As for the service of each of the nail technicians, I have experienced. They were each very friendly, very accommodating and efficient. I have a big complaint on the owner of the facility. I paid with my debit card and then I wanted to pay for my friend and the owner chastise me for paying with a card. She said it cost her more money to use a card. She was not even friendly about it and I've been there several times. It is not my problem that it cost her money that I use a card. She should post something in big letters to accept cash only instead of chastising me in front of other customers. She's very rude and she has lost my business. I always tip each artist well but on this day, the owner was so rude that I will never come back. read more

For years I got my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks doing dipping powder and not once have I been charged an extra $10 take my nails. After paying a use the restroom and before I left, I was asked for an extra $10 and that I miss paid. Normally $55 every place I've gone. Though, for the most part, my nails look good the under the nails were very dirty and clumpy filled with powder and I did not like how my nails were removed traditionally, they've always been soaked off and not pulled offI feel like that damages the nails and the nail beds I have natural nails, and never do acrylics. I would give no stars if I could. I just got back from the doctor and am positive for a staph infection after getting a fill. In case you're wondering if I could have gotten it elsewhere the answer is, no! I am now the third person in our community I have spoken to who has contracted a bacterial infection from this place. Each of us went to a man who works there and doesn't clean his instruments. It's not Kevin, it's the other guy whose name escapes me. My girlfriend is planning to report this place to the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. She's on her second round of antibiotics. I pray I can get rid of this horrific condition. He is meticulous in his work. He completely removed my previous dip, and replaced exactly what I wanted. Super nice, very professional, very clean salon, and my nails are exactly what I wanted. I've been coming to the Nail Chateau for at least seven years and I've never had a bad experience. Kim, the owner is always so sweet and it's always great about getting me on the schedule or fitting me in. I just had my first manicure from Trisha, and she was fantastic, very kind and personable and speaks great English. Cindi gave me a terrific pedicure, it looks flawless. She is also very sweet and has super strong hands which I love. One of the best leg/ foot massagers I've had in a long time. One of the main reasons I continue to come back here over other nail salons in this area is because the energy is good, and I've never got an infection or anything like that. You can tell they're sanitization and disinfection protocols are wired tight and I trust they will always do a good job and take care of me. Highly recommend this business! read more

I got a French gel nail manicure and it was a very alright service. There was no cuticle oil, no hot towel, none of that. My hands were dry by the end and it just felt like they could've put in more effort given the fact my manicure was 55 dollars. That was before tip. The gentleman that did my pedicure (I didn't get his name) he did a wonderful job! Massage was amazing! He didn't judge my calloused feet and was nice. The place is clean and beautiful. While I was in the salon I was overhearing conversations and when did we as a society start talking to any service provider like entitled assholes? There was a woman next to me who came in and was very particular and just was short and quick and unclear about what she wanted but quick to snap at the girl trying to help her read her mind. Then I went to check out and some woman was fighting about an up charge to get her gel polish removed.. People!! Be better, these people pay high rent and it costs a lot to run a business and dealing with some people who are miserable is unbearable. Would you talk to your friend like that? A stranger even? Had to try out a new salon post-COVID, and I was so impressed with Nail Chateau! Very attentive and polite despite the fact that they were pretty busy (we had an appointment). Tons of color, gel and dip powder selections! Amber did a fabulous job on my full set with dip powder ombre, and was super meticulous A little pricier than some other local salons (mine was $50 w/o tip), but definitely quality work. They also had full plastic dividers up, very clean and sanitized interior, and ALL customers and staff were (correctly) wearing masks. read more

I am rating Nail Chateau a 1 star for multiple reasons. To begin, I showed up to the salon looking for a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. After waiting 10 minutes before being greeted and 15 minutes waiting to begin the service, I put my feet in the coldest water I have ever gotten a pedicure with. Next, the whole pedicure, I was being begged to upgrade to the $36 service when I told the man I only wanted the basic. This seemed very rude and unprofessional to me. Next, as shown in the photographs, I was given a terrible, sloppy dip manicure. The first photograph was my FINISHED product and the second one is of my nails now. Before leaving the salon, I approached the manager and told her that I was not satisfied with how my nails looked. She told me that the process to change the color would be long and expensive but that they could put regular polish over it. After the lady who did my dip manicure talked to the manager, they decided that they could put a gel coat over it. Here I am, with a gel manicure (second photo) that is streaky and will only last me 2 weeks, when I paid for a dip manicure that should have lasted me 4 weeks. As if this was not enough, the staff was very rude, passive aggressive, and cold. I did not feel welcomed or appreciated for my service and I left with a cut on my left thumb that can be seen in both photographs. If I were the manager of this salon I would not want any customer to leave feeling the way that I do now. With this said I will not ever be returning to Nail Chateau & neither should you. read more

Staff are wearing masks and gloves, chairs and stations are spaced out, and all stations have a barrier to reduce risk. This place is a JOKE. There is one woman who sits at the front and all of the payments and appointments go through her. She treats all of the employees like they're her slaves. I went in to get a pedicure and even paid extra for the better pedicure (package C). After receiving my pedicure, I realized there was nothing special about this pedicure other than it cost like $15 more. I GOT SCAMMED. The woman who gave me my pedicure tried to paint my big toe three times before making it look somewhat decent. When I went to pay my pedicure was $68!!!
