I just love Anna!! She always does an amazing job. My nails never chip or break. I usually go 3 to 4 weeks between fills.

I don't know why I keep coming here for a pedicure. it's great one time and the next, I feel stupid walking out. part of it must be me being to nice to speak up too, but I just spend $50 for her to cut my toe nails and use a buffing machine to "trim my cuticles" instead of actually pushing back and cutting it like i've had hundreds of times before.. and the callus removal, was the same yellow sponge the scrub the bottom of the feet with during a normal pedicure, not even any solution. I haven't gotten a pedicure in about 3 months so I don't know, maybe industry is changing. No polish, no clear coat, nothing. I figured ok, no pressure for polish, she will still clean it up properly.. but nope.. $50 and 20 min later I should have listened to my husband and stayed home.. also, the towel she used at the end smelled like mildew, and I kinda looked at her like this smells, but she just nodded her head... she slipped my slippers on my lotion soaked feet and I slipped and slided out of there as embarrassed as I felt inside... i'm sure they're great for full sets, but pedicures, I guess I get the wrong nail tech when I get a chance to go in update: just got home and my toenails are snagging on fabrics.. read more

Lena is the best. She gives an amazing pedicure, takes her time, and is so friendly. She is 5 stars. However today she wasn't here and so I just took whoever was available. Im not sure his name, he was a younger guy, but he scrubbed my heel unnecessarily hard. It was red and I pulled my heel back a bit in pain and he stopped. When I got home I realized I've blistered from it. Super dissatisfied. This has never happened to me. read more

