Anna did an amazing job in my nails. Light Pink Ombré. All the nail techs are fabulous. Anna is my fav. If you show them a photo of what you want they do their best to get it just right. Know what you're looking for before you come in, they're busy following all the COVID protocols. You won't be disappointed. They're are reasonably priced esp for this area AND they do great work. I'm picky for sure and have never had a complaint...EVER!

Was in area and shop wasn't busy. Was greeted by an older lady and immediately sat. Got an older tatted gentleman for my $40 pedi service. He paid no attention to my concerns of what I wanted done. The older lady tried to intervened on explaining to me his process. He was in such a rush he didn't pay attention to my nail beds and the polish is horrific. I just paid without a fuss. After getting home and getting to see work up close... I had to use my home pedi items to correct and remove polish. I saw another gentleman doing a pedi...his service looked alot more professional and he took his time.

Tried this place out for the first time , recently moved from NY and have be dreading finding a place . This salon was recommend by a friend of mine and I decided to give it a shot. I called to scheduled an appointment to come in however they do not take appointments on the weekend only firing the week . Not a problem , I took. My chances and headed to the salon . Very very nice place and let me add friendly from the minute you walk in. I signed in and waited no more then 10 minutes. Anna said she would start with my manicure . She took the time out to discuss my options and what she felt was the best fit for what I do for a living . I have to say I am percent happy with the way my nails turned out . As a matter of fact my nails look better then when I was in NY. I give this salon 5 stars and look forward to returning ! They have earned a customer for life ! Let's talk about my feet , I went with the spa pedicure and Brian was great . He cut and shaped my nails exactly the way I wanted them . Massage Chair is an added bonus and the massage on my feet was amazing . Again , another win win for LV

I wanted to start my review off by first saying I like that the staff greets you from across the room and then asks what service you're wanting. Not only do they have their hands full servicing another customer, but they're acknowledging your presence and letting you know they see you and they'll be with you when they are able to get to you. I don't mind being "yelled at" as another reviewer put it. I've been coming here for months and have never felt embarrassed or uncomfortable by the staff, not even the first time I went into the salon. They make me feel welcome. Now to my review of the place. When getting a manicure or pedicure I ALWAYS choose gel polish. A few more bucks pretty much 99% guarantees that your polish is not going to chip or wear off before you get your nails or toes redone, at least in my experience. (Now I'm not talking about months and months between each visit, within reason folks.) I work with my hands all day every day, constantly opening boxes (retail) and my nails still look great after 2+ weeks. I see them scrub each pedicure foot bin after every service with disinfectant and a scrubber. I see them pull new tools out of individually wrapped packages for the pedicure. And the staff is all super friendly. Anna is amazing at nails. Lisa is great with pedicures. Honestly I don't think you could go wrong with anyone here. I've had pedicures and acrylics done by multiple people from LV and each time I've been more than satisfied with my experience. I'm laying here about to get some sleep and decided to leave a review for my favorite JAX nail salon so I'll first post a photo of my most recent manicure, fresh and then post two of how it looks literally right now, two weeks later and let you decide for yourself. Give this salon a try, I trust these people and I'll continue to come here as long as I'm here in JAX.

This was my first time going here and i got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was amazing he took his time and did a great job painting. I had to wait a bit in between but it wasn't too bad. The manicure felt very rushed I still had gel sticking out on my skin and had to file them once I got home. They look a little thrown together up close but not too bad

I just want to say that this place is very good. I like that it isn't huge and I would say they are very detail oriented here compared to others I have been to in the area.

First time doing my nails there, and i love the results . Definitely recommending Maï she is awesome ( I've read the reviews before going there and asked specially for her ! ) Had a French pedicure and Manicure. She is really nice and professional, was able to do all my requests. The only negative point was the First Lady trying to rush me as soon as i entered the salon, telling me to go sit and she was going to take care of me . I told her i need time to decide what i want, the colors, the prices etc and that i wanted Maï ... I'll let you guys see her awesome job in my nails !

DO NOT COME HERE! After less than a week, my gel manicure looks AWFUL. They must use counterfeit products because my nails look like crap. Not to mention that my cuticles are in extreme pain because the manicurist chopped and screwed them up. This was the first an last time I will ever go to this salon! They seemed more interested in watching the Jags playoff game then doing anyone's nails! I noticed that night that the gel was bubbling up on a few nails so I went back to ask for my money back since I could not get my nails done right then because I had to go pick up my kids! They refused and laughed at me for being unhappy with the quality! I have a salon I go to regularly but since my mom wanted to try this one we gave it a shot! Her nails started chipping 3 days later! walked in for a pedicure and it was fantastic! I opted for the 4th option on the brochure which included a leg scrub, stone massage, paraffin etc. I was even given a bottle of massage oil to take home all for a very reasonable price! Went here and they ruined my nails. I had long natural nails and always get the SNS powder... long story short one of my nails broke a few hours later due to the thin applications of the powder which I have never seen this technique done before! I will never go back again and will never recommend this facility to anyone! Sorry not sorry but I guess that's what I get for cheating on my nail tech!! read more

