to get up and walk out the door! The man that did my nails said GD taking the lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth name in vain every other out of his mouth. And he grinded my real nails down so much they are splitting and cracked and the dip has chipped offed my nails. Today I'm going somewhere else with my money and my dignity. I don't like to leave negative reviews and don't unless it is warranted, but this one is. I went to get a pedicure today. There were several people getting their nails done and three people sitting in pedicure chairs. I was greeted promptly, immediately seated in chair, water was ran as soon as I sat down and I was offered a drink. The initial lady who asked me what pedicure I wanted was very sweet and told me someone would be with me shortly. I turned the massage chair on and started reading my book but moments later I realized it had stopped. I turned it on again and same thing happened. I continued to try to turn it on and push different buttons but every time it would come on for approximately 30 seconds and then it would turn off. I asked a guy walking by and he said he didn't know why it wasn't working but he would check with someone else. I personally think the message chairs are just as important as the pedicure itself and I could already tell the chair wasn't going to be a good one because I could barely feel the movements when it did work for the 30 seconds. No one ever came by again to check my chair or offer me one of the other 6 or 7 chairs that were open. When the guy sat down to start my pedicure I asked him about the chair and he told me "don't worry about it." I then started to push my pant legs down and told him I didn't think I was going to do this today and he said "okay" and turned around and walked off. So, I dried my feet off and left appalled that they weren't more concerned with making a customer happy. I don't feel like I'm very hard to please but I'm not going to pay $55 + tip for a pedicure and sit in a broken chair and no one even try to accommodate me as a paying customer. Can't tell you anything past that because I left due to horrible customer service! Also, I could have dealt with it had everything else been okay but the pop music they were playing at a louder than necessary volume was also extemely annoying. read more

I spend long 12 hour shifts on my feet and was extremely excited to treat myself to a pedicure since it's been 6 months. I had been here once before and had to leave because the wait was too long so I thought I'd give it another shot. Will not be coming back. This was hands down the worst pedicure I've ever gotten and I did not even finish the entire thing. The salon was gross and unkept, there was a speaker playing music that was broken and sounded horrendous, the customer service was terrible, not a welcoming environment at all. I feel very bad for the little girl that was trying so hard to appease everyone while the older two people on staff watched her and did not offer to help nor did they welcome any new customers that walked in. I don't attribute this terrible experience to that young girl, but more so to the management over her. Half way through, I asked to be done and paid and left. If you're the sweet girl that works there and you're reading this-- this is not towards you and I'm sorry if I ruined your day by asking to leave. Your management needs to do better. I have never left a negative review about an establishment however I want people to know beforehand so they don't waste their money like I did today!! read more

I had a very positive encounter with Jessica during both my manicure and pedicure. She is the new owner, and she is super sweet! She was very understanding of my need for short nails and still wanting ombre and she outdid herself in accomplishing exactly what I had in mind. My massage treatment went wonderfully for my pedicure. It was definitely the perfect treat to end of the week and Mother's Day! read more

The salon is a bit crowded with the nail tech stations but the service makes up for it. I never feel I'm being rushed thru a service or pushed to upgrade a service. Super nice and professional people! The gentleman at the front went out of his way to explain the different nail polishes they had. I love that Tina, the lady that did my nails, carried a conversation with me and was super down to earth! My mom had a pedicure with another lady and she said she truly enjoyed the relaxing feel and atmosphere. I don't live in Kilgore (I live in Houston) but I may have to make it a point to come when I come visit my mom and have a spa day every time I'm in town! DO NOT GO HERE! Had a guy who was sick do my nails and they were the worst i have ever had my nails done and took 2 hours and i am not exaggerating one bit. Didn't want to complain and the owner said she was going to give me my money back because i told her i didn't have time to get them redone but she told me to sit down and was going to just fix that one nail that was awful. Well she started taking off every nail and told me she could do them in 10mins which is impossible but i finally said ok because i was over everything at this point. Got my nails redone and they look better than the first time still not good compared to what I'm used to but whatever. Then went to the front and she refused to give me my money back after she said she would i just left and will not be going back there ever again. read more

Can't give stares anymore or I'd give 3 stars. I simply said I wouldn't recommend because every time I go in there it always seems like they rush. Every time I get my nails dipped they end up breaking 2 days later. I went with my mom to get pedicures and the girl doing her feet wouldn't even ask my mom what she wanted and kept asking me... my mom has to talk over her to answer her bc I wouldn't answer since she should have asked my mom in the first place. I've tried this place out more than once and finally decided to give up on it... it would be nice not to have to drive to Longview to get my nails done but it's worth it in the end. read more

She completely didn't do what I asked and my nail that was missing is now a glob of acrylic. Nails are all thick on one side and thin on the other. Will never go back there! Very disappointed with my experience here. As soon as I walked in the guy greeting was very unpleasant. I was choosing my color and he told me how much it would be and I just nodded my head. He then proceeded to say "I don't make the prices" as if I were arguing with him. As soon as I sat down the nail tech was very rude and acted that he was in a rush. He maybe said five words to me, and instead of telling me what he needed me to do, he would point and then get mad when I wasn't understanding what he was saying. As he was drilling my cuticles he cut me multiple times and every time I would flinch he would tap my finger like I was a child in trouble. Absolutely will not go back. read more

was looking for a new place to get my feet done today so me and my husband decided to try this place out he has never had his feet done before and it was the rare occasion he wasnt out of town i would not recommend this place the girl that did his feet was very rude he asked her if the gloves where latex and she said yes so he politely told her he was allergic to latex which she just nodded her head and kept putting the gloves on my husband again said no and she just kept trying to grab his foot after him moving his feet back the gentlemen that was doing my feet finally had to yell at her NO! and i guess explain to her he was allergic so she said no gloves and started his feet she kept making horrible faces and telling him his feet where "nasty" and asked if she could wear one glove again my husband said no he is very allergic to latex she got mad and had an attitude over it and acted like she just didnt want to do his feet at all kept jerking his feet around and just being ridiclously rough i have never had a pedi that was this bad i told them at the beginning i wanted the jelly stuff and they said okay but never added it into the water and when i asked he said he was sorry and didnt know i wanted the jelly stuff..i just said okay it was fine i was ready to leave at that point the way my husband was treated was just unacceptable! read more
