I had an appointment with Christina. Christina is the artist seriously.! my nails are like my favorite set I've ever had and [[HIGHLIGHT]]not only that but she has a wonderful personality and took her time with taking off my nails the proper way[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] so now I have found my new nail tech. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The customer service was great as well I mean this place has everything locked to a T and I love it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I started coming here around April-ish, and immediately fell in love. They have a point system, I've gotten my discounts and points EVERY TIME without fail! I have brought my friends, my mom and my aunt, my patients at work even have asked me how can my nails last SO LONG (I'm a Dental Assistant, so I use my hands CONSTANTLY, and I'm always cleaning them and not being too careful with them) the cat eye glitter lasts SO LONG, they never break, they're amazing. GOOD AT DESIGNS TOO!!! I'm on my way right now to change these that lasted me FIVE WHOLE WEEKS!!! And I might even try their eyelash tinting at this point lol! read more

I have been there 3 times - 2 out of three they have messed up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They gave me a discount, so I thought I would try it again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The last time the nail tech who gave me a pedi did not wipe off off the lotion from my feet and painted my nails over it - I did not notice until I got home and saw the glob on my foot - the nail polish just wiped off! First time going to Oscar Nail Salon and I had an outstanding time!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff was very warm and welcoming and they offered a complementary drink.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I loved all the different options for manicures and pedicures. My tech took no less than 2 phones calls and sent multiple texts during my 1 hour appointment. After my dip appointment I had to "go wash my hands" while other salons finish with a hot towel or hand massage. Not impressed and won't be back. read more

Worst dip experience. The owner did my nails and paid very little attention to what she was doing. She applied tips- then she filed the nails all the way past the tips! Pointless. My nails turned out very pretty, however my friend and I got chrome on our nails with the difference that my nails had a French tip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]the nail tech suggested to do dip French tip since it would NOT cost extra, so I said yes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] then I noticed. my friend's nails came out to be $60 and my nails came out to be $95. I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst place I've ever been by far!! I came in WITH natural nails and left with the most messed up shortest nails of my life cut all the way down to my skin. I refused to pay and the owner offered me 10% off my botched pedicure as well. My toes aren't even. Some are square, some are round and I have polish all over. The owner offered me 10% off the pedicure which I also should've refused to pay for. The massage was 3 minutes long - I timed it on my phone. I didn't even receive clear polish or a massage for my manicure. Worst experience. Maybe there are some good techs here but be weary! Wow!!! read more

I had just switched to this place and I 100% regret it. I had been dipping my nails at another salon nearby but when they were full I found Oscars. These pictures are from my 3rd time visiting the salon. I WAS MORTIFIED to discover the discoloration under the dipping powder. The technician said that I shouldn't worry and said I needed to just continue with the appointment and cover it up. Thank goodness for my quick google search.... DO NOT COVER UP 'green nail'. This has NEVER happened to me before. This was likely caused by the previous technician not cleaning properly and/or not applying the powder properly. The owner asked me when exactly I came in so she could speak with the previous tech who did my nails. She took my number and said to wait a few weeks before re-applying. No thanks! Ladies, please beware. I'm so grossed out. read more

Oscar Nail Salon is the best! From the moment you call to make an appointment with Lu, you are greeted with professional and friendly staff willing to educate and pamper you. I got a powder dip French Style ( white tips with pink across the nail), because I work in a professional environment where a more natural nail look is appropriate. My high school daughter gets fun colors from the rainbow of offerings they have. Every Nail Technician is great - you can't go wrong. But, Hannah did my nails for the first time this week and they look exceptional. My French Pedicure by Anna was amazing and relaxing! All the basics plus paraffin wax, hot stone massage, foot and lower leg mask, and an extra long foot and calf massage. So amazing! I've been going to Oscar for years and I will happily pass by several salons on my way to get to Lebanon and the DNT for a great experience every time! read more

Absolutely terrible salon. Do not listen to instructions then they try to charge you and when they mess up and not listen they say you cannot come back as if there aren't a thousand nail salons who can listen to instructions and will treat you RIGHT. read more

The owner accidentally pushed my phone onto the floor and cracked the whole screen. She did not offer to discount my nails to fix the screen. The technician also gave me the wrong color on my nails. Lastly, the owner gave me a book with about 20 gel options; there weren't very many options so I asked if she had more. She very sternly told me no, but gave another girl a book with tons of options! I will never go back and do not recommend this location if you want decent customer service. read more

I had an appointment. I get there and they start my pedicure and 45 MINUTES later they finally started my nails. I was there 2 hours. To me, that's not acceptable. They were more expensive than other places too. Not good. read more

This was my last visit. I hadn't been back in a few weeks due to being busy and no time to find another place. I was offered a hand massage since I hadn't been back in so long which ended up costing me an extra $30 for a back rub with hot towels. I wasn't in the mood to argue with them so I figured a review would be better. If you're going to offer things that are normally standard, let people know the price. $150 spent on a terrible fill where the shape wasn't fixed and a gel pedicure along with a "massage" and putting my hand in a bag with lotion in it. I've also seen some unsanitary practices which is even more reason to stop going. read more

Apple Maps may tell you this is a building over from the actual location so pay attention to the suite number and you'll find it perfect! Entering the space was so peaceful. A lovely aroma was in the air from candles, the space was dimmly lit to procure a relaxing environment. Isabella warmly greet me like a longtime friend I hadn't seen in years! She was informed of who I was and why I was there! She was prepared! As we made our way to the back space, she explained the lash lift procedure and even gave her expert recommendation on a personalized look for me! I had no idea there was a range of ways to tackle a lash lift and I've had this done plenty of times before and no one ever asked! Isabella walked me through what to expect but to be honest, her instructions provided upon booking gave me that insight so even ahead of your appointment you are aware of what to expect as well as provided aftercare instructions! I love this as sometimes people verbally provide and I just forget immediately lol! At a beauty care spot, I always look for clean! Isabella's space was immaculate. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! Booking is incredibly easy and I love how you can receive the paperwork ahead of the appointment so you don't have to complete there. She also clearly outlines her policies so you are well aware ahead of booking and even after booking! I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Le Petit Spa Boutique!

