Needed to get my nails done today and quickly as I was flying out of the country for a wedding. The spot I normally go to was a little out of the way of my errands, so I went on Groupon and checked out their pedicure options. This was one of the first ones that popped up and the reviews looked good, so I decided to buy and check them out. It was cool that I was able to call and make an appointment. I was a few minutes late and they still saw me. When I arrived I guess their air was not on because it was super hot inside--like really hot. They offered me some water and wine while my feet soaked, which helped a little bit. I think after the second customer came in they finally realized how hot it was and closed the air and turned on the AC. The lady that did my feet was nice enough, but continuously coughed and contributed to her allergies. I could tell that she was not super happy about my feet and made the comment that I must "haven't had a pedicure in over 2 years"--which is so not the case. I found out from the other customer that this location has changed owners several times as the service has not been the best. After what I experienced today and the fact that my nail polish within just an hour started to come off the service and the products have not improved. I never been here before and found them through Groupon. I was hesitate cause it is not close to my house and plus the past negative review but I saw they are under new management. I was totally impressed with the pedicure service. Pretty details, massage my legs and cutting dead skins. I will definitely come back. Totally worth the drive for great service read more

Awesome! I needed a pedi and just decided to give them a try. I walked in and they greeted me right away. They were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable before my pedi started. One thing I really enjoyed was the salt scrub. Not all places offer that. I had a great leg massage and the hot towels made me melt into my chair. It was a very relaxing pedi, which are the best in my opinion. I noticed they also offer body massages. Which is different but would be willing to try. The girl wasn't in but I would have if she was. The salon is very clean and looks sanitary, which is big with me. I'd definitely come back next time I need a pedi in Texas. read more

Terrible- I do not recommend this salon. I went to have both the powdered dip nails done and a pedicure. Within a couple of days of having them done, 4 nails fell off. I went back in to show them and asked if they could re-do all of my nails because I had an event the following day and was concerned if 4 nails already came off that more would if I didn't get it taken care of. She said she couldn't do all of them but she would fix the four. That evening, the night before my event, 2 more came off and the next day a another. After my event, I went back and said this should not be happening, I would like my nails re-done. She said no but she would fix what came off. The next day... 3 more. So clearly what there are using is old or diluted or something. I won't go back, even what they had fixed has fallen off again. They won't make it right or refund me, so I've just wasted time and money on a business that has no interest in keeping customers or making sure they deliver great products or services. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Honestly, my mom and I were looking for a great nail place! And so we called and they didn't pick up so we showed up. The place looked so Uncleaned. This lady then asked what we wanted. We both said a mani pedi with dip powder. So the lady, named Jennifer, sat my mom down and began the dip. She was unqualified and started to hurt my mom! The nails looked so bad and she didn't even do the manicure. I then was waiting for over an hour and nobody even waited on me. I'm thankful they didn't touch me. I then said that I apologize but this is not okay and I said we will stop here but I will pay for what you have done. I couldn't see my mom upset and in pain. I bought a Groupon for this salon. I called to set a reservation, per what the Groupon said, no one answered and I left a message. I showed up at the salon 30min later. I walked in and signed in. The lady asked what service I wanted done, I explained that I had bought a Groupon and that I called 30min before hand and it went straight to voicemail. She accused me of not calling, the customer she was working on (mind you the only customer at 230 in the afternoon on a Thursday, decided to input that the phone didn't ring and interrupting this conversation I'm having with the salon employee. I explained and showed my Groupon, the time I called, and explained I didn't have any other time to come in. She "matter a factly" told me well you can wait, which was not an option for me at this point. I added that I would've had an appt had someone answered the call/listened to the voicemail I left. I gave the benefit of the doubt and asked how long I had to wait. It didn't work with my schedule for today. And the salon employee just shrugged her shoulders and nonchalantly said sorry (like she didn't care). Terrible customer service from the get go. I would not recommend. Okay seriously the absolute worst manicure I've ever received. My mom and I came in the day before we left for our 5 day cruise. Our usual spot was full and we didn't have time to wait so we decided to venture out. Wrong decision on our part. My mom asked for a simple manicure and I asked for shellac. The first person to work on me filed my nails from a pretty moderate length down to nubs that bled from being filed so much. My mom received the same treatment. Everything was so disorganized and people who walked in prior to me actually left while they were watching me get my nails done. Then she proceeded to give me the most awkward arm massage I've ever had. Then I switched ladies for my color. And that lady filed me some more and made me bleed even more. Then she asked me why I cut my nails so short. I told her that the other lady then. And they started yelling at each other in Chinese and then she said "I asked you and you said short" (untrue). So unprofessional. Then I got the crappiest paint job of my life. (Pictures included). Oh and btw, my moms paint job took 20 minutes longer than my shellac. If I could give this negative stars I would. I don't even Yelp. I had to create this business cause it just opened so I could warn people. Don't go here. read more
