This place brings an intimate experience to getting your nails done and I absolutely loved it. The massage chairs aloneeeee are top tier. Finally found a technician that CARES about your nails and skin versus just wanting your money and rushing you away. He gave tips on the health of my nails and took his time making sure I was relaxed. 10/10! He is building his business from scratch and doing the work his self. I'm excited to be a part of this journey!

So I will say this is really a 3.5 review but I'll say 4. Okay so I went in on like a Friday and was able to be seated right away, that's a win. Charged me $60 to shape and she did a good job with my stilletto and then it was extra to choose two colors. I didn't like that right after she just put oil in the cuticles and that's it. No moisturizing the whole hand or fingers. They have these cute TVs around that promote the prices, services, nail inspo etc and it also shows a hand getting massaged the nails were done! Ask me was my palm even touched?! Lol. I just feel like that's a small thing at the end that changes everything. Hands all dry and fingertips just shiny. I had to grab my lotion out my bag and rub my hands and crack my knuckles. But the place is nice! Chairs nice, place well kept etc. Now the second bad. Three of my nails started chippin less than 24 hours later! Like howww! I got a gel fill in and it was just peeling off! Nothing like your nails messing up after you just got them done. Now guess what I had to do? Go back the next morning because lord knows I couldn't wait two days and then go back bc then I woulda been to blame! So I had to drive the next day, a Saturday, and I went close to opening bc lord knows I didn't want to wait. Thankfully it was a rainy day and I beat the rush. I showed the owner my nails and I'm irked y'all bc it's a rainy Saturday morning and I could be in bed had my nails not got jacked up. But I will say that they owner was super understanding! Asked me who did them and put me back in their chair. I was given a fresh set which was expected because it's like 3-4 nails peeling yeah we gotta do it all over. She did it and it was much better this time around. They didn't give me fuss or any hassle so that's why it gets a 4. But yet again! No hand massage! Quick oil on tips and no even rubbing lotion in my palms or nothing so cute shiny fingertips but stiff fingers and ash hands. I just feel like a ten second hand rub down wouldn't hurt. A ton of parking, place is clean- there was even like a kiddie korner where it was cute kid massage chairs for the kids. So I would definitely come back, prices reasonable and good customer service. But not a top pic for me without that TLC at the end.

As the tech was doing my feet I asked her if she was going to use the tool that they normally use to go under the toenail and around the side to push all the dead skin out. The tech continue to say she was using the cuticle cuter but I was asking about the other tool, which is always used whey my feet is getting done. She proceed to get nasty and yelled at me. I told her she doesn't have to yell. She continue to do my feet and I remained quite. Once she finished she said 10 to 15 min wait for my nails. As I proceeded to the front to wait. The owner tells me no one wants to do my nails because I complain to much. I instantly became confuse. They labeled me as a problem customer. I been going to them for 5 years or more and was just there 2 weeks ago. I have never complained but have told them can they fix something that wasn't right with my nails in a pleasant way. The owner didn't want to hear anything. So they take my money for my pedicure but basically pushed me out afterwards. I have never caused anything in their establishment. I asked if they had the wrong person. I say all this to say I will never ever patronize them again. That was poor service on the management. No one could tell me what I did. I told the manager that was races. His communication socks. I normally felt he was a great guy. If I was such this complainer as they say why was I able to come in and get my feet done. It was that tech who said something. It was okay for her to yell at me when I am paying for a service. So I guess I don't had a right to ask her a question. Make it make sense. No worries. I will never go back there again.

Thankfully Yelp showed much better reviews for this nail spa because the other ones were clearly done by haters... anyways as this is my trusted source... we proceed and we weren't disappointed!! Nails were done well!! Toes were done well!! There was no pressure sales pitch and no random attitude to reflect arriving close to closing time (a couple other folks did come after us, so we felt better and also... if you're in our situation, you may get some grace). Two weeks later... nails still looking good, through sand, sea, travel and some yardwork.

The prices increase faster than inflation. The customer service is truly nonexistent. The work quality is beyond subpar. Every time before I go I think to myself "you've been going here for years maybe they're just going through a tough spell". NO! My cousin (from out of town) and I went today and I was so embarrassed. The two technicians doing our pedicures had their own private conversation the entire duration...extremely unprofessional and slowed them down. We got the same pedicure and polish yet her price differed from mine (overcharged her by $15). My gel fill took forever and the lady tried to take someone else in between servicing me. After 10mins, I had to ask her who was doing my fill and she then said she was and to wait 5 more minutes. So, I waited a total of 15mins between services for the same person with no apologies for my inconvenience. My nails were rushed and awfully done. There is nothing self care about this place rather, take your money, perform poorly, and tolerate offensive customer service while paying more than you did just two weeks prior. I sadly can no longer recommend this business.
