The person who did my pedicure comes over and goes "oh that's normal, cuticle push back would have been $10 extra". I'm like ok so $10- no one told me that. Captain coughs a lot apparently was so ill he couldn't tell me that. The guy at the main counter is right next to us. he's so busy scrolling his phone he never says a word. I assume he's the owner...he was useless. the fact that they charge extra for the basics is wild, but they never bothered to tell me that for $10 more I could have had a normal, nice looking manicure. The brand new nails already looked like they'd been outgrown by weeks and already needed a fill in BEFORE I EVEN WALKED OUT. I was super upset to hand over almost $200 for the 2 of us and my nails looked like garbage from the start. I have never in my life had such a busted ass set of nails. here's what they look like less than a week later. DONT GO HERE.
