I had a consultation with Lucy a couple of weeks prior my appointment and we schedule a day. I had text her the picture of what I wanted to get done after my hair consultation and prior my appointment. She said no problem and on the day of my appointment, she started the process. In the picture, I showed that I want more of a balayage that starts dark and gets lighter at the bottom. She decided to do my whole hair blonde and when I addressed that it was not like the picture, she tries to justify her mistake by saying that the picture I showed her was last years fashion and that it's not in anymore. Lucy tried showing me a different picture and tried to convince me to like it because it was similar to the hair she did. I told her that I wanted what I showed her and that I didn't care it was last years fashion. She was upset and continued to style my hair without a brush. She does not own a brush and I had to get a hair brush from my car to let her borrow it. She also didn't have a cape and some of the bleach got on my clothes. When she washed my hair, she waterboard me and water splashed all over my clothes. I felt really cold since she used freezing cold water on me. As she was washing my hair, she accidentally poured a waterfall down my back and my shirt was completely soaked. Since I expressed that the picture was darker on top, she panicked and put almost black hair on top of my hair and now there is a harsh line that goes all around my hair. As she was doing my hair, she said that if she knew I was going to be this picky, she would have said no to doing my hair. This lady really thought that I was just going to sit there and let her do whatever she wanted with my hair and walk away happy even though it wasn't what I wanted. I am horrified with my hair and she charged me $300. I was there for 9.5 hours. I ended up paying but I really wish she had the decency to charge me less since it was her mistake. I understand that it's a process to make my ends that light but she did not even tell me beforehand that my hair was going to look different. I am horrified with my hair and now it's so damaged, my hair stretches when it's wet. I've been crying all day. Please don't go here. She's a nice lady but it's not worth your misery, time, and money. read more

This is the best salon I've been to. I get extensions done here and they look fabulous! I'm so happy with the results. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, and because of that, my hair doesn't grow. I was desperate to have long hair and looked all over for hair extensions. I googled it and here we are. Luzzia is the hair extension expert (I get micro-link). She charges $100 per 25 pieces of hair, no extra charges. Which is really amazing. Other places (look it up) charge a minimum of $300-$500 and charge for time. Luzzia sometimes takes hours on my hair and never charges time, she just charges for the extensions themselves. The hair is real and lasts a long time. I've already been wearing mine for 3 months and they still look great. Every 3 months you have to come in to get them raised (your natural hair will grow with the link) and she only charges $1 per extension! She takes her time and does a really great job. The makeup lady Jocie is extremely rude! Terrible make up! My mom and I went in to do our make up for her wedding and she did a terrible job! she didnt put the eyelashes on correctly as soon as i left one of the eyelashes was already coming off! she forgot to put eyeliner on one of my mothers eye! she was really rude since the day we tried to get in contact with her ignoring our messgages and calls. When we got there in the morning she was also rude. My mom disliked her makeup she didnt even ask what colors or tones smy mom wanted she did whatever she wanted when my mom told her she wanted her make up the way she had done mine she told my mom thats was impossible becuase her skin was nowhere near mine! so rude and unprofessional! she was on her phone most of the time and when i was going to ask her something about my make up she shut me up! she uses cheap products! DO NOT get your make up done here just go to sephora, they use top quality products and do a beautiful job because they are professional make up artist!!!
