I came in for a pedicure and a full set. Services were amazing!!! My nail tech was Daniel and he did an excellent job! He paid close attention to details and was amazing! I showed him two reference photos for my nails asking if there was a way to maybe combine them and he nailed it completely showing me two different colors to be sure which one I wanted! Daniel was amazing, I got my nails done for my bridal shower here and my inspo pic was very detailed and difficult. I wasn't expecting them to turn out exactly, but they came out even better!! Daniel took his time meticulously hand painting each design, correcting and adjusting. The price was amazing and these are the most beautiful nails ive ever had. Went in the first time and asked them to try to keep my nails as close to natural as possible. 5 nails broke within a week. Came back tried to explain to them what I wanted. All of my nails have huge waves and dips. He cut me twice with his own finger nail trying to separate the glue from the nail and my finger. One of my nails has the acrylic off to the side of my real nail. Then to top everything off. Instead of using the clear coat that comes with the dipping system. They use shellac which peels off in a couple days. I am not new to getting my nails done and how it should be done. This is absolutely the worst I have ever had done. Won't be back and will be letting the girls at the hospital know how bad it is there. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. My family wife, daughter and mother-in-law came home from this place and tears. This place treated them with disrespect and extremely rude. My daughter was told to leave and go sing at home and come back in 15 years and trying to run her out. My daughter is 3 years old and has been to many places with her mom to get nails done And these other places treat her amazing. They said they don't do young kids nails but did hers anyways and charged her. So they had no problem taking the money for crappy done nails and terrible treatment. Please don't go to This place that treat young innocent children this way they don't deserve your business and hard earn money. This place is okay....for Pleasanton.... I guess.... I came here out of desperation and it was okay, but not great by any means. The staff is not very friendly, and my particularly nail artist was rushed, and quite cranky after I asked him for another coat of the incredibly thin shellac he applied. He tried to rush me out after I said I didn't want a pedicure with basically a light translucent coat of what was shown as a neon pink and was really rude/obviously put out after I asked him for one more coat, even then my nails are still not great. There was no one else waiting/no clear reason to rush through. Overall, fine in case of emergency, but don't go here if you want to get your money's worth and actually enjoy the experience. read more

Will never go back here. Needed a last minute manicure and decided on this place. Told the tech I just wanted nails filed not cut. She filed them all the way down. Then along with cutting my cuticles she cut the skin all the way around and under the nail bed. I went straight to the Walgreens next door to get a gel removal kit and spent all evening soaking the gel off. Very bad experience. read more

I came here because of reviews but think I went to wrong place. Zero eye contact, when I hear the word "spa" I expect relaxation and great customer service didn't get either. How bout a bottle of water, prices are high for French tips $55 I'd never paid that didn't expect that much. I had to ask for my nails to be clipped, it took about 20 min and lady was finished at least dab some cream or something. I'll never return. read more

I took my daughter here about a month ago for a pedicure and they cut her all over while trimming up her skin around her toe nails. She said the whole thing hurt but didn't say anything at the time. Poor thing. The man that was going mine did an okay job but he applied so much gel polish that my nails looked wonky. The girl doing my daughter's paid and the man doing mine we're talking the whole time about people in the salon. I first came here in 2019, and posted a glowing review about my experience there, with Hannah as my technician for both manicure and pedicure. The salon was clean, QUIET, and pleasant, and I was very pleased with my nails. Well, I'm not sure what happened in the past couple of years to allow the deterioration of the service here, but it's a shame. I do know that Hannah is no longer there. Where once the pedicure area was quiet, with only soft tonal music, now there's always loud, irritating music playing, as well as a TV screen at which the tech glances much too frequently. The last couple of techs I've had seemed more interested in carrying on their own loud conversation than they did working on my pedicure. The language barrier makes me feel very frustrated as well, because I don't speak Vietnamese, and I haven't felt like the last few techs have really understood me. Unlike Hannah's gentle touch, both these guys were a bit rough, and the last time particularly the polish looked like I applied it myself, rather than a professional job, and he barely took any time smoothing the soles of my feet, etc. The first suboptimal pedi I thought was a fluke, but I've been there three times since last fall, with poorer results each time. It's obvious that the service is not getting better, so I'm going to have to find another salon. read more

The nail tech Hannah is great doing nails however the last three times I have gone in there another lady has been horrible i went in got my nails and toes done and the lady asked for my last four of the phone number to get my points just to tell me they have been giving my points to someone else and there's nothing she is going to do about it. The next time I went it took a 9 dollar tip out of my card and the guy couldn't tell me why this last time the lady just denied me service because it was 40 minutes till closing. read more

Absolute worst shellac manicure I've ever received. For a Monday, I didn't think I'd be rushed the way I was. My whole service took no more than 15 min. It was rushed and done sloppy. I was also very disappointed because it was my daughters first time having her nails painted and the lady who did them, did such a poor job she wiped the excess polish on my daughters arm. It took about an hour and twenty minutes to put acrylics with a holo dip. Their pamphlet said the fee would be $40. The tech was very meticulous about it all. Thought I was in for a real treat. After i left the shop, I was in a hurry because I did not expect the appointment to take so long, I noticed the nails and wonky. And one of my nails looks like a raisin. They did not clean up the excess acrylic that was under the nail. I have a cut from one of the tools. When I checked out, the total was $65. Apparently the holo dip cost more. He mentioned it was "metallic" but did not say it cost more. Nor is the added price in the pamphlet. The redeeming quality is the beautiful atmosphere, drink and polish selection and the kind owner. Excellent service and great prices. I visited the spa while traveling in the area. I got the deluxe pedicure and the technician although quiet, was polite and very professional. My only wish was that he applied two coats of nail polish instead of one but the end result was still beautiful. The spa is obviously popular as it was very busy and most people did partake in the free wine and beverages. They offer several levels of pedicures and I like that they post the approximate duration time next to the services offered. read more

I've given this place several chances and have given up. On 9/25, after having to wait an hour after my nail appointment I was very disappointed. I Had to leave immediately because I was There almost three hours and my baby was with a sitter. HANAH was my nail tech. My nails are thick and uneven. Within one week they are lifting at the base. I was also upcharged because of the polish I picked without being told. I went there today as soon as I got back in town and was treated so rudely. I never once asked for my money back just wanted them removed. The lady that sits by the cash register was so demeaning and wouldn't listen to me. She kept speaking over me and told me I had to make an appointment for a removal and it was my fault for not coming back sooner I am NEVER going back here. My nails are down right embarrassing. Walked in for a pedicure on a Saturday morning 20 minutes after they opened. I was surprised there were so many people already in there (I figured this was a good sign)! With 5 people already getting pedicures, and 4 more waiting, I think I waited about 45 minutes for my turn. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, the person doing my nails kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with everything, and I enjoyed the pedicure! It was $30 for the basic pedicure, which also included a hot towel wrap. I'll definitely be back. read more
