TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE i have yet to find a good nail place around here but this one was by far the worst. Got a simple manicure no polish and they couldn't even get that right looked like a 2 yr old did my nails with their teeth, I was cut , he didn't even do all my cuticles and it was all of maybe 10 min. At this point I don't believe these people are licensed there is no way they'd pass the state board exam!!! read more

I went in for a regular manicure and stated no gel, acrylic or dip. When I went to pay I was told $30.00, I gave a cash tip and asked why it was $30 when the board with pricing reflects $20? I was told, I give you collagen on your hands.... I wasn't asked if I wanted collagen on my hands and didn't question her when she put plastic gloves on my hands, I thought it was part of her routine. I will not be going back considering I paid $15 more than the price on the board without being asked or told it was $10 more, no thank you. read more

The best thing I can say is I was not cut or hurt during this service. I came in and asked for a fill-in and nail design on acrylics....I asked, and repeated, multiple times 'if you're not sure you can do it we can do something else' but the nail tech insisted he could do it. needless to say he did not even come close to the design I wanted and charged $80 for a fill in with design. Also during this almost 2 hour fill in several other techs came over to look at what was happening and spoke briefly with the guy I had, each walked away laughing...if you like a judgmental environment /vibe definitely go here! read more

Got a gel manicure and pedicure and they filed AFTER they did the gel and set everything. That broke the seal. I got my nails done Friday and it's Sunday and one just majorly chipped. I'm not rough on my hands and have had gel done in several places and this had never happened so quickly. NEVER go here read more

First time here and I got the regular pedicure. The guy that did it, did a wonderful job when I came in my feet looked horrible and 1 heal was cracked. My feet are now pretty again. I went with my sister-in-law for pedicures. Tina and Mai did our feet and nails. They both did an excellent job. We both had gel polish, which is an additional charge. The extra charge alone would pay for a bottle of gel polish after two uses. I gave it four stars only because of the price. The job they did was great, but really very expensive. Not something the average person could have done on a regular basis. I will go back, but probably not as frequently as I would have at a more reasonable price. read more

If I could rate a zero I would. It was my first time here and last time at this place. Extremely terrible service from one of the guys who was doing my nails. I asked him if he didn't think one of my nails looked crooked he got mad and didn't want to do my nails anymore. Im paying for the service and didn't ask in a rude way at all. LITERALLY GOT UP AND DIDNT DO MY NAILS. He started telling another guy in their language stuff which I have no idea what it was I know he was talking about me made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I went for a French pedicure, I get up to pay she said 80$ WHAT!!! . I couldn't understand what she said. I told her just a pedicure.

I went here to get dip polish. I was there for over an hour and the man dip a horrible job. The residue is still all over my nails as well as under them. I watched him put 8...8! layers of dip and then attempt to evenly file it off (which clearly did not work). This is by far the worst my nails have every looked leaving a salon and I have been to many. Also, 4 of my cuticles are bleeding from him filing them to much or hitting the skin with the machine. I will never be going back here. I got there and was given no direction at all, the man could barely understand me, nor could I understand him. When I sat down he didn't ask me if I wanted a design, but instead said "you don't want a design right?" I tried to tell him that I DID in fact want a design, but he didn't seem to understand that. He asked me to pick a color and I told him I had a picture on my phone of what I wanted. When he saw the picture, he let out an exasperated sigh and rolled his eyes. This is completely unprofessional, even if you are not a fan of my design choice. It was a few solid colors with a striped accent nail. He once again told me to pick a color, and I pointed to the picture and said "can you do this?" to which he replied that he doesn't do designs and told me to pick a color. This was upsetting especially since I had told him when I first arrived that I wanted a design. After struggling to communicate with him for so long, and being so frustrated, I finally just chose one color and scrapped my picture idea. As he was drilling he cut my thumb and it bled. After almost being completely finished, he finally asked how I wanted them shaped. I told him rounded, and they ended up being weirdly pointy and uneven. In the end I paid $30 for nails that weren't what I asked for, were oddly shaped, and that I had to jump through hoops to get across what I wanted because no one there could communicate with me very well. Not to mention these nails were for my engagement photos. Not sure what I am going to do now, other than avoid this place like the plague. read more
