She's SO easy to talk to and REALLY makes the time so by FAST! The salon itself is in a very conspicuous and deceiving complex. I was wondering if I was in the right place when I arrived, but I went in the front door and was shocked and surprised by the inside. The front looks kind of ... oddly abandoned and commercial and industrial... but when you go inside the lobby is super nice!!! You have to go through the entire lobby and curve left to get to the salon. The prices are SO fair! I have had the best stylist during this time. My only derogatory comment regarding the salon is the deterioration of the dress code. The appearance of the staff has gone downhill over the years and is less than professional. I noticed several of the employees wearing extremely casual clothing. What has happened to the dress code and professional look of their employees at this salon. My stylist, and Carly, ALWAYS look great and dress professionally. Are sleeping pants and ripped jeans with huge holes appropriate for a customer focused work environment? Unsurprisingly, others have experienced the same thing. I like getting services done here, but the attitude of staff has turned me off completely. The young lady (I believe her name is Leah) who I believe is a receptionist or something has one of the worst attitudes I've ever witness from an employee, especially at a business that claims to give guests a "premium" experience at a premium price! This young lady was not only rude to me, but extremely dismissive. She cared more about getting me out of the way than my guest experience so she could go back to gossiping with the others. My recommendation is to listen to my experience and the experience of others who have left reviews and get rid of some of those bad apples.

We were told about the robes available to use so that was nice. I've never had a maternity massage so I can't compare it but it was nice. Took a little trial and error to get comfortable. They offer a bolster to allow you to lie on your stomach. I think perhaps it's better suited for someone not so far along, or just with different anatomy. The hole for my stomach did not feel deep enough and I felt pressure on my belly which was uncomfortable. My masseuse was gracious to work with me to get comfortable on my side and had a bolster to lie on my back as well. The "scalp treatment" was pretty basic and left much to be desired. I think they put peppermint oil on their fingers and then push your hair around your head. It absolutely was not worth the time or price we paid. I kept my opinions to myself as I tend to be a tougher critic than my husband but as we left he mentioned his thoughts on the "scalp treatment"- his words were I could have done without that- the hair dresser does a better job- I agree. We usually go to Panacea Spa but they were booked so a friend suggested Woodhouse Spa. It's really difficult to compare the two as Panacea is a true luxury experience albeit with a price tag to match. With our scalp add ons we paid almost the same as we would have at Panacea and by no means was it a paralleled experience. We might consider trying a basic massage service again but certainly not our first pick here in Columbus. Not bad just not amazing.
