Meh. The place is nice and clean. The Esthetician-Alyssa-was nice as well and explained everything she was doing before each step. What I didn't like was it felt like the products were just slapped on my face. There was no massage. No massage on my face. No massage on my décolleté. Nothing. Maybe because I got the very basic of the facials. The product was barely massaged into my skin. I feel for the price of $175 plus tip, I expected more from having had facials before at all other price points. I can't believe I haven't done a review yet. I received a gift card for $500 from my mom for Kayla at Luxury skin in 2020. I knew my skin needed help but I wanted to avoid Botox. I told Kayla my goals for my skin and she set out what I needed to do to achieve that. The treatments I have received (8+ treatments/product) have completely transformed my face and I no longer want Botox. I feel confident wearing spf on my face with no foundation at all. I had regular microneedling done with Nicolette. She was super nice and welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable and explained the entire process to me. This was my first time getting any kind of skin treatment or facial. I heard about the great benefits of microneedling especially for acne scarring and discussed my concerns. Nicolette asked about my concerns and gave me information to help better care for my skin. I would definitely go see her again! Microneedling is expensive but I heard it is worth it. So far, my skin is looking pretty good from the treatment. Very little downtime. Honestly, no down tome if you don't mind your face being red or pink for a day or two. I will continue to keep an eye out for specials to cut the price back a little. It's definitely an investment. The pricing was a little confusing because on the Luxury skincare site, it states regular microneedling is $150 when you go under services, but then I saw it is actually $250 and $350 for the luxury, stem cell treatment.
