I came here today with my friends and my friend had planned on getting jelly pink nails with tips. I was a little bit upset because we were not greeted by any of the people that worked in this salon. Not only did it take about 2 hours for the salon to do her nails, which were quite easy to do and I could've done them myself (I'm not a nail tech, just a girl) but they came out absolutely horrible. Like I'm not even joking, it is absolutely terrible. Somehow there is a piece of hair trapped under one of her fingernails in which I will insert a photo under this review. They do not look good and not only that, but the woman did not even do the color that my friend had requested. My friend requested number 441, and the woman gave her 058, which were regular clear nails. My friend had spoken up and said something about it at least five times, but the woman did not listen and continued to do what she was doing. I'm just very upset and disappointed because my friend was not having a good day in general and this did not make her day any better. read more

This is a good salon that does really good gel manicures quickly and for a decent price. They take walk-ins too. The seating is ample but I have to say I would have liked to see more English speaking employees and for it to be a little cleaner. Other than that it is good for the price. read more

Terrible experience. I went in to try a new salon. Get a new set. The technician Naomi was by far the worst I have ever had. Crocked, thick, etc. I kept telling her to fix. She handed me the file and told me to do it! Finally the owner took over and instead of apologizing blamed my nail beds! She did an adequate job fixing them. And proceeded to polish them. She was sparing on the polish and didn't realize she needed to put a solid under the glitter. I had to tell her. I've been getting my nails done for 30 years by various technicians. And some have been equally inexperienced. But this was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had! read more

So I haven't gotten my nails done in a while because I was tired of being disappointed, but it was my birthday and they were close to my job, so I figured I'd give them a shot and I'm SO HAPPY I DID. I first got a pedicure and she was so attentive and really took her time to clean everything and get as much dead skin off as she could. The massage part felt so good! They also use liners and gloves and sanitized tools so getting fungus isn't a problem. Ever toe looks perfect and I'm ready to rock sandals for the spring. Sonny did my acrylic and he's so good! He's super nice and quick but isn't in a rush. He's just a pro so it takes him less time to do things. I walked in on Sunday, and they were busy. It was my first time, and last time, at this salon. I asked the lady if she can file my nails a little sharper since they tend to get dull so fast, she argued with me for 5 minutes about that it's my nail shape & all else, when I just wanted the sides filed a little more. She tried to do french and it didn't come out right so she told me to go to the person next to her. This might be the worst french manicure i've gotten, the white is all uneven from each nail. A good nail salon is hard to find. I'll find one that'll be good for a while and then they get sloppy. Then I have to switch salons because I don't want to talk a nail tech through on how to properly do my nails because, of course, they get upset when you do that. Also, I don't know what it is about me but nail technicians always want to throw me to the apprentice... That's exactly what happen when I came here last night and it did not end well. I mostly do my nails myself to avoid the BS but every once in a while I'll get them done to get a nice even shape and get a little pampering. My boyfriend wanted to treat me and I chose this place because my usual place was closed and this place, somehow, has 4 stars. *insert eye-roll here* I walked in and asked for a mani/pedi. Nail tech 1: Gel manicure? Me: No, regular manicure I picked my color and then was shown to a chair for my pedicure. The nail tech that did my pedi did a good job with the shape but she got a little sloppy with the top coat. That didn't really bother me though since it wasn't that noticeable. When she was done, she walked me over to the dryer. I called her back over to see if anyone was going to do my mani. Nail tech 2: Oh, you want a manicure? Me: Yes Nail tech 2: Gel manicure? Me: No, a regular manicure I was seated for my manicure Nail tech 3: Gel manicure? Me: No, regular manicure Nail tech 3: Gel manicure is better. It last longer and dry faster Me: They don't last on me. Gel chips within a week on me so I don't bother. Nail tech 3: why? What you do? Me: I don't know... She proceeds, removes my polish and passes me off to another nail tech to file and shape my nail. Nail tech 4 (the apprentice) to Nail tech 3: Gel manicure?.. By this time, it seemed like they had a problem with me getting a regular manicure. I told nail tech 4 I wanted my nails square but when she was done filing, my nails had no consistent shape and they were uneven. She ask me to pay before she was about to apply the polish. That was when I decided that I didn't want her to continue. I paid for the pedicure and left. I think what ticked me off the most is their refusal to acknowledge that the nail tech messed up. If you can't get a simple manicure right, why on earth would I trust you with anything else? read more

After coming to this salon for years on a biweekly basis they just lost a customer. If your going to mandate mask to all your clients make sure everyone is actually wearing them, while embarrassing your client for not wearing one. this salon was recommended to me by a coworker. I ran in the other day after work (2 days ago) and knew that my gel nails were damaged and I would have to pay to get them fixed. Because this play was highly recommended by my coworker I didn't think twice. When I came in they checked my temperature and had me fill out an online questionnaire for Covid-19 so I did. After I was told that it would cost more to fix each individual nail ($5 per broken nail) so I would need to get a new full set. I agreed and let the older women do my nails. I am not one to complain nor write a bad review although left the salon really unhappy. She made every single on of my nails different lengths and shapes. The nails are bumpy and you can see the bumps and bubbles on the color. It is also visible because I picked such a bright color that the painting job of the polish was not done well. ( you can see the bristle marks of the brush). Also my cuticles were not cut and look terrible Overall I am really unhappy and will not be returning to this salon. If the salon knows the older woman does not do gel full set nails well I wish they would have given me someone who does. UPADATE: So grateful that they reached out to me and fixed my nails. This was my go to nail salon however I will not be returning. I made an appointment with Andy for Friday on a Thursday at 5pm. I arrived to my appointment at 4:45 PM and he was busy with a client which is understandable as I waited till he was finished with his client. Another woman walked in saying that she had an appointment with him for the same time. She noticed it was back-and-forth between the staff and she asked is there a problem? is there a conflict? I can go somewhere else and they lied and said no. So I spoke up and said yes there is a conflict. I have an appointment scheduled with him for the same time. They ignored both of us and waited for Andy to finish on his current client after he was finished he sat me in the pedicure chair and the other girl in a manicure chair and proceeded to do her BEFORE me after I ARRIVED FIRST and booked appointment first. (I overheard that she booked her appointment the same day) I guess they took her because she was only getting a manicure and I was getting a manicure and pedicure, but it is just about principal. One of the ladies that I had in the past ended up doing my pedicure and I remembered her because she gave me a bad pedicure before and this is why I specifically ask for Andy to avoid getting a bad nail tech. In the end, I was there for two hours and they ended up charging me normal price. I believe I should've got a discount AT LEAST. they double booked and made that mistake, but I had to suffer because of it. Never again ... read more

They always replied after a few minutes! Overall the salon looked nice, not the best salon I've seen but overall clean. The staff was nice, they had a big variety in colours and getting a full set took me about 1:15h. I came on a Thursday morning. I got a card with a stamp on it, for about 10 stamps (or less), and you will get I believe $10 off your next visit. I had Ana (the lady in the photos I have uploaded) and she's super nice and was telling me everything that she was using, for what purpose, and why she's doing it. She is very talented and converses with you on things such as, preference of nail shape, color, etc. I do recommend that you book prior to just walking in, as her work speaks for itself and you may have a wait. Update. I no longer go here. I user to always grt my nails done with the young guy with the glasses but he has a really bad attitude. He yelled at my friend a while back but I kept going. Then one day I asked him for a French and I didn't like what he did. He always listens to music and never talks so when I interrupted him he literally yelled at me. Then when I told him I didn't like the French and he had to start over he yelled some more and the entire salon got silent. I wad embarrassed and never went back! Stay away from this place.