Can't believe I had to drive to another county to get some tootsie love! I went here because my friend was just here over the weekend. She had raving reviews! I do too! They are following Covid guidelines to a T. Everyone is wearing masks and gloves. You need to make an appointment. You use hand sanitizer when you walk in. And they take your temperature before your service. All the booths have a plexiglass partition and the pedicure bowls are wrapped with plastic for each customer. The man who welcomed me and the lady who did my pedicure were both professional and friendly. There wasn't a lot of talking going on between the estheticians. Not sure if that's one of the guidelines or if they're just too distant from each other to have conversation. I tried to talk to the lady doing my nails. She replied but she stayed mostly quiet. I sat down in my chair, and the service menu was taped to the plexiglass for convenience. Regular pedicure = $25. Deluxe Pedicure = $45. It's been a LONG time since I had a pedicure: March 14 to be exact. Right before the SIP took effect. So, why not splurge! Deluxe treatment had many choices of organic scents and lotions. It also included paraffin wax. Then she asked me which color I would like and handed me a keychain full of different nail colors palettes. I asked her if these were gel colors. She replied, "Yes." So I chose one and enjoyed my pedicure. After my relaxing service, here's where they lost a star. I went to pay and the front receptionist told me it's $60. SIXTY DOLLARS?!! How did it become $60? "You chose gel." WTH? Was there another option? I didn't see any bottled polishes anywhere which is why I usually do when I walk into a nail salon. Anyway, so moral of the story is... I am a French girl and boy is it hard to find a nail tech that does really good French nails. I have been to several nail salons and no where else does French nails like this place! They build the white using acrylic so you never get the uneven painted lines or where you can see the lines of the paint it comes out clean and even every time. I've been going to Tony for a long time, I tried a couple other places just for the sake of being closer to home but no one else compared when it comes to French nails so I'm back and I'm not going anywhere else again. Overpriced and poor quality and service. Two gel-manicures for my daughter and me. Total price after $12 tip was $89.00. My polish started to pop off the next day as shown in my photos. The environment was cold and more like an assembly line. Not sure if the instruments were sterilized as they appeared dirty and came into contact with my skin. I'm not a salon manicure person per se. My daughter wanted to get this done together before she goes back to college which I don't mind doing, I love our time together. I've been coming here for years and I've always been treated so well and always always always leave with the cutest nails. Dana is my go to nail tech, I absolutely love her and her work. She's detailed, careful and always makes sure I'm happy with the end result. Her shaping is amazing and I can't say enough good things about her. I recently went to Han (because Dana was booked for the day and I really needed to get my nails done) and she is an instant favorite. I've been coming to Luxury Nail since they opened. I followed David over from Top Ten Nails. I may be biased, since I had a preexisting nail artist that I went to but you can't deny the beauty and the cleanliness of this salon. The atmosphere is soothing, the stations and pedicure chairs always look so clean and well kept. The artists all know their stuff and for the most part have their own regular cliPrices seem to be competitive across the market but let's be real, getting your nails done isn't a cheap venture. I've come here multiple times and so does my family. Hard earned money and irreplaceable time has been spent. Today was my last straw. I'll never be coming back thanks to Han. She is rude, disrespectful, and flat-out mean. I purposely don't speak Vietnamese in a nail salon to see if they'd treat me differently or talk shit and she definitely did. She body shamed me calling me fat, indirectly called my family and I broke. Instead of trying to up sell services for a business she works for. While my sister was choosing whether or not to do nails and toes, she said "let me just tell her the price. I'm sure she'll change her mind". I only got a pedicure by her. My sister was sitting next to me getting hers done by someone else. The salon wasn't busy at all. Empty seats every where, but I was still going to get up and wait in the front. She said "oh it's okay. Sit here and wait" She then walked to her nail station and talked to Tommy who was doing my other sisters nails. She said "look at that fat girl. She won't get up from her seat" EXCUSE ME!? AREN'T YOU THE ONE THAT ALLOWED ME TO STAY??? She continued talking shit about us to other co workers when the other co workers were clearly not chiming in. At this point my sisters and I started speaking Vietnamese to each other and her facial expression changed. She knew and she didn't even apologize. Instead she kept looking over to see if I'll tip her. I obviously didn't. The owners of this establishment need to look into this because you can tell, this isn't the first time. I am so very happy to have found my original "glam squad" again :) I no longer live in Tracy but the fact that I am willing to wait to go to Luxury to get my nails done should say enough. I've gone to Han for years because... she just gets me. *insert red heart emoji here* She wasn't working on Sunday so I decided to book with Lisa. (Lisa did my nails the first time I luckily stumbled across Luxury about a month ago). So anyway, I booked with Lisa feeling confident that she could bring to life what I wanted done. I get in, check in (hand sanitizer and touch-less self temperature check). I sit in the chair and show her my request and she's like yes I can do it, and while we're at it let's put on a brand new set. I'm like hey girl, whatever you think is best. So she removes my old set (painlessly and quickly) and gets to work. I explain I prefer coffin shape just not toooooooo skinny. She's got it. She asks how long, I say hmmm not too long just cut em and let's see. I look and we are good. I let her do her thing and when she is done shaping my nails, I couldn't help but say her name, say her name: Lisa, Lisa, Lisa. She giggles and says you're welcome. She shapes with precision leaving no rough edges behind! So we get to the design. I'll just say this-I love the hell out of my nails but they're not exactly what I asked for. That's to be expected. However, there isn't a doubt in my mind that Lisa could have executed the design to a T, especially after seeing her line work. She was just missing a few details but I'll save it for next time's visit. No biggie. I appreciate her going back to add another line because I doubt I'd love them as much as I do if she didn't. It's the little things. Needless to say I will be back and blah blah blah. Luxury is my nail-home, duh. I'm sure they all do a wonderful job but here are my go-to's and you're welcome: Han, Lisa, Tony. My sister and I arrived for pedicure appointments only to find out they were overbooked. We live 30 MINUTES AWAY. The nail technician seemed dismissive when we checked in, we stood there for about 5 minutes as they seated 3 customers who came in right before us. I then inquired about rescheduling, "Yes. You can come back. What time?". I've been a regular customer here, but this experience was very disappointing. We went to Top Ten Nails in the same plaza and they happily accepted our business AND we tipped generously. I don't know where to start but first of all since most of these people don't understand English communication is a big problem. And then if you have a request and they don't understand, they ask you to wait till the service is over. It is the second time that i went there and was badly bruised by the technician. They start blabbering something in their language and you can tell that they are complaining about the customer to each other. I have seen this several times happening to other customers. Then because they don't want the other people to see them they try to cover up by switching the technician. Some of the technician might be good as one of the ladies did a good job with Manicure for me. I was very pleased to see the measures they've taken to make people feel safe: screens and taking temperatures. David did a great job with my nails as it was my first time here and felt like he really took his time to do my nails and did not feel rushed. The shape and color was exactly what I was looking for. This is my first time at this nail salon. I decided to try it since it was new & trending on Yelp. The place is super clean, spacious, beautifully decorated! They follow the COVID -19 guidelines, require masks at all times and have sanitizing stations. Their tools are new and in packages so I felt very safe and clean. Last time I went I called ahead and they said they had an opening at 6. I go in and they have me wait 20 minutes before they even start my pedicure. By the time it got to my fill I was one of the last people there and the artist refused to paint in my designs because she wa in a hurry so she used stickers that came out bumpy, crooked, and a few were even chipped. I decided ti give them another chance today. Again, called ahead and was told opening at 6 for a pedicure and a full set. I walk in, check in with one lady who says go sit and I use the restroom. Come out and another lady is checking people in. I check in with her she tells me wait 15 minutes. Fine. She comes to speak with me at 6:20 and says you can go soak your feet and someone will be with you in 15 minutes! So they wouldn't even start my pedicure until 6:35! The exact same situation would have ended up happening. I called and made an appointment and the lady said that it's out of her control because people walked in. No it's not! That's the point of calling ahead and making the appointment! Will not be going back as they clearly can't manage their time read more

I also wanted to point out that I paid $43 for a fill, (1) nail fix and two colors. Not sure if that's accurate with their pricing but I didn't question it.
