She even made me bleed, look at my terribly red cuticles. My nails look nothing like the requested design. After I told her I don't like what she did she looked confused and tried to give me a hand massage. I told her I don't like this and to take the lotion of my hand I'd like to leave. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust!
