I've been here a hand full of times and each time I try to give it another chance thinking that the next time will be better and its not. I would not recommend this place at all. The owners are not very friendly. I've made appointments but you always end up waiting up to 15-30 minutes regsrdels. The service is rushed and not worth the price. read more

I would not recommend. I went here twice: once for gel manicure and once for powder tip manicure. I was shocked when both manicures didn't even last a full week. I am not sure if the technique needs work or the products aren't the best. I paid full price for both, only to have them both peel off completely in a few days. Another terrible job and i didn't want to go back but i was in a time crunch and had to go for a quick pedi before the weekend. The girl that did my pedicure was out to lunch she barely massaged me which as we ladies know is the best part of the pedi. The owner is a cranky old Korean woman, but the girls who work there and do nails are great. I find it very annoying that they allow people to chat on their cell phones LOUDLY ... they should really ask them to quiet down or put up a sign asking people to refrain from carrying on long conversations on their phones. I'm always a walk-in and I never wait more than 5 min. They're a little pricy for what I usually get - pedicure($20) and acrylic tips with gel polish ($50), even the fill in with gel is expensive. But the quality is good, so I don't mind the price. I personally don't like small talk, so it's fine with me that they speak to each other in their language. Didn't feel rushed like the last place I went to, and the results did look decent; but the store didn't seem clean. Tech didn't put cleanser in the water for my pedicure, and they still use razors for callus removal which doesn't feel safe or clean even if it is a new razor. Lastly, when I asked how they clean the clips they use to soak off gel manicures, the tech looked at me like I had 2 heads and told me that it's "only acetone." Went with a gift certificate that they didn't honor because it wasn't value until January 13th or something. Won't be returning. read more

Very disappointed. Hours until 7:30 which are pretty good considering I am a working mom. I walked in 6:56 pm and asked to get a manicure when I was given a look from 3 workers that were ready to go home. I just needed a simple manicure and one of them said " ok, but you will not have enough time to dry because we are closing at 7:30". My favorite nail salon ONLY if you ask for Elsa. She doesn't cut corners and takes her time. My nail shape is always perfect and her pedicures are amazing. Usually after I get a pedicure anywhere else, a week later it looks like I need another pedicure. But she does it so I don't need to re do my nails for a couple of weeks (pedicure that is).