This spot is near the back of the complex (doors away from my dermatologist- winning!). The office is all the way back on your right once you're inside. Le Petit Spa Boutique is so cute and you feel the great vibes once you enter. This was my first lash experience ever and I'm so glad I did it! She was super patient even though I have the words most sensitive eyes. We had great conversation throughout so thankfully there were no awkward silences which is always nice! I already booked my appt to return in 10 weeks. Can't wait

My favorite waxed is Lucy, she makes it a much more comfortable experience and always talks to me to take my mind off of everything and we always joke in service and talk about the goings on about life/work. Babita is a good and efficient waxer as well-- I just had her recently when Lucy was not on schedule for the time I needed. The main reason why I'm leaving this review is because I've never been to a location where I felt like the waxer was genuinely trying to hurt you. I got a Brazilian done with Jessie, the way she spread the wax felt like she was pulling the hairs slowly and painfully off my body. She applied so many strips one after the other on the same spots that it had a later effect of me having ingrown hairs all over and irritated skin. Not to mention I would think since she did so many takes over each spot that ALL of the hairs would be gone. To my disbelief hair is still there. Not to mention I am seeing growth just two weeks after my appointment. In my opinion it was a waste of my money since my previous waxer usually would do such a good job I wouldn't have to see her for 6 weeks at a time. Very disappointed and I will not be coming back. I did a quick Yelp review and looked only at the rating and decided to give it a shop. Walked in and immediately was aware that I'm was the only Asian here. Long story short, this ended up being a great experience. I had "Q" who did a fantastic job. When I say she did a great job, I mean, she was inspecting each one of my toe nails like a jeweler inspecting a diamond. She actually scrubbed the rough spots on my feet and took time to make sure the polish was on perfectly. Even though there were a few people in the shop, I did not once feel rushed or uncomfortable. Plus, one of the employees had her kid there who was seriously one of the cutest freakin kids I've ever seen running around offering me Ritz crackers. If you're in the area, come give these ladies some support. I was very impressed and will be back!

I have been getting manicure and pedicure services religiously for 10 years at many different beauty salons all over country. Being in the fashion and beauty service industry has enabled me the experience to distinguish between high quality service salons from the ones that are considered janky. I moved to Frisco Texas two years ago for work and have tried two beauty salons so far: Oscar Nail Spa which I love and Polo Nail Spa which was ehhhh. :::Environment::: Oscar Nail Spa is the most beautiful and luxurious nail salon I have ever been to. I felt like I was at a hotel resort. *They are extremely sanitary: I see the technicians wiping pedicure and manicure stations with sanitizer solution before and after every client. *They have a separate area for children to get their nails and toes painted in a baby pedicure chair equipped with dvd player. I love listening to the relaxing spa soundtrack they have playing in the background. *They have six plasma screen t.v. on home and garden, sports and CNN. They also have free internet access. *They offer free water, soda, white and red wine. * They are fully staffed have 20+ spa stations which makes it great for parties and events. The last time I was there a bridal party brought cake, fruits, cheese and champagne for her girls which I thought was so fun. *They use only top of the line products which are: OPI products, ESSIE and China Glaze. They have a large selection of colors to choose from, I think over a hundred. * In addition to pedicures and manicures, their services include eyelash extensions, facials, body massages, waxing, threading. * They are one of the few salons that specialize on shellac gel nails procedure. I have the shellac gel nails on now and my nails are the healthiest and most beautiful its ever been!!!!!!!!!! :::Quality of Service and Level of Technician Experience::: *Oscar Salon has new managers Henry and Jennifer. These two dynamic duo make it a priority to accommodate and cater to their clients wishes. They fired all of the technicians who have less than 5 years experience in the beauty industry!!! My favorite girls are Bebe, Amy, Annie and Linda for acrylics, shellac gels and of course the popular pink and whites. I like the fellas for my pedicures because they give fabulous massages: I usually request Lee or Ken. * They are fully staffed so you normally do not have to wait too long and you can get manicure, pedicure and waxing done all at once! Recently they have been super busy since new managers Henry and Jennifer have been successful at building more customers... clients have to call in advance to book appointments. They usually always busy because they have the best employees in Dallas. My friends always regret going to a different salon instead of waiting so now they book appointments. *Jennifer gave me some tips on how to maximize my beauty experience at their salon and I would like to share them with you: 1. Be involve and communicate with your beauty technician. Do not assume that they know how you want your nails to look; every client want different things. Tell your technicians how you want done to your nails before they start on them to ensure that your finished look will be perfect! Feel free to consult with the managers for any questions or concerns or advice. 2. The weekends are the busiest times to get your services done, so make an appointment or come in the beginning of the week if you do not want to wait. 3.) specify if you want a manicure which is for natural nails or artificial acrylic nails. The salon is pretty and looks nice, but the entire time the nail technicians are talking in their own language and trying to up-sell everything. My wife used to go here regularly when we lived in Frisco and she said it was one of the best places in town. The environment is nice and spacious. Although, she does like another place closer to our current home better, she said she would recommend Oscar as the top nail salon in Frisco. read more
