By far the worst gel manicure I've ever had. I actually love this place but I typically go to the same stylist : Tiffany. They have great options and and she is super nice, but CHILE this man! Then he knocked into two of my nails and tried a quick fix. WRONG. Now they look like a more goopy than a lava lamp. Very nice looking place to sit for service. New to the area so I decided to try this place out. Went in to get information the first person I spoke with was plain but answered my question. Left came back and asked for a full- set Gel Powder with Gel Polish and a Pedicure with regular Polish. The price was not a issue ($75) for a good service but for this location it's not the case. My pedicure went good and felt pretty okay no complaints. But I would suggest they need more lighting because my right big toe was cut too short and very slanted a couple other toes were too just not too my liking! As far as my nails i like the color, but are hurting when I got home from being filed to hard. A burning sensation. Also I got a cut from the drill. Never again. I came in yesterday in for a french manicure. The women who I believe is the manager started by removing the polish and filing my nails. About 5 minutes into the manicure she had a second staff member take over. Despite a good effort and some attempts at correction, the polish was sloppy and just didn't look good. Not only was there still old hot pink polish around the edges of my nails, some of the white tips were uneven and there was white nail polish on the sides and pads of my fingers. Some of my nails were filed flat and others were rounded. When the staff member who painted my nails left in a hurry, I politely apologized for the inconvenience and asked the manager (who started my manicure) if anyone could fix my nails. The manager asked me which nails I wanted to be redone. As I attempted to show her, she began complaining that I was pulling my hands away and was making it difficult for her to remove the polish. When applying the new polish she began vigorously twisting my fingers and told me that it was my fault that the polish was messy because my fingers were too stiff. She condescendingly said that if I relaxed my mind then my hands would relax too. She then proceed to tell me that it was my fault that all of the hot pink polish didn't come off because I didn't allow them to cut more of my cuticles. The list of sarcastic and passive aggressive comments goes on...... The customer service and basic people skills are seriously lacking. The manager is just not a good person, I can only imagine how she treats her employees. This salon gets 1 star because once she redid the manicure my nails did look nice, but its too late they have lost my business. read more

Really disappointed in this place. While the environment is clean and welcoming the staff most definitely are not! The technician I was working with rolled his eyes and huffed when I pointed out that one of the acrylic nails he had applied was obviously crooked. A quick fix, but he refused and blamed the issue on "my cuticles". Not at all surprised that the polish on both my pedicure and acrylics chipped within a few days time. Stay away! My first and last time at this salon. I was a walk in for a regular manicure and was seated with a practitioner who couldn't communicate with me at all. She cut my nails too short and filed one nail so hard that I bled. I was disappointed with the entire experience. I mentioned to the receptionist on the way out that I had been cut and asked if it was an antiseptic that had been applied. She said yes and apologized. I love this place, I went back to having SNS and just went back for my repeat visit. I saw Cindy and she was fantastic! I love that the staff take notice of small things, for example I was in two weeks ago with my daughter and was asked how she was doing as well as asking what color I chose this time. I used the same color previously (Sheer Blouses #18) anyhow one of the gals noticed and she even mentioned that it was my previous color. We had a bit of a laugh over it even more so when I said that I promise to pick another color next time. This salon was highly recommended to me. As I am from out of state, I gave it a chance. It was not clean, or relaxing. The instruments they used where not fresh, and the woman just threw it back into the storage compartment when she finished using it (this made me want to walk out but I did not want to cause a scene). Worst ever.!! I went in for a gel polish change. It began with soaking my fingers in rubbing alcohol, that lasted a good 15-20 mins. She came back and realized I had a gel overlay and she pretty ruined my nails so I needed a new acrylic to be applied. (Mind you I was getting talked to as if it was my fault she didn't know I had acrylic) maybe I should have said something as well but anyway in the result of this my pinky nail came off (the tip not real nail). Their idea of a quick fix for that was not applying another tip but to simply to stretch the acrylic in the shape of a nail which is ugly and not becoming. He rushed thru painting my nails, so the next day I take a shower and already my polish is chipping.! I never had this type of nail work done and I should have left in the middle when he tried to MacGyver my pinky nail but I just waited it out. Bad idea and never again.!!! read more

This salon is terrible, the first time I went it was great but I just went and the lady ripped me off, I asked for $20 acrylic fills and I do not know the difference between gels and acrylics so when I got the bill for 45!! dollars I was beyond pissed. Amazing service, they were very caring. It was very clean I loved the aesthetic of the place. The wait isn't long at all the staff was kind. I got the gel manicure with the mint spa treatment and gel pedicure, my feet feel like I'm walking on clouds. All and all my nails came out beautiful, while having a great time. I had a few friends recommend this salon to me, so I thought I'd give it a try. First impressions were positive...clean salon, friendly staff. I went in (w/o an appt.) for a gel manicure and was immediately seated by a gentleman who removed my old gel polish and my manicure was taken over by Tiffany. She asked me about length and because my nails were fairly long, I asked her to trim them just a little shorter. It wasn't until after my nails were finished that I noticed how uneven they were. The nails on my right hand were noticeably longer than my left, some nails were filed crooked, and they were much shorter than I'd asked for. I pointed this out to her, so she filed down my left hand, but failed to round them off as she'd done on my right. I was afraid of how much worse they'd look if I asked her to continue, so I decided to file them myself later. Also, I had never been cut so badly during a manicure. While trimming my cuticles, she nipped the skin beyond my cuticle - I had a small gash that wouldn't stop bleeding until she applied antiseptic. Although she was very kind, this was probably the worst manicure I've received. She wasn't rushing through the service, so I'm unsure what caused the mistakes. I'm led to believe it's a lack of skill. I really wanted to like this salon, as its location is convenient and I liked the atmosphere. However, after this experience, I won't be back. read more

After visiting 5-6 times, I have to report that this place is substandard. On my most recent visit, the nail tech barely filed my nails leaving then an uneven mess. Then she was busy texting while simultaneously pushing back cuticles which led to her missing the cuticle altogether and pushing back my skin. Awful! I had a pedicure here about a month ago and within a week and a half all the polish was peeling off. They were closing that day and so I brushed it off as that was why they didn't scrub my feet well and the polish was not staying on. I thought they were friendly so I went back to get a full set today before my going away party. I had to ask her to fix the nails once they were drying because she had not painted their French all the way to each side of the nail she told me it's because there was skin . Untrue. I again asked her to finish painting the white on both sides. When I got outside I now see that she did not use the same white or if she did because she only spot touched it nothing is blending on the French manicure. They look awful and I'm super disappointed. I don't even have time to go back because I have a going away party to go to for myself. She got up several times while I sat there. She was on her phone and then went and did an eyebrow waxing while I waited 10-15 minutes. read more
