I asked for a simple nail service, and the lady assigned to me was utterly clueless. It was painfully obvious that she had no idea what she was doing. So, naturally, I asked her if she even had a license because, come on, it was clear she was just winging it. Guess what? Her name is Christy, and she might be the one running the place. Can you believe she had the audacity to be offended by my simple question? She claimed to have a license, but let me tell you, there was no sign of it anywhere. I went to this fabulous nail shop after I saw the nails of a family member, I went the same day that I set my appointment and was welcomed when I walked in. They had us sign in, took our temperature, and wash our hands while we also kept our masks on. All of the ladies were polite, they played good music while the time passed, and they took all the right precautions considering COVID-19. Joanna did my acrylic nails and I love them!!
