I work outdoors and can frequently be found outside on the weekends. My feet need a little TLC, and Portland Nails was just the thing. They took the utmost care with my nails. Great place! I have been twice and was impressed both times. Got my toes looking nice which isn't easy as I am very rough on my feet. Fabulous foot and leg massage. I adore Portland Nails. This husband and wife team are fantastic. They know all their customers by name and you only have to come once or twice before they treat you like you've been coming for years. They are accommodating when I've tried to get in on short notice. The space is small but immaculately clean and bright. Massage chairs, tons of magazines and a large screen TV will keep you occupied and comfortable. Lots of color choices with both regular polishes and shellacs. Parking can be a little tight based on location but once you're inside, you don't give it a second thought. I highly recommend Portland Nails. read more

They do so good on nails and they're so friendly! 10/10 recommend! I always go there with my friends to get acrylics put on. They are so considerate when it comes to accuracy on the nails. I was very impressed with the place.The prices were reasonable and the people there were very nice and pleasant to be around. The place was clean and uncluttered. This was my first time going and I really liked how it came out. I got a french mani, and it was one of, if not the best one that I have gotten in a while. I plan on going back soon! I've been to the salon twice. I have acrylics. Both times after 1-2 weeks my nails would easily get chipped. I've never chipped my nails after having them on for 8 years. My second visit the shaver machine thing cut me just under my finger and said it was my fault and that he didn't burn me. Made it clear it was my fault. Secondly both times after 2 weeks they color (light pink) started changing black under the polish. It is e cheapest salon around but I'm afraid they use cheap material. I don't recommend this place anymore. read more

I am house sitting in Portland and wanted to find a nail salon close to the house. I really got lucky this time. I had the best pedicure ever at Portland Nails. My nail technician (Lindsay - I hope I spelled it correctly) was friendly and professional. The salon itself has no pretensions and is clean and uncluttered. A stranger in town, I still felt welcomed and managed to relax. In addition to a very fine sculpting of my nails, I was treated to a soothing lavender lotion and salt rub on lower legs and feet and a gentle massage finished with a hot towel treatment. The fee was very reasonable for the service given. I would certainly return. read more
