I came here without an approved but was told it was not a long wait. I waited for about 45 minutes before a young lady told me she could only take me if he next appt. didn't show up. I was a tad frustrated because I had already been waiting and could've just come back later. The appt didn't show up so she was able to take me. In the middle of my manicure, her client arrived. She rushed through my manicure and my pedicure. The pumice stones were reused from other clients, which is gross and it was not a good job at all. My feet still needed a good exfoliation. I wasn't asked what type of pedicure I wanted, no salt or scrub was added to my pedicure water. I will not be returning here. read more

Did not receive the foot massage or hot towel on my legs during pedicure. Tech very rude/hateful telling me if I couldn't hold my toes down she couldn't give me a pedicure. My toes naturally turn up. She also scolded me during the manicure saying I wasn't holding my hands right. She talked down to me as if I was memory impaired. Asked me if I had forgotten how to hold my hand in nail dryer. Another customer noted how rude she was being to me. Also acted like I didn't know how to pay with my credit card and attempted to push button for me. I have tried several nail salons around Newburgh and I have to say this one is my favorite. The staff is very friendly and most of them can speak fluent English. Their pedicures here are the best because they have a hot stone process to it! They put oil on your legs, all the way up to the knee, and rub a hot stone over your leg while massaging them. I wish they had put a little bit more pressure while massaging. I also noticed that they didn't scrape off all the dead skin on the calluses I had. All in all, definitely the best place to get a pedicure in Newburgh and will for sure be coming back read more

Stopped in here bc it was the only nail salon I could find open on a Sunday. I had a young lady do my gel manicure and regular pedicure (with hot stones ). My tech was detailed focused, knowledgeable and phenomenal. Quiet, relaxing and I definitely feel like it was the best mani and pedi I've received ev-er (and I've lived in Nashville and Chicago area). Overall I really like lovey nails. There is usually a long wait so just be prepared for that but it a clean and relaxing environment!

I moved to Owensboro a year ago and still am on a search for a good nail salon. Good pedicure for the price but no base coat was put on prior to polish and they cleaned off tools while my feet were in tub and cleaned tub after feet were rinsed off while I was sitting there. Gel manicure was good but no trimming of cuticles. Salon was full and a decent selection of polish. Note that the bottles with #'s have matching polish for shellac or gel nails which ever you want to call it. read more

Went in for a fill in, one person ahead of me on sign in paper. They were really busy... about 10 mins they took the lady in front of me on the list. So I was ok- this won't take much longer. Another lady comes in for a pedicure, signs in. I'm still waiting for my fill in, been about 25 mins at this point and they take pedicure lady. I got lil irritated, but after an hour of sitting there and no one even saying anything. It was ridiculous!! Worst customer service! TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER OR LOSE THEM! Have been a loyal customer for many many years. Today was my last visit. Obviously in the past had good experiences but today several instances just didn't set well. I went in for my usual pedicure and 2 nails I usually have acrylic applied. Got a different person than my usual. She was rude and arrogant And nicked me. The owners never acknowledged me nor made time to fix my nails. Experience was not relaxing and I felt they couldn't be bothered. It wasn't busy either.... taking my business elsewhere.... The place always does a good job with my nails, but some of the employees are rude. Paula in particular has been rude to me every time I've come in there. She took my acrylics off with these metal scissor like things and broke all of my actual nails in the process. It hurt so bad! read more

Very rude and disrespectful . Fairly good job painting my nails and toes however the process was very rushed. They were EXTREMELY rude when I asked them questions. I was curious as to why they painted my toes before giving me a massage during my pedicure and they proceeded to laugh at me, telling me to "come back tomorrow and you'll see". They ended up messing up my paint trying to massage me like I thought they would. Overall an inefficient, strange experience. I'd recommend Pro Nails over this place read more

They gave me a cuticle infection. I had to take off all my polish and all my stuff on that nail so I could clean the infected cuticle.

Went in for a pedicure was told there would be a two hour wait so I signed in left my name came back two hours later. I was seated right away however she told me it would be 10 minutes longer ended up being 40 minutes longer. I got up and left. She asked me if I was ready and I told her I was ready three hours ago. I then proceeded to leave. Normally The wait is bad but you can get in and out fairly quickly. They do an awesome job if you have time to wait. The manicurist are never happy they never speak in English and less you ask them a question. I'm not sure if they are licensed in the state of Indiana or not. I only get pedicures and they do an excellent job. They take their time and do a thorough massage of the feet and lower legs. I have had an ingrown toenail removed in the past and they always take special care of that toe. read more

He cut my cuticle too short and it burned and was horrible and when I accused him of it he said it's not too short because you're not bleeding. Don't try to tell me I'm not in pain. Worst pedicure ever read more
