I started coming here around April-ish, and immediately fell in love. They have a point system, I've gotten my discounts and points EVERY TIME without fail! I have brought my friends, my mom and my aunt, my patients at work even have asked me how can my nails last SO LONG (I'm a Dental Assistant, so I use my hands CONSTANTLY, and I'm always cleaning them and not being too careful with them) the cat eye glitter lasts SO LONG, they never break, they're amazing. The last time the nail tech who gave me a pedi did not wipe off off the lotion from my feet and painted my nails over it - I did not notice until I got home and saw the glob on my foot - the nail polish just wiped off! Customer service is lacking. Every nail tech had their phones out while working with the customers. My tech took no less than 2 phones calls and sent multiple texts during my 1 hour appointment. After my dip appointment I had to "go wash my hands" while other salons finish with a hot towel or hand massage. Not impressed and won't be back. read more

My nails turned out very pretty, however my friend and I got chrome on our nails with the difference that my nails had a French tip. the nail tech suggested to do dip French tip since it would NOT cost extra, so I said yes. then I noticed. my friend's nails came out to be $60 and my nails came out to be $95. Does adding a French tip cost an upcharge of 35$??!!! not very happy about the pricing. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst place I've ever been by far!! I came in WITH natural nails and left with the most messed up shortest nails of my life cut all the way down to my skin. I refused to pay and the owner offered me 10% off my botched pedicure as well. My toes aren't even. Some are square, some are round and I have polish all over. The owner offered me 10% off the pedicure which I also should've refused to pay for. The massage was 3 minutes long - I timed it on my phone. I didn't even receive clear polish or a massage for my manicure. Worst experience. Maybe there are some good techs here but be weary! Wow!!! read more

I had just switched to this place and I 100% regret it. I had been dipping my nails at another salon nearby but when they were full I found Oscars. These pictures are from my 3rd time visiting the salon. I WAS MORTIFIED to discover the discoloration under the dipping powder. The technician said that I shouldn't worry and said I needed to just continue with the appointment and cover it up. Thank goodness for my quick google search.... DO NOT COVER UP 'green nail'. This has NEVER happened to me before. This was likely caused by the previous technician not cleaning properly and/or not applying the powder properly. The owner asked me when exactly I came in so she could speak with the previous tech who did my nails. She took my number and said to wait a few weeks before re-applying. No thanks! Ladies, please beware. I'm so grossed out. read more

I got a powder dip French Style ( white tips with pink across the nail), because I work in a professional environment where a more natural nail look is appropriate. My high school daughter gets fun colors from the rainbow of offerings they have. Every Nail Technician is great - you can't go wrong. But, Hannah did my nails for the first time this week and they look exceptional. My French Pedicure by Anna was amazing and relaxing! All the basics plus paraffin wax, hot stone massage, foot and lower leg mask, and an extra long foot and calf massage. So amazing! I've been going to Oscar for years and I will happily pass by several salons on my way to get to Lebanon and the DNT for a great experience every time! read more

Lastly, the owner gave me a book with about 20 gel options; there weren't very many options so I asked if she had more. She very sternly told me no, but gave another girl a book with tons of options! This was my last visit. I hadn't been back in a few weeks due to being busy and no time to find another place. I was offered a hand massage since I hadn't been back in so long which ended up costing me an extra $30 for a back rub with hot towels. I wasn't in the mood to argue with them so I figured a review would be better. If you're going to offer things that are normally standard, let people know the price. $150 spent on a terrible fill where the shape wasn't fixed and a gel pedicure along with a "massage" and putting my hand in a bag with lotion in it. I've also seen some unsanitary practices which is even more reason to stop going. read more
