I was returning a pair after just 6 days (with receipt, the barcode tag and shoebox), because trying the shoes gave me feet pain. He decided it wasn't in its "original" condition even if there was no damage and had only been used ONCE. I think he saw some dust and freaked out #eyeroll ...Yeah, this is how ridiculous this place is! I mean, how was I suppose to know the shoes would hurt me after being in it if I never walked in it?? Did that dude expect me to return them within the same week of it just sitting on a shelf at home?! That's asinine! Luckily tho, I was able to return the item to their Lancaster store, thanks to Scott! So, WSS Corporate, if you're reading this, you did something right by hiring that man! He was welcoming, easy to communicate with and dealt with the matter at hand like a pro! Couldn't have asked for a better service. Specifically the one in the middle approached me several times in the store asking me if I needed help after I had already indicated that I did not. She continued to follow me throughout the store and asked me if I needed any assistance. She then sent the young lady with the glasses on to ask me the same question as well as other employees within the store.