I have had such a great experience here. PAN does the best nails, but if you cant get her, they are all great. I found this saloon after my move from Atlanta. I get gel nail polish over my natural nails and it stayed for over a month without chipping. The pedicures have the time next to them to guarantee maximum relaxation time. They also serve wine for an extra perk. They are friendly and make it a point to remember your name. I HAVE EVEN WATCHED THEM WALK THEIR ELDERLY CUSTOMERS TO THEIR CAR! So sweet. I would say by far the best in Orange Park! read more

My mother came to visit me and my family and she had been a good help with my son so we wanted to treat her to getting her nails done. She had gotten a gel fill and it all peeled off the next day. My wife got her toes and had no issues so that's why I have it a three because I guess it just depends what you get. The staff was nice and we were able to just walk right in witch was a plus on a Friday night. read more

I went in on my way home and they never once acknowledged me. I signed in and sat at the front for 45 minutes and again, no one acknowledged me. I was the third to leave and did not get my nails done. I understand being busy but there was no professionalism or communication. Very disappointed. read more

my nails looks like a two-year-old polished them and when I complain they told me that if I don't like the service that I don't have to come back there when I asked them to fix it they said I would have to do it now or they would not fix my nails, I had to leave because I have to go get my children so I ended up having to leave with messy sloppy ugly nails that I paid $60 for and so you might as well say I'm going to pay an extra $40 to go to a different place and have them redone tomorrow read more

Just went there on Saturday and i already need a fill in i deff do NOT recommend this place to anyone i usually go to pretty pink nails on Beach BLVD i can go up to 3 weeks with NO FILL IN REGULAR ACRYLICS my hair is already getting caught in the back of my nail... deff not work th $28 bucks i paid for them!!!!!!! Worst Pedicure ever the people here are not licensed. I walked in at 9:50 my pedicure was over 10:15 and the hot towels were not hot very disappointed and a waste of time and money I left to go somewhere else for my fill in. read more

DO NOT bother going to this nail salon! I just had the worst experience with them butchering my nails when I have a wedding this weekend! I went on Sunday, had a broken nail on Monday and went back to have them fix my nails because I was not happy at all. This place is always busy, however, they treat you like your the only one there. There is a reason I keep going back, it's worth the wait. They are also very clean. I've been to other places near by, but they just were not clean at all! They give great pedicures and I love the liquid gel nails! They are very natural looking, yet durable. **1 STAR -- Absolutely Unacceptable Experience**…read more I came back to this salon because the gel polish I received here peeled off after ONE DAY. I expected them to correct the service, but the way I was treated during the return service was completely unacceptable. I waited over an hour for the same woman who made the mistake to fix it and she was NOT happy I was returning so she could fix her work. While the woman was doing my toes, she began roughly removing her previous work. During the process, she pulled at my cuticle so aggressively that she cut my toe and I began bleeding. What happened next was honestly shocking. There was little to no concern about the fact that I was bleeding. Instead of properly addressing the injury, she put my bleeding toe under the LED lamp to dry and then applied cuticle oil over it. **I was still actively bleeding.** A poor-quality pedicure is one thing. Polish peeling after a day is frustrating, but it happens. Cutting a customer and then treating an open, bleeding wound as though nothing happened is completely different. There was no genuine concern, no proper acknowledgment of the injury, and no sense of urgency about the fact that I had been cut during a service that was supposed to correct their original mistake. I came back expecting the salon to stand behind its work. Instead, I left with an injured toe on top of the original poor-quality service. I would strongly encourage management to address how services are being performed and, more importantly, how injuries to customers are handled. A customer should never have to sit there bleeding while the technician continues the service like nothing happened. Although, a different technician apologized and put some antibacterial spray on it, I am extremely disappointing and, this experience was frankly, unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Most recently, I came in at 1:30 with my daughter and was told they were busy but could take us at 3:00. We returned right at 3:00, but still weren't seated until 3:50. At that point, it didn't really feel like having an appointment made a difference. I'm giving 4 stars because the salon itself is nice and I've consistently been happy with the actual nail services. I just wish they had a better system for appointments and managing wait times. I often try to fit appointments into a lunch break or while one of my kids is at practice, so an unexpected 45-60 minute wait makes it difficult to keep coming back.

My entire finger was swollen, and I started to get a dark spot and an obvious infection. I then had to pay $125 to get them to dig the infection out of my finger and give me antibiotics at the ER. I will never return to this nail salon and I hope you find this warning before it happens to you.
